Yes, We Should Ban Critical Race Theory

As we head toward this weekend's 245th anniversary of American independence, critical race theory has emerged as the dominant subject gripping and dividing the nation. The threshold question, itself the subject of rancorous and oftentimes disingenuous debate, is what the term "critical race theory" even refers to. When this semantic debate surfaces, proponents usually attempt two things at once. First, they accuse their CRT-skeptical interlocutors of being bigots, white supremacists or apologists who want to deliberately muddle and whitewash America's complex -- and at times tragic -- history of race relations.

Comments:

Once again - - a "conservative" pundit plays pattycake, pattycake - - accpeting the premise of government-run schools - - and trying to "fix" them - - instead of going to the heart of the matter - - getting rid of all government owned, operated, or subsidized schools.

If you don’t agree that Critical Race Theory is valid, you are racist. If you don’t join up with the CRT crowd, you are a bigot. If you keep your opinion to yourself, you are an ignorant slob. I’m getting tired of this Can’t Win situation, and suspect that others are also. If you still believe the MSMedia, It might look like patriotism is dead in this country, but the “left” is in for a surprise at some point. Enough is enough.

Critical Race Theory IS the modern Jim Crow. Democrats, trying to divide and terrorize Americans, all over again.

I wonder if any of the CRT pushers have considered what their ideology will do to children of mixed race. My grandchildren are part black, part Mexican and part mixed European in ancestry. To top it off, they live in Loudoun County, Virginia, which has been all over the news lately due to the public school system’s enforcement of CRT and LGBT indoctrinating. They are not school age yet but I wonder if they will be emotionally damaged due to one part of their heritage being taught to hate another part. This scares the carp out of me.

I agree with #1 - CRT's "heads I win, tails you lose" political agenda is not playing well outside of faculty and government lounges. One positive effect of the lockdowns was the exposure of parents to the rot being taught to their children, and the already overly charged political content embedded in the curriculum. Normal people who have not had their intelligence neutralized by the enemedia are reacting instinctively to protect their kids from evil. I also believe the expected Great Reset resulting from the "Covid experience" will not go as planned at those Davos confabs. The commies interrupted their stealth march of incremental propaganda with a big artillery salvo that disrupted normal life. The people were suddenly thrust into personal destruction only seen in all-out war. The commies finally succeeded in their goal of "public awareness", but its an awareness of a people who are now threatened on every level of existence. Instead of the expected "flight" response, the American people are choosing to fight. MAGA - Through prayer, patience and strength of will.

Plus, teach authentic American history and civics in order to not only educate but to correct and erase the damage already done.

Hunter Biden used the perks of the vice presidency — parties, meetings with Joe Biden and flights on Air Force Two — to pursue business deals with Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim while his father was in office, records show. Hunter’s involvement with Slim, at one time the world’s richest man, commenced soon after a White House state dinner the magnate attended in May 2010, along with Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, to honor Mexican President Felipe Calderon.

An order handed down by a Georgia judge today named several individual members of a county elections board as respondents in an election-related lawsuit, clearing the way for an intensive audit of 2020 absentee ballots in Georgia's largest county. Superior Court Judge Brian Amero in a Thursday ruling dismissed several claims brought against governmental entities of Fulton County on sovereign immunity grounds, but he allowed the five members of Fulton County's Board of Registration and Elections to be named in the suit.

It's shameful that it took so long to declare a national holiday to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States. But the nation's first official Juneteenth holiday weekend got off to an inauspicious start, to say the very least. CNN reported gun violence in multiple locations, including my own small town of Granger, Indiana. My teenage son works at the family-owned grocery store in the same little shopping center where five people were shot (one fatally) at a "Juneteenth Summer Bash" party held at a tavern.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) unloaded on Democrat President Joe Biden in a letter sent to Republican lawmakers on Sunday, warning that the Democrats’ policies were doing significant harm to the country. McCarthy’s letter started off by noting that the Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed was paying off big time as communities across the country come back to life following the coronavirus pandemic, which killed hundreds of thousands of Americans and devastated the economies of many states.

Did we ever need masks? It’s a touchy, complex question. People may not want to learn that millions of us covered our faces for 15 months for no good reason after all. But asking the questions is exactly what we must do. Last week, a trove of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s emails were released to the public. In a Feb. 5, 2020, email to a Team Obama health official, the virus guru wrote that masks were for infected people, and that “the typical mask you buy in a drug store is not really effective in keeping out the virus, which is small enough to pass through the material.”

Those of Joe Biden’s public behaviors that align with classic dementia symptoms are escalating. In the past few days, he strongly exhibited two symptoms: A type of belligerence that’s a cover-up for confusion and memory loss and a paranoid fear of those in charge of him. I used to spend a lot of time in the company of doctors. What always fascinated me were the tales they told of dealing with patients with early-stage dementia. The most interesting point they made was that elderly people, so as not to lose face or admit their own fears, are superb at deflecting the questions aimed at assessing their cognitive skills and memory.
