Mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador only had words of praise for "extraordinary" Vice President Kamala Harris after the two met to discuss the migration crisis this week, according to Reuters. "It's a completely new phase," López Obrador told reporters during a news conference on Wednesday, Reuters reported. "It was such a good meeting that I called her 'president.'" López Obrador also said bilateral relations had broken new ground and that another top Biden administration official would visit next week for more discussions. A witness said the eastbound SUV was moving at a high rate of speed as it approached just before midnight, and that the driver appeared to accelerate as they got closer to demonstrators who had blocked off Lake Street near Girard Avenue.
