The mayor of Miami, Florida, has called on the US to consider military action to overthrow the Communist regime in Cuba—even if that means launching airstrikes. Francis Suarez—whose father was Miami’s first Cuban-born mayor—told Fox News on Tuesday that “what should be being contemplated right now is a coalition of potential military action in Cuba.” He highlighted previous US military action in Panama, Kosovo and Pakistan, the latter of which “probably saved thousands” of lives by killing Osama bin Laden when President Biden was vice president.(Snip) He later told the Miami Herald that he was expecting a call from the president

No. That would be an act of war. These countries need to try to solve their own problems.

He needs to be careful since China is going to assist this Communist regime. We need to move our factories out of China NOW and make ourselves self-sufficient before we take on China. Biden might invoke the Monroe Doctrine but it is risky since we don't make anything here anymore. Our inept leaders allowed this to happen.. They spend their time worrying about stupid social issues and leave our manufacturing to another country(ies) .We just experienced the scarcity of items during this Covid scare. It will be much worse with cutting off ties with China.

That's a stretch but a challenge for the demented moron Joe Biden. All we could do to help would be to send guns and ammunition in a boat load to the Bay of Pigs. Remember that place?

That horse left the paddock when JFK failed to provide assistance in 1961 at the Bay of Pigs. Were we to do it now, we would take Red China's place on the Country Most Hated list.

The demonstrators in Cuba need to get the VP's backing on their side. Instead of shouting 'Freedom', they need to shout 'Fweedom'.

I agree with the poster's comment. The communist dems are in control currently. They won't go against another communist country. Besides, Biden dare not cross China since he was bought off by them long ago.

Sure is tempting, but no. The current government has no future.

Don't be fooled by Suarez. He is a dyed in the wool communist death democrat. He's pandering to the Cuban voting base in Miami. Suarez loved imposing a severe Chinese Wuhan Bioweapon Flu lockdown on Miami and Governor DeSantis is the one who finally put a stop to it. Suarez was also caught on several occasions of not wearing a mask just like all the other hypocritical communist democrats.
This guy is a democrat. That is all you need to know where his sympathies lie.

Air strikes? The people in D.C. are probably working with the communist government of Cuba to curb the protests and are probably actively seeking a way to arrest the protesters in Miami and hold them in jail like the people from Jan. 6th protest.

They didn't do the promised air strikes during the Bay of Pigs battle, so no point in doing it now.
Perhaps ship a couple thousand rifles and ammo to the Cuban people...that might put them in a better position.

Not a good idea, but it will be fun to watch Joe Beijing squirm his way out of it.

No, Saurez. Provide the citizenry with arms and ammo, and they will take care of business and freedom will ring.

The first thing that needs to happen is that DeSantis should declare Florida a sanctuary state for Cubans and then tell Mayorkas what to do with his threats.

Xiden would never bomb a fellow commie. Sending a few A-10s to strafe protestors in the street, of course, but never one of his own.

Protests do not a functional government make. They aren't protesting an end to communism. They are protesting for more food, medicine and freedom.

Daniella Levine Cava is a democrat. They want perpetual wars.
You strike Cuba, you bet your sorry leftist backside Russia and China, if not more will immediately jump in to defend their fellow communists in Cuba.
That's a quick way to start WW III.
She is beyond stupid.

My reading error. I thought this was suggested by Daniella Levine Cava.
Still stupid and dangerous suggestion, no matter who was the one who suggested it.
