Won’t you be my neighbor? You’ll need $2.4 million, though.During his 2020 campaign, now-President Joe Biden was compared to children’s television figure Mister Rogers — and now you can really be Joe and Jill Biden’s neighbor.A property next to Biden’s custom-built three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom Wilmington, Delaware, home was listed Monday for $2.39 million, according to Realtor.com.Biden, who also owns a Delaware beach house but spent this past holiday weekend at the White House, purchased his Wilmington plot for $350,000 in 1998. The property, including the 6,850-square-foot mansion, is now estimated to be worth at least $2 million,

Biden lives in Millionaires Row outside the otherwise depressed Democrat city of Wilmington. An elite private day school borders uncle Joe's property on the north side. I attended that high school back when Biden was a punk fluke 20-something senator.

I had not heard that during the campaign he was compared to Mr Rogers. What an insult to Mr Rogers! There is absolutely no comparison.

Someone needs to buy the property, demolish what building is on it, and then build a rent controlled apartment complex for the "victims" to live in. If biden is going to destroy the suburbs might as start with his. And frankly I did not like Mr. Rogers but would take him over biden in a heartbeat. Always thought Mr. Rogers was creepy. Sort of like biden.

Why are the current owners selling? Does the Secret Service make them nervous?

We have friends who live a few doors down from the Obama house in Chicago. It was a nightmare...and it's been empty practically full time since he we to D.C. 24 hour Secret Service protection, concrete barricades that funneled traffic in and out and every one who entered had to be questioned. It was almost impossible to get any kind of deliveries or have work done, because many trucks couldn't fit, and forget having a party. They inquired about selling and were told by the realtor "good luck."

Do you get paid $2.4 million a year to live next to this idiot or is it a lump sum?

Trump should buy it. Nice home but can you see Joey swimming in the nude next door ? Will he be over to smell your hair, check on the kids ?
Could we see the snow covered photos ? No thanks.

Let's not forget the added bonus of seeing the beady eyed neighbor of note swimming nude in his backyard pool. But on the bright side you do have Secret Service watching your every move.

I wouldn't be his neighbor if you gave me the house free and $2.4 million on top of that...

How does the “poorest member of congress” buy a 6,850 sq. ft. mansion in 1998?
And who designs, builds or buys a house which has more bathrooms than bedrooms?

Would be great if a huge USA/Trump supporter with enough disposable income bought it and decked it out with all kinds of MAGA stuff, American flags all over, and BIDEN IS A FRAUD signs.

What is the distance between the two homes? How should I put it - what is the reading on the laser rangefinder so I know how far I can safely hit a golf ball?

Star gazing is not my thing. Fraud Joe Biden is no exception he not worth a second glance in a grocery store or 7-11.
The ugly creep, Biden, can't even draw a crowd why would someone want to live next door to a senile pervert? Not at any price.
