On Friday, Rhode Island Democrat Senator Sheldon Whitehouse — who had slammed former President Trump for “toiling to deepen the fault lines in American life” and claimed, “We can and must do better to root out systemic racism in its many forms and meet America’s full promise of justice for all” — was asked about his membership in the all-white private Bailey’s Beach Club in Newport, Rhode Island.Whitehouse had told GoLocal’s News Editor Kate Nagle in 2017, “I think it would be nice if they (Bailey’s Beach Club) changed a little bit, but it’s not my position,”

Typical leftist - lecture everyone else on raaaaacism! and then make sure they never come into contact with any person of color. Live in lily-white gated communities, join lily-white clubs, send their kids to schools with only a few token POCs and so on. The only people they come into contact with are usually very wealthy - both white and POCs.

Sure would like to see some examples of systemic racism. The only overt racism I’ve noticed is the congressional black caucus and the Chicago mayor discriminating against white reporters.

It is shocking that Whitehouse, a man who has lesser mental acuity than Biden has now, is in the Senate. He’s the perfect specimen of the powers of a political machine: next time, the Democrat party of RI will send a poodle to the Senate, just because it can.

How are white people supposed to react when they see BLM types burning, looting and murdering all around the country? Wanting to defund and kill police and hating white people. All this when there millions of black people who are very successful in their lives here. What is systemic is millions of black kids growing up without 2 parents, and no one is talking about that.

Everyone with an IQ above room temperature can see that it is the one party democrat leadership in the cities that perpetuates "systemic racism". Ensure that schools don't really teach students to function-( Democrat initiative). Ensure that inner city parents have no school choice- (Democrat initiative). Handcuff the police so that cities aren't safe and Black Lives Suffer (BLS)- (Democrat initiative). It goes on and on. "Systemic Racism", like slavery, KKK, Jim Crow etc. before it, is the currency of the Democrat party.

A conservative legal scholar has argued that the Department of Justice's new lawsuit challenging Georgia's election law could backfire against the Biden administration and fail in court. 'I'm highly skeptical and I think that they may ultimately regret this move. It could indeed clarify this issue in the way that the Biden administration does not want,' Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, told Fox News.Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday announced the suit against Georgia, alleging Republican state lawmakers passed a sweeping election reform to discriminate against black voters.

For decades, conservatives have sought to regain lost culture-war ground through judicial nominations, with GOP voters consistently rating the Supreme Court a higher priority than do Democrats. As the latest high-court term winds down — one featuring a putative 6-3 “conservative” majority — it’s worth taking stock of where that project stands. The answer: not in a great place. Consider two of this term’s highest-profile cases: California v. Texas (on ObamaCare) and the Fulton v. City of Philadelphia (on religious liberty). In California, a 7-2 majority of Supremes again left former President Barack Obama’s signature domestic policy untouched. The court declined to reach the substantive issue — the constitutionality
