A Justice Department dossier called the "National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism" was released this week with much fanfare by Attorney General Merrick B. Garland, but one political scientist warns the actual text proves even the most casual critic of the Biden administration could be ensnared in its definition, and therefore face punishment. On "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Nicholas Giordano – whom host Tucker Carlson described as a government document expert – and who is also a professor at Suffolk Community College in Selden, N.Y., warned that Garland's document is "one of the most concerning" he has ever studied.

That leftist and socialist Democrat designed document should rightly be submitted to the Congress as proposed legislation, and in the Congress should proceed by way of regular congressional order subject to scrutiny by both the Democrat and Republican conferences. What appears to be happening here is the Department of Justice has been making up a new administrative law designed to promote partisan leftist and socialist Democrat politics and to target American citizens residing in the USA who are opposed to those partisan politics.

Well, we saw it coming. This makes it easy. The democrat pretend president can proclaim this country a communist country and it would be so. No one to object. It pretty much looks like they could get what they have been working for, for at least the last 70 - 100 years. It is also why they have been attempting to paint the white race and especially white men as the enemy.

The democrats have made the political calculation that Trump supporting conservatives in particular, will be further cowed and most unlikely to meaningfully resist as the 75 million formerly Normal Americans have become nothing more than disgruntled paper tigers. Even Lucianne.com is liable to be shut down for those expressing concerns about the inexorable erosion of the first and second amendments. This administration is effectively suspending the Constitution, gambling that there will be no backlash. The impacts of self-censorship have been evident here for the past year. Notice the rarity or absence of the once ubiquitous references to "watering the tree of Liberty..." Effectively, this administration stands unopposed, opening the door to gun confiscation to eliminate the possibility of "going back" to a time of adherence to the Constitution and prominence of individual liberty.

In just a few years if you dare to post a different opinion from the left on anything you can expect to find a couple of FBI agents on your doorstep. The next step is a "re-education" camp to make sure you toe the party line. After that they will do as the CCP does...just 'disappear' you.

Rahm made a bending 25-foot birdie putt on the 17th hole to catch Louis Oosthuizen. Disney has been accused of pricing out loyal customers by targeting affluent families with $800 hotel rooms and $100 sandwiches at its theme parks, despite having scaled back its 'magic' since the pandemic began. A family vacation to Disneyland - once the pinnacle of summertime for middle-class American families - will today set a family of four back more than $6,000. With the average annual income now standing at $5,725 a month, this means a visit to the so-called 'happiest place on earth' is increasingly out of reach to the average American family.

I didn’t smoke a cigarette until age 10. Before that, me and the local boys would tramp over the local hills in search of dead ferns to smoke. By high school, we’d graduated to the healthier option. Cadging together $3, we’d skulk outside the off-license and wait. After 12 stern rejections, a reliable character would, for buyer’s rights of one cigarette per 10, smuggle us a glossy packet of Lambert and Butler. Unknowingly, we were Ayn Randian capitalists—peddling each cigarette on the school’s black market for six times the store price. Since then, I’ve smoked with sinful enthusiasm. The column was based on a series of questions and concerns presented by Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) regarding the still murky details around the January 6th storming of the Capitol building. Two questions lobbed at the FBI are both haunting and disheartening: “What did the FBI know? And when did they know it?” The fact that the agency responsible for investigating the lawlessness of that date is itself under scrutiny is alarming.

Governor Abbott threatened to defund the Texas Legislature after Texas Democrats walked out of the legislative session rather than take a vote on election reform laws. When they broke quorum and shut down the session, Abbott said that if legislators weren’t going to do their jobs, they shouldn’t be paid. Friday Abbott made good on that threat. The elections bill was a top priority for the governor during this year’s session. Texas Democrats decided to cut and run, breaking quorum, instead of voting on Senate Bill 7. They knew that the Republicans had the votes to pass the legislation – both the Texas House and the Texas Senate hold Republican majorities.
