Regardless of the ultimate outcome, a lot of valuable information should come out during the court proceedings.

Is the law suit again the companies or personally against the CEOs? I hope it is the latter.

put the three of them in the poor house, where they belong or, better yet, many, many years in prison. Dorsey, the hermit would probably like that.

So this was his “big” social media announcement...??? A lawsuit...big deal. Oh wait the article said his alleged media idea/company is a “work in progress”. Trump likes the sound of his own voice way too much. Maybe when he gets done complaining about how he lost, nobody luvs him anymore, and everybody is mean to him....he might try telling us what he’s going to do for our party and what he is going to do for the country going forward. Continuing to complain ain’t gonna do it...

Well aren't you just the cutest thing, #4. While you're here, read articles posted and comments. It will be a learning experience for you.

The discovery phase will be amusing.
#4, conservatives don't whine about people not doing things for them. Trump owes you, me, the country, etc, absolutely nothing. He's a private citizen. I go to liberal/Marxist sites to read what everyone is owed. Lucianne is full of adults who take responsibility for their own lives. We don't wait for others to fix things for us. We are owed nothing. I hope you enjoy your time here and come with an open mind about who we are. You'll be surprised to find it is very different than you've been told at those other sites and by your TV.

Well, interesting. Sounds like Zuckie, Rasputin, and Pichai have a few more things to think about. #2, it appears that the suits were filed against the companies. It is common to list the companies executive team as the accused. While the article was a little vague on this. I didn't get the sense that these are criminal suits....yet. The damages and harm Trump alleges in the suits speak more to corporate malpractice. Trump may be about to become an incredibly wealthy man if damages in fact amount to the Trillions. But, how he will show that harm caused to him personally justifies payment of damages in the trillions will be most interesting. Now I understand why Trump sold off one of his businesses. He had a very large piggy bank to work with to win some very large legal settlements.

Suit should also include the millions of us victims that were unable to hear from our President.

Trump has no standing. Statue of Limitations has past. Anyone with that hair can't be serious. Just think for one minute and we collectively will cover every excuse a court will use to throw this case out. Justice for us, Just-Us for Democrats. We know that our two tier Just-Us system can never let a lawsuit like this see the light of day.

Hi 10, welcome to "not-Marxist" world! I hope you enjoy your stay. Maybe we can learn from each other?
Can you tell us the statute of limitations duration according to the law (which law, federal or California?) to sue a social media company for civil rights violations? I am unaware of such and welcome you to educate me, thank you.
I am curious what you think that duration is and what section of law you'd like to quote to back that up.

Pres Trump timed suit until Florida passed their user protection law against online political restrictive actions. The Feds will have to rule Florida's law is unconstitutional. Pres. Trump is still playing 3D chess.

Good for him. I thought discrimination was frowned upon but I guess big tech thinks differently. In response to #4, I question the use of "our party" in your comments. You might want to evaluate conservatism. My take on conservatism is: religious liberty, low taxes, limited government, strong defense, strong borders, free market, drill, drill, drill, clean elections, pro-life, and pro-2nd amendment. Your comments seem contrary. . .
