Michael Costello, who came in 4th place on season 8 of Project Runway and was the second runner up on Project Runway All Stars in 2012, posted a lengthy testimonial to Instagram on Monday in which he accused Teigen of a years-long effort to destroy his career. In January, standing on the steps of the Capitol, President Joe Biden warned of "an attack on democracy."
In April, standing inside the House chamber, Biden declared that the only way to restore the country's soul was "to protect the sacred right to vote."
And earlier this month, standing on what was once Black Wall Street where as many as 300 Black people were murdered in 1921 by a white mob in Tulsa, Okla., Biden said he'd "fight like heck" to "combat the new assault on the right to vote."
But next week, when the Senate takes up Democrats’ signature elections bill designed to expand voting access, it will fail.
Senate Republicans Thursday said that they have no intention of supporting Sen. Joe Manchin's proposal for elections legislation, which was supposed to be a possible bipartisan compromise in lieu of Democrats' controversial elections bill, S.1.

Particularly egregious — as always — CNN, who just couldn’t keep from bootlicking for Biden despite there being no facts to support the notion that he’d actually succeeded at anything.

The US Supreme Court unanimously ruled on Thursday in favor of a Catholic child welfare organization, saying the charity has a right to decline to place foster children with same-sex couples.
Catholic Social Services sued the City of Philadelphia after it informed private agencies that provided foster care services that it would not refer children to the agencies unless they agreed to nondiscrimination requirements.
Catholic Social Services argued that it had the right to opt-out of the nondiscrimination requirement, citing the First Amendment.
The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that Philadelphia cannot force the charity to certify same-sex couples as foster parents, saying the rule violated their First Amendment rights.

Well, that escalated quickly.
As my colleague Bonchie just reported, President Joe Biden lost it on a reporter asking questions of him after his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. It was a moment that would have been setting newsrooms ablaze if the President was anyone but a Democrat.
As Bonchie reported, the question that was asked of Biden by CNN’s Kaitlan Collins was simple.
“Why are you so confident (Putin) will change his behavior, Mr. President?” she asked.
Had this been any other president we may have seen a calm, well-reasoned answer. Instead, gramps got cranky and launched after Collins with unreasonable anger.
How about a new class of minors being created for Central Americans who migrate to the United States? Joe Biden is doing just that in order to create more ways for Central Americans to legally come to the United States. In this case, the minors will board planes and fly right into the U.S., with the administration’s approval.
Joe Biden and his administration are overwhelmed with the border crisis he created on the southern border. As we know, Biden doesn’t actually have any new ideas of his own and this decision is no different. He is bringing back a program initiated by Barack Obama in 2014.
As I reported this afternoon, Joe Biden blew up at a CNN reporter today, insulting Kaitlan Collins multiple times after she asked him a basic question about expectations and Vladimir Putin. While Biden’s shows of senility and outbursts aren’t exactly new, that he was unable to control himself in this situation was still surprising.
The real question, though, was how the media would react. They had already been mistreated, by their own claim, earlier that day. Would they go after Biden the way they went after Trump for every perceived slight? In my original write-up, I had this to say about how I thought

The election of 2020 is going to lay bare the dereliction of the Supreme Court for all to see. The COVD-19 pandemic gave numerous state election officials an excuse to implement far-reaching changes to our election processes. Those changes obviously made our systems vulnerable to fraud. States implemented massive mail-in balloting at the same time they relaxed ballot security and voter identification. Racism against black Chicago residents constitutes a public health crisis within the city, Mayor Lori Lightfoot declared on Thursday. A 700-pound statue of George Floyd now sits in front of Newark City Hall.
