President Joe Biden on Tuesday launched an assault to attempts by Republican-controlled states to change voting rights laws, blasting them as a 'threat to democracy' and vowing to protect 'free and fair elections.''This is election subversion. It is the most dangerous threat to voting in the integrity of free and fair elections in our history,' he said, speaking at the historic National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Republicans have defended their new laws as a way to protect the integrity of the vote and charge Democrats object to the laws because they benefit from 'voter fraud.'

The big question is, how does “Pop” Biden define the meaning of the word “Democracy”? As it certainly seems that Biden’s definition of “Democracy” is simply 100% what the leftist and socialist Democrats political agenda amounts to for the country. With everyone else deemed to be traitors!

Then let's get back to one single election day like we had for most of our nation's history. You can't claim discrimination if everyone has the same rule. You can't fall back on the Constitution to guarantee a "right" to mail-in and early ballots. This nonsense of taking weeks or months to sift through the votes has to stop.

The NAACP on Tuesday vowed to bail out any Texas Democrat arrested by state authorities for running away from a special legislative session earlier in the week called by GOP Gov. On July 4th, a little more than a week ago, the White House made the preposterous claim that holiday food was cheaper than last year. Everyone who buys groceries knew that level of propaganda was unmitigated nonsense and the consumer pricing data released today shows exactly that.According to the BLS, June prices jumped 0.9%. Every month this year the CPI has been rising faster than the prior month, which essentially means inflation is rising at an ever-increasing rate. Annualized inflation (June 2020 -vs- June 2021) now shows an overall inflation rate of 5.4%.However, at a 0.9% monthly rate -if the level stabilizes- that means the real inflation rate is 10.8%

Last night, several special elections happened in various legislative districts in the states of Georgia, Alabama, and Wisconsin. After the results came in, a common theme was apparent: Republicans had overperformed compared to the 2020 election.Yet, it was the Georgia election that raised the most eyebrows. In a suburban Atlanta district that saw its Republican vote share hit an all-time low just under a year ago, voters swung 22 points further toward the GOP yesterday. (Tweet) Now, because these special election results heavily favored Republicans, the media will not use them as a bellwether.
