Naming the Capitol Cop Who Killed Unarmed
Jan. 6 Rioter Ashli Babbitt

Most police departments — including Washington, D.C.’s Metropolitan Police — are required to release an officer’s name within days of a fatal shooting. Not the U.S. Capitol Police, which is controlled by Congress and answers only to Congress. It can keep the public in the dark about the identity and investigation of an officer involved in a shooting indefinitely. Which is what happened with the Jan. 6 shooting of Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed protester in the U.S. Capitol riot who was fatally wounded by a plainclothes police lieutenant as she attempted to breach a set of doors inside the building. For the past six months, (Snip) the Capitol Police has stiff-armed

In the meantime, he has been identified. There is even a witness, ready to officially name him.

The public has a right to know the name of the killer. The family, media and members of congress should not let up demanding the name be made public. So he has to hide, it does not matter when people on the right are doxed and threatened for much less than murder.

Mike Byrd. I read it in these very posts last week. I also understood him to be black which is of no matter. But that’s the name I recall seeing.

Naming is Step One. Step Two is indicting him for murder, and then requiring a change of venue to Texas for the investigation and trial.

Being a unionized public employee has its benefits. Who's making sure these officers get pay and bennies? If you said it's the likes of Nancy P. go to the front of the class.

At a roll call the following morning, the shooter, a lieutenant, told fellow officers that he would “be treated differently” because of his rank as a lieutenant. Ah yes, but his ace in the hole was he's also black making him almost untouchable. Two years earlier he walked away and left his handgun, which .40 caliber bullets, in a rest room. The punishment for that? Right. You got it.

Michael Leroy Byrd, just another incompetent affirmative action hire. Nothing out of the ordinary here folks, please move on. They should jail him in the same block where hundreds of Trump supporters are being held as political prisoners. His suicide would barely raise an eyebrow.

Byrd was instructed to kill somebody that day so Trump could be blamed. This will be left alone to advance the theme of 'Capital Riot' of 1-6-21.

New evidence indicates that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the November 2020 general election — a number that will continue to rise over the next several months, potentially exceeding the 12,670 votes that separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump. While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our president, all Americans who genuinely care about free and fair elections and the disenfranchisement of voters should demand both transparency and solutions to prevent a repeat in future elections. This evidence also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for the related public (and private) comments and legal arguments made in challenging the

The TLC Series “1,000 Pound Sisters” has become a sneaky success, ballooning to a number 1 cable show among women between the ages 25-54 in March, a key demographic, while the second season averaged 1.5 million views. The courts are telling Democrats that their Jim Crow argument against laws they don't like is lame. Judges and the Supreme Court are not buying the argument (if you can call it that) that anything Jim Clyburn calls racist is racist. The Supreme Court sent a strong message in striking down the Democrat Party's attempt to override Arizona's voting laws, which the state updated in 2016. Justice Alito wrecked the argument that the law harms minorities. He wrote, "A policy that appears to work for 98% or more of voters to whom it applies—minority and non-minority alike—is unlikely to render a system unequally open.

The 26-foot tall bronze monument - which has stood in the city's Emancipation Park since 1924 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 - was hoisted off it base with a crane shortly after 8am. It will now be placed in storage. A separate statue of Confederate General Thomas 'Stonewall' Jackson will also be removed in Charlottesville on Saturday afternoon.
