Yes, indeed dither on those stony memorials to Democrat Party history! Those Confederate statues must be an embarrassment to Dems, after all, those are their progenitors! Meanwhile, they ought to get about purging all those Senator Robert Byrd-named streets, avenues, highways and byways, buildings and bridges, scholarships and foundations, all glowing tributes to the once-KKK Grand Kleagle, Robert Byrd! And for good measure, demand that Biden recant his effusive praise and adulation of Byrd. In fact, a whole slew of Dems ought to walk on down that pathway of self-abasement for all the sins of their forefathers. Yes, the Dems have much for which they must atone. For now, don't bother with the statues, let them stand as monuments to their lies, hypocrisy, and duplicity, it will add --like logs-- to the fires of self-immolation, so overdue and richly deserved. Oh, and apologies are owed to Republicans, to the American people, to history itself.

What does it matter? China no longer fears us economically, militarily, or otherwise. We cannot defeat China or Russia in a ground war requiring troops on their shores. The use of nuclear weapons tactical or not is the road to certain death for the entire planet, all species with the possible exception of the cockroaches. Here is the thing, we no longer have any Nationalistic pride. A significant portion of the inhabitants here hate everything this country stood for. Our military is "woke" and physically and mentally unfit for any combat situation. We have proven that over the last 20 years. The Chinese and Russians have strong Nationalistic Pride in their country. They have militaries with men and women who understand the objectives of a military and are not sidetracked by transgender, sexual orientation, or the current social fad. So a debate on Confederate statues is the level this country is at and at the rate and direction it is going may be a high level mark in the next 12-24 months.

I think China owes a thank you to Bill Clinton for selling the rocket technology that enabled China to go from Scud missile to pin point accuracy on their ICBM's. All for a lousy $300K towards his re election campaign. Not to mention all the nuclear secrets obtained by China during his watch. Democrats are truly going to get us all killed.

A new cold war is brewing, and this one will be worse than the one with Russia. What China did with COVID was largely an act of war against the rest of the world, and the world has ignored it. Appeasement doesn't work folks. China is looking for a fight, and the rest of the world better be ready. It is time to focus on what is important: Our safety.

Joe Biden was attempting to show how on the ball he is this week at a briefing on the nation’s wildfire situation. It didn’t work. Biden was meeting with Western governors so he could be seen talking about the annual phenomenon of wildfires and how awful they are and how we must do everything to stop them, even though that just makes future ones worse. “We know this is becoming a regular cycle,” the president said. [Snip] There is so much so very ignorant about what Joe Biden said. First, wildfire is not becoming a regular cycle. It already is. Has been forever

It was an iconic moment, George W. Bush at his authentic best talking to rescue workers and a shocked America from atop a heap of 9/11 rubble. Just three days after those awful sights of collapse and death the president stood there, arm around a firefighter, bullhorn in hand. Someone yelled, “Can’t hear you.” “I hear you!” said the commander-in-chief, “The rest of the world hears you. And the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon.” Loud cheers ensued at the site and far beyond. The cheering has long since died, replaced by

Every political party as a human institution has its faults. Throughout history, those faults often end up causing the organization’s ultimate demise. The genetic flaw in America’s Democratic Party is its innate proclivity to hand out free stuff – to anyone and everyone. Unless you’re rich, in which case you’re expected to finance the political largesse of America’s oldest surviving political party. [Snip] Now, Joe Biden is taking this free stuff philosophy and grafting it on to American foreign policy. When the 78-year-old president sits down this week in Switzerland with Russia’s 68-year-old President Vladimir Putin, the Democrat will confront the utter uselessness of his generosity.

Regret is not something Americans generally are comfortable admitting. It implies you were – gasp! – mistaken, wish you’d done something differently. Better then, to just ignore the situation and move on as if nothing happened. That’s where a growing number of Americans seem to be now, over last November’s election and their vote for Joe Biden. Or, more accurately, their vote against Donald Trump. In autumn polling, more than two-thirds of Democrats declared they

Vice President Mike Pence may be in the doghouse with conservatives but no one can say there were stories that he was a bad boss or that his office was chaotic, mismanaged, or incompetent. Things are different with Kamala Harris. According to an article in Politico, Harris’s office sounds like the real-life version of Veep, the HBO political satire that focused on the stupid, self-centered, and vicious Selina Meyer, a Vice President whose office was filled with slavish gatekeepers and self-centered staff, all of whom were incompetent. The story rings true. What's more interesting is contemplating why Democrats are going after Harris.
