Rudy Giuliani fired back at the partisan judges who retaliated against him for election fraud claims he made while representing his client Donald Trump after the contested 2020 election. Giuliani made the comments to Newsmax in an interview with Greg Kelly on Thursday night.“This is a Democrat decision by five judges who should be themselves investigated, because they’re destroying fairness,” Giuliani remarked.(Video) “I’m not very happy about this. I love practicing law; it’s my passion. I’ve done it for 50 years,” he continued. “I’ve done it for 50 years without, I think, a single complaint ever.

This is a state court matter. None of the NY judges were appointed by Trump. Rudy should appeal the decision but the chances of getting relief in woke NY are slim.

Another ''Five'' nasty women with an ax to grind. It may amuse us for a little while, but in a year or so when you need an attorney for something an attorney is licensed to do--the ground will have been pulled out from under the really good ones.

I am not a Rudy fan. He has long since lost his fast ball, and rarely throws strikes. However what he says in court is protected by the litigation privilege, and what he says outside is protected by the First Amendment. Opining that the election was stolen is not misconduct. Lawyers say their clients are innocent when they are not. The say their clients were wronged when they are not. That is protected speech. Suspending him is outrageous.

A conservative legal scholar has argued that the Department of Justice's new lawsuit challenging Georgia's election law could backfire against the Biden administration and fail in court. 'I'm highly skeptical and I think that they may ultimately regret this move. It could indeed clarify this issue in the way that the Biden administration does not want,' Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, told Fox News.Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday announced the suit against Georgia, alleging Republican state lawmakers passed a sweeping election reform to discriminate against black voters.

For decades, conservatives have sought to regain lost culture-war ground through judicial nominations, with GOP voters consistently rating the Supreme Court a higher priority than do Democrats. As the latest high-court term winds down — one featuring a putative 6-3 “conservative” majority — it’s worth taking stock of where that project stands. The answer: not in a great place. Consider two of this term’s highest-profile cases: California v. Texas (on ObamaCare) and the Fulton v. City of Philadelphia (on religious liberty). In California, a 7-2 majority of Supremes again left former President Barack Obama’s signature domestic policy untouched. The court declined to reach the substantive issue — the constitutionality

The committee offered several alternatives for terms commonly used in the industry, such as using “manufactured” or “fabricated” instead of “man-made.”

In my opinion, this definition can be applied to a majority of the young, brainwashed radicals who have no idea about the true history of Marxism
