James O'Keefe Has Twitter on the Backfoot
After Massive Legal Victory Against Them

Back in April, Project Veritas CEO James O’Keefe brought a lawsuit against Twitter after the social media giant terminated his account over the excuse — without evidence — that he was running multiple fake accounts. Perhaps not so surprisingly, they did this as Project Veritas was exposing CNN’s technical director Charlie Chester. The lawsuit was filed in a New York state court, which Twitter immediately attempted to have transferred to a California federal court where the chances that the lawsuit would be dismissed are rather high… too high, in fact. In order to make that happen, Twitter’s lawyer, Amer Ahmed, attempted to make the case that O’Keefe

Twitter suspended O’Keefe because he was releasing a bit too much of the truth of how big tech and media influenced the past election. Always amazed that in America, which seem to have a law for everything, Congress has not seen fit to protect us from outright propaganda and the buying of politicians during our elections. As for the article, I saw the same thing. You would think that someone who calls themself a writer would first learn to spell. A site is not quite the same thing as setting your sights on something.

This was an interim win, not a massive legal victory. Does O'Keefe really think he will get a fair shake in New York state court? Or that Twitter won't try to remove the case to NY federal court?

Good for O'Keefe...this is how we win...by staying one step ahead of them. They've been 5 steps ahead of us for years b/c we simply cannot fathom their levels of depravity and corruption...we don't have to act like the, but we do have to think like them to get in front of them.

This O'Keefe kid is one smart guy. I hope he can stay two steps ahead of the behemoth tech oligarchs. That said, I'm not sure his case will get a fair shake in New York. The New York judicial system is one of the most corrupt on the planet. In fact, as we have all seen these past six years, the entire judicial system of the United States is corrupt. Good luck, Jim.

#8 Don't worry about the interim win. It's about DISCOVERY! That's why O'Keefe isn't looking for a punitive financial settlement. No, no. James is all about INFORMATION! Tons and tons of info from all of company heads under the penalty of perjury. Can you picture Dorsey in an orange jump suit if he lies under oath while being questioned in O'Keefe's deposition by sharp attorneys? Wish we could be there for the fun!

O"Keefe has the right message. It's not about the money. It's about exposing these oligarchs for who they are. Marxist do-gooder's. Twitter needs to be shut down until they allow free speech, no censorship. If they can't do that, run them out of business. They are unAmerican.

Increasingly, Americans are trusting the media sources less and less that they used to rely on unquestionably to keep them informed but that is the fault of those same media outlets, not the people who distrust them.Americans, and especially conservatives, already had their doubts about the veracity of many in the “mainstream media” after eight years of sycophantic treatment of Barack Obama. But after four years of Donald Trump, a wide majority of Americans now see the media for what it is: A dishonest gaggle of partisan Democrats who serve as that party’s propaganda wing.
