The Biden agenda continued its string of legal defeats on Friday afternoon as a federal judge slapped down the administration’s attempt to block states from making their own tax cuts. The Biden administration’s unconstitutional policy was part of the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package.“U.S. District Judge Douglas Cole issued the permanent injunction requested by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, a Republican who argued the administration was trying to impose a ‘tax mandate’ on states,’ the Washington Times reported.“The Biden administration reached too far, seized too much and got its hand slapped,” Yost said.

Country rock star Aaron Lewis’s patriotic anthem “Am I the Only One” soared up the iTunes charts, passing Big Red Machine’s “Renegade” featuring Taylor Swift, over the July 4th weekend. Two versions of Lewis’s song, the explicit version and radio edit, took the second and third spots on iTunes’ Top Songs on Saturday, pushing Swift to number five.(Song List) The patriotic anthem, dedicated to “all the patriots,” calls out left-wing activists and slams those who tore statutes down during the Black Lives Matter riots last year.(Photo) “Am I the only one here tonight, shakin’ my head and think’ something ain’t right,” Lewis sings. “Is it just me,

America’s being hit on all sides this weekend. While the country celebrates the Fourth of July, three major catastrophes are threatening the nation on all coasts. While two of the catastrophes are “natural disasters” one is manmade and all could have disastrous repercussions. As Toby Keith writes in his new song, “Happy Birthday America (Whatever’s Left of You)”. The East CoastFlorida, which is still reeling from the Surfside condo collapse, is set to be hit by Tropical Storm Elsa on Sunday and Monday. It has already wreaked havoc in the Caribbean and is said to be gaining strength. Rescue teams for the Surfside complex have already been called off and the state

Actor Bill Pullman attempts to lift America’s soul and remind us who we really are in a rousing “Independence Day”-themed ad called “Go Fourth America,” reprising his famous speech from the alien-fighting, patriotic 1996 movie.Twenty-five years later, Pullman is once again behind the podium as President Thomas Whitmore from the movie “Independence Day” that also starred Jeff Goldblum and Will Smith. But this time, instead of fighting off aliens who want to eradicate humanity, Pullman is calling on America to get vaccinated and once again celebrate the 4th of July, holding cookouts and getting out of our homes to be together once more.

Remnants of New York City’s most horrific hour will likely remain behind in Afghanistan even as the final American troops leave the struggling nation after 20 years, according to reports. New York firefighters and police officers delivered debris from the World Trade Center at Bagram Air Base in December 2001, just days after the Taliban was toppled for harboring Sept. 11 terror mastermind Osama Bin Laden.A steel beam from the World Trade Center was erected at the base after being donated by residents of Breezy Point Queens in 2010. It has since become a base landmark, emblazoned with “WTC” stacked on top of “9 11 01.”

Once, that would have been a statement of the obvious. Today, such a belief could get you fired. Now, a forensic book by a senior writer at The Economist argues the gender self-identification lobby is harming children, women – and trans people themselves. Gender self-identification is often described as this generation’s civil rights battle. But for a man to declare ‘I am a woman’, and for everyone to be compelled to agree, is not, as with genuine civil rights movements, about extending privileges unjustly hoarded by a favoured group to a marginalised one.

The party of slavery is about power and always has been.
