Make-a-Wish Foundation to
grant wishes only to fully
vaccinated terminally ill children

The push to vaccinate every last American, regardless of a rational risk-reward analysis continues unabated. The latest-- and most sinister-- example was provided by the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the organization that makes possible the realization of “life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.” The nonprofit’s president and CEO, Richard Davis, recently announced via video that the charity will henceforth only grant wishes to terminally ill children-- and their family members—if they have all been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Davis noted that Make-a-Wish would require the critically ill children-- as well as any participants from the family-- to be two weeks past full vaccination

They are a scam anyway. I've heard too many stories about the wishes they grant, and dont grant, to believe they are legit. Save your money.

a kid is dying but has to get vaccinated against a disease that normally wouldn't even be noticed by his or body, or Make-a-Wish says "Drop Dead!' Now isn't that a a wonderful group of donkeys?

Soooo let me see if I have this straight. If a child has had Kung Flu, the CDC says they have natural immunity and should not take the vaccine, but MaW wants them to disregard CDC advice and vax up regardless to get a final wish? Or if the child is allergic to components of the vaccine or the components clash with life-saving / life-extending cancer medications, they should disregard their doctor's advice and get the shot so they can get a final wish?? Does Make a Wish even give a damn how vicious and cruel this is to treat an already dying child this way???

Now THIS is sad, using terminally ill children to push political ends. What’s next, only granting the wish of a child if the parents are registered and activist leftists?

About 20 years ago, a young girl (with blood cancer) received her wish. I think it was a motorhome trip for her family along the California coast. This child is now about 30 years old and the mother of several children. Yeah... it's nice but other things are more useful.

After several minutes of laughing after reading the headline, this is probably the dumbest story yet. I mean I'm sorry for the kids dying, but come on. You think a kid with a terminal illness really needs a Covid shot? In most cases, people around someone with that kind of illness are already wearing masks. Who are these people in positions of power making these decisions? Are they grade school dropouts? Are they afraid of being sued?

Very, very sick people running things. The child is DYING. The shot could push them over the edge, and certainly isn't going to prolong their lives.

Report: Kamala Harris is an awful boss 30 replies

Vice President Mike Pence may be in the doghouse with conservatives but no one can say there were stories that he was a bad boss or that his office was chaotic, mismanaged, or incompetent. Things are different with Kamala Harris. According to an article in Politico, Harris’s office sounds like the real-life version of Veep, the HBO political satire that focused on the stupid, self-centered, and vicious Selina Meyer, a Vice President whose office was filled with slavish gatekeepers and self-centered staff, all of whom were incompetent. The story rings true. What's more interesting is contemplating why Democrats are going after Harris.

George Washington University Law School Professor Jonathon Turley has posited that recent unanimous Supreme Court rulings may be the court sending a message to politicians. (snip) The reality is that the court is in trouble. It is no longer trusted to be unbiased. The justices are belatedly learning that a referee who isn’t faithful to the rules also lacks the authority to control the game -- as that authority is granted by the players. The justices find themselves in a predicament that was created by themselves and their predecessors. Even Rivlin, who doesn’t speak English as his native language, was able to give his remarks off of the top of his head While Biden did look up from his notes from time to time, he must have been worried that he’d “get into trouble” with the people whose wishes he carries out, because he kept lookkng down and reading most of the time.

These are deadly vaccines. They are experimental, and many utilize gene-editing techniques. It remains a mystery as to how the human body will react long-term to them. (snip) The delta variant is even more transmissible than earlier versions of the virus, but the other side of that coin is that it is weaker, less lethal. Everywhere other than in Big Media newsrooms, Americans speak openly of President Joe Biden's cognitive decline and wonder whether he can last out his four-year term. Forty-one percent of Americans believe that Trump actually won the election and that Biden’s ascension was the result of fraud, with over half of Republicans holding that belief. As the Marxist revolution oozes forward, I occasionally wonder what will happen to the useful idiots when the commies seize absolute power in this once great Republic. I believe that most AT readers are familiar with the term, but for those who need a brief refresher, a useful idiot, as defined by Wikipedia, "is a derogatory term for a person perceived as propagandizing for a cause without fully comprehending the cause's goals, and who is cynically used by the cause's leaders." In my opinion, this definition can be applied to a majority of the young, brainwashed radicals who have no idea about the true history of Marxism

Vogue, the world's fashion bible, has placed Jill Biden on her cover as the epitome of fashion. She's a "goddess," they explain. Which is a stretch, given that the first lady has sported getups like this loud red zebra print dress, or these huge-print patterned pantyhose worn with elfin spike heel ankle boots. It goes to show that its whole schtick is politics, not fashion. After all, the big fashion bible for the world's stylish somehow managed to overlook the nation's truly stylish first lady, Melania Trump, a former super-model, who not only was quite beautiful, but age-appropriate and elegant in her four years as first lady.
