January 6 inmates endure ‘human

If the late Jeffrey Epstein's alleged partner in sex trafficking can be granted a laptop 13 hours a day to actively participate in her defense, why not January 6 defendants? The jailhouse accommodation for Ghislaine Maxwell is the most prominent example cited in a bail application for alleged Capitol rioter Dominic Pezzola, submitted to D.C. federal court Friday. The 43-year-old veteran, now incarcerated in D.C. jail for 150 days, has been effectively shut out of his own defense in violation of constitutional guarantees specifically for defendants, not just their counsel, the filing says. Not only is Pezzola unable to "adequately" view the voluminous text, audio and video evidence held by the prosecution,

Comments:

This man and the others are political prisoners. Among other violations of their rights, theIr right to a speedy trial is casually dismissed, as well as the attorney-client privilege.

Where exactly did any rioting take place on January 6? I'm curious. What was burned? What was looted? Any Congress critters hurt? We know Ashley was murdered by the Capitol Police, but those critters allegedly being rioted on were safe and protected by those tax payers that were allegedly rioting, yet they had no such protection. Especially Ashley. And, where is the UN Human Rights department? And, don't think we've forgotten all you Pubs who agreed with the left at the time. You didn't help telling everyone how chicken poop scared you were too.

Well, now all of America can see how demoncrats act when they are given a little power. They are mean, petty, and cruel; and those are only their best points. They are also inveterate liars, crooks and scam artists who constantly steal taxpayer money and give it away to their fellow conspirators on the left. They prove to us every day that they should not be anywhere near political power in America, because they use their power to abuse and persecute their political opponents. We've been fighting these kinds of people since the 1800s, and they have been the curse of America ever since.

These people are political prisoners and their incarceration and mistreatment is intended to intimidate anyone who wants to speak out against the regime. The very idea that this atrocity is happening in America keeps me awake at night. Where are the Republicans who should be speaking out and taking action? Of all the terrible things going on in this country under the 3rd “payback” term of Obama, the ongoing imprisonment of our fellow citizens for daring to speak out is the worst. Any freedoms we have left are about to vanish.

Just how many January 6th “political prisoners” are incarcerated in DC? I can never find a number. Seemingly there are DOZENS as reported in this article. Does that mean 24? Maybe 144? More? We don’t have a number and we don’t have all of their names. Nameless? Faceless? Now that scares me. Peacefully protest and then disappear? In America??

What in the world is our Republican leadership doing about this terrible injustice? Do we see them gathering around a microphone in some small room in the Capitol Building denouncing the absolute illegal treatment of the individuals arrested on January 6th? Are they writing letters, making phone calls or having any contact with Chris Wray regarding the treatment of those who are incarcerated? What about our friends in talk radio, are they banning together to call for this unlawful treatment to stop? How about the RNC? That 220 million dollars they received in donations in response to a plea for money after the election fraud came out would come in handy to help make some noise about this. How about all those legal scholars so dedicated to the law and Constitution? Does this egregious assault on the Constitution fail to trigger some kind of a response in you? Where is your outrage? Let’s face it, most people are content to let these people wallow in terrible conditions without bail rather stand up for what is right. I am disgusted by the apathy I see regarding this government abuse. Do you think the democrats would have the same reaction if it were their people thrown in jail without the benefit of their basic rights? Come on, man! We all know that they would paint it as the most heinous act of government abuse in the history of this country. And this is why Republicans ALWAYS lose. They are weak, cowardly fools who don’t care to understand the ramifications of this kind of blatant in your face government tyranny. They just can’t be bothered. These treacherous self-serving “public servants” are a complete disgrace. When basic rights are flagrantly trampled by a Department of Justice that is corrupt and that does not move all men of conscience and integrity to action, what hope do we have of derailing the democrat agenda to totally transform this country into their communist/globalist paradise? We need warriors in the fight against the biggest threat to freedom this country has ever faced. If you believe that is hyperbole then you are part of the problem. Democrats mean to subdue us by any means possible and far too many Republicans will let them. God help us.

The democrats must have caught on to their colossal mistake by now. One of two things will happen with the 1/6 political prisoners. They will either be killed or they will eventually get out and tell their stories. I can't imagine either scenario will bode well for the deep state. The best they can hope for is to brainwash and blackmail their way into silencing them but out of over 500 someone will break and that will lead to others opening up.

No guns, no deaths (except the woman who, rumor strongly has it, was killed by a leading Dem's security chief!), no holding without those actual charges filed. There are a few episodes in our nation's history where elected representatives made a huge difference in the course and trajectory of the western world in general and of the US specifically; however, those episodes pale in significance when compared to the more significant and lasting differences made by the collective action of the People. Lexington and Concord weren't manned by the Donald Trumps, or the popular state governors of the mid-to-late 1700s. Yes, George Washington crossed the Delaware but he did so not as a politician but as a militia volunteer and Continental Army general. Look first to the man/woman in the mirror before rolling the dice of your lives, family, and country on politicians. Not even the democrats sat back quietly and waited to follow their politicians; they flooded the streets with militant Antifa/BLM thugs, not fearful of the Republican president in DC or the traditional Americans he represented. Their actions, as abhorrent as most conservative, traditional Americans found them to be, appear to have effectively cowed the USSC or at least the Chief Justice. The people we elect to represent us do so in a body that makes up its own rules, with very little consideration given to the Constitution when said body is dominated by democrats. It is the people who created politicians and when they run amok, it is the people and only the people who either allow it or change it.

Those of Joe Biden’s public behaviors that align with classic dementia symptoms are escalating. In the past few days, he strongly exhibited two symptoms: A type of belligerence that’s a cover-up for confusion and memory loss and a paranoid fear of those in charge of him. I used to spend a lot of time in the company of doctors. What always fascinated me were the tales they told of dealing with patients with early-stage dementia. Something religiously astonishing is taking place in Iran, where an Islamist government has ruled since 1979: Christianity is flourishing. The implications are potentially profound. Consider some testimonials: David Yeghnazar of Elam Ministries stated in 2018 that "Iranians have become the most open people to the gospel." The Christian Broadcast Network found, also in 2018, that "Christianity is growing faster in the Islamic Republic of Iran than in any other country." Shay Khatiri of Johns Hopkins University wrote last year about Iran that "Islam is the fastest shrinking religion there, while Christianity is growing the fastest." This trend results from the extreme form of Shi'ite Islam imposed by the theocratic regime.
