A federal Washington D.C. judge faulted a district jail on Thursday for failing to provide evidence to a defendant who was arrested for allegedly being involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach and has been held there for months. Jorden Mink, the defendant in the case, was indicted (pdf) on several federal charges, including destruction of government property and theft. Mink, who has pleaded not guilty, has been held in jail since January. Officials have alleged Mink used a baseball bat to smash windows at the Capitol and passed furniture through the smashed windows to the crowd outside. “I can’t allow someone to sit in prison for this long without access to

No Judge Head in the Snad, its perfectly legal in our new tow tiered legal system. That ole' constitutional thingy is out of date and hasn't kept up with the changing times. Now, show our goobernment a crime, and they will find a way to lock him up forever until he dies without any access to a Just-Us system.

AUSTIN, Texas — Democrats in the Texas Legislature on Monday began bolting for Washington, D.C., and said they were ready to remain there for weeks in a second revolt against a GOP overhaul of election laws, forcing a dramatic new showdown over voting rights in America. One large group was set to leave Austin on private planes before the GOP could pass a voting bill in a special legislative session ordered by Republican Gov. Greg Abbott(snip) It was not immediately clear how many of the 67 Democrats in the Texas House of Representatives planned to go, but it was expected to be enough to bring the Legislature to a halt.

No bad idea ever dies. That is the mournful lesson we are being taught daily by the partisans of so-called “critical race theory,” the disciples of “equity,” and the shock troops of Antifa and Black Lives Matter. There are some local differences, (Snip) but to a large extent the present radicalisms are a reprise of the radicalisms of the 1960s, which in turn were recapitulations of the radicalisms of the French Revolution filtered through the argot of Marxism.(snip) In its more radical versions, multiculturalism explicitly denies the ideal of the United States as an integrated society in which peoples of different races, creeds, and ethnic backgrounds can live

There is a confluence of events that need to be taken in their totality in order to contextualize the mounting desperation amid Democrats. ♦ (1) Democrats lost district seats in the 2020 U.S. census. Redistricting is going to hurt them in 2022. ♦ (2) Democrats massively exploited and cheated using mail-in ballots in the 2020 election, and they still lost House seats because the scale of MAGA turnout was overwhelming. This reality is a very visible dark cloud heading their way. They know it. ♦ (3) Ongoing or initiated forensic ballot audits in any of the key “ballot mule” regions will expose their 2020 corruption [Maricopa County (AZ), Fulton County

New evidence indicates that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the November 2020 general election — a number that will continue to rise over the next several months, potentially exceeding the 12,670 votes that separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump. While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our president, all Americans who genuinely care about free and fair elections and the disenfranchisement of voters should demand both transparency and solutions to prevent a repeat in future elections. This evidence also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for the related public (and private) comments and legal arguments made in challenging the

Averaging around 1,000 pounds between them at the show’s launch — before Amy began to lose the weight — the two jolly and morbidly obese women in flyover country are easy to mock and ripe for reality television, as they allow crews chronicle their glutenous lives for a nationwide audience.

YouTube deleted a video of former President Donald Trump from the American Conservative Union’s account and prevented the group from live-streaming the former president’s Sunday CPAC speech. In a statement, ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp said the group learned that its account had been frozen for seven days over a video from Friday in which Mr. Trump announces his class-action lawsuit against the Silicon Valley titans such as Google and YouTube. That loss of access to its video account meant the ACU, which runs the Conservative Political Action Conference, could not upload Mr. Trump’s speech or any other live content from its CPAC 2021 Part 2
