Naftali Bennett has become Israel's new Prime Minister after the country's parliament voted in his coalition government, ending Benjamin Netanyahu's record 12 years in power. Israel's parliament narrowly voted 60-59 in favour of the new government on Sunday and shortly afterwards, Bennett was sworn in as prime minister. Bennett, a former ally of Netanyahu turned bitter rival, will now preside over a diverse and fragile coalition comprised of eight parties with deep ideological differences. Netanyahu sat silently during the vote.

As I recall, Bibi was attached just like DJT. One of his 'Scandals' was that his wife redeemed empty bottles and used the money towards household expenses. Hope Bennett is going to be a real leader.

I always thought of Bibi as a modern day King David. He had personal flaws and failings but he loved his country and would fight to the death for her. He reminds me of another guy in that regard and I believe both countries will suffer from their absence.

This coalition will never hold for long. It spans the entire political spectrum, with bitter enemies pulled together for the sole purpose of getting rid of Bibi. One thing about Israeli politics - the vanquished have a way of returning back to power, and Bennett's hold on power is so tenuous that I doubt he will keep it long term.

This was vote fraud, but it was mechanical stuffing-the-box fraud like Arizona or GA. A small group of well financed frauds claimed to be right wing and then changed vote when it mattered. It’s the McCain, Romney, kind of fraud, except even more obvious and well funded.
