Garland Weaponizes the DOJ to Go After

On Friday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that he would use the Department of Justice (DOJ) to target “new laws that make it harder to vote,” like the Georgia law President Joe Biden called “Jim Crow on steroids.” Garland falsely claimed that courts and intelligence agencies had “refuted” 2020 election integrity concerns, suggesting that the laws to restore election integrity are based on “disinformation” and even racism. “There has been a dramatic rise in legislative efforts that will make it harder for millions of citizens to cast a vote that counts. So far this year, at least 14 states have passed new laws that make it harder to vote,

Hard to vote? It is SUPPOSED to be hard to vote. You have to be a citizen, and reside in the Precinct. You have to verify your identity. You have to be at the right place at the right time. You have to be able to read. It should be at least as hard as it is to cash a check. It SHOULD be a requirement that you know what you are voting on, but that has been labeled RACIST. This is a large bunch of bleep. Heck. We already have voting machines that vote for us. The machines are programmed to change our votes already. Why not just let the machines vote for us?

Re #2: Ain't that the doggoned truth? Garland is more radical--by far--than the left of the SCOTUS. I've even seen some unanimous Court decisions lately, decisions that JoeSlow's DOJ and Garland are miffed about. They're going to be a lot more miffed soon.

Immediately pass a state law making it a felony to interfere in lawful election audits. Bring the National Guard or State Police in to slow down any uninvited guests at the perimeter.

Garland has been instructed by the amateur hour in the WH to help facilitate that anything illegal and foreign can, will and shall vote in the US. AND Garland and his instructors will tell them which party to vote for, Dems and only Dems. It's a one party system from now on. Garland should be immediately disbarred, it appears he does not know the law!

More years ago than I care to remember, I was a college intern working on Capitol Hill. As part of our experience, various members of Congress came to speak to us. One of them as I recall was Strom Thurmond, at that time the Democratic senator from South Carolina, and a strong segregationist. He was pushing his plan to propagandize the military in something he called “Americanism.” Most of the interns in my class were well-socialized kids from northeast colleges like Yale and Mount Holyoke and such and they listened

Documents from Fulton County, Georgia, that were submitted to state officials for the election audit “highlight significant irregularities in the Atlanta area during last November’s voting, ranging from identical vote tallies repeated multiple times to large batches of absentee ballots that appear to be missing from the official ballot-scanning records,” reports Just The News. Thousands of ballots are potentially impacted by these irregularities, suggesting these irregularities could be results-changing, as Joe Biden’s state-certified victory in the state was by less than 12,000 votes. Just The News reviewed memos that included “handwritten tally sheets for all absentee ballots

Joe Biden is belatedly, slowly and partially acknowledging that the U.S. is in a new cold war with Xi’s China and its junior partner, Putin’s Russia. The magnitude of the shift can be gauged by recalling that Barack Obama, when Joe was his vice president, mocked Mitt Romney for even calling Russia a threat. Now the papers report nothing else. The policy change on China is even more profound. During Biden’s presidential campaign and the early part of his administration, any criticism of the Asian giant was derided as “racist.” In particular, any suggestion that Chinese laboratory negligence or biowarfare experimentation may

LOS ANGELES—World-renowned Venice Beach has long been a place where visitors, residents, and business owners commingled with artists, musicians, and entertainers from all over the country. Over 10 million tourists visit the beach’s famous boardwalk each year, drawn in by the ocean view and the unconventional lifestyle of the city’s eccentric community. But the famed destination no longer circulates in headlines for its wacky tourist attractions or local eateries. Instead, the beach town has become known worldwide for its flourishing homeless encampments, burgeoning filth, skyrocketing crime rate, and increasingly violent transients. As city officials dawdle, the beachside town is falling to ruin, residents say, overwhelmed by the homeless that

Outgoing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ripped his likely replacement, Naftali Bennett, in a speech to Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, on Sunday afternoon, prior to the vote to confirm the new Israeli government. “Bennett always does the opposite of what he says and what he promises,” Netanyahu said, mocking his rival’s prior statements about opposing the Iran nuclear deal. Netanyahu had begun by noting that he and his party, the Likud, had won more votes than any other party in the Knesset. He recounted his long history of public service, including his role in hostage rescues as a member of Israel’s special forces; his diplomatic service in the U.S.; a

This, he claims, requires rigid controls on personal freedom, industry and corporate funding. Carney’s views are important because he is UN Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance. Newsmax released an article this week that gives voice to further distrust of America’s once-premiere law enforcement agency. The column was based on a series of questions and concerns presented by Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) regarding the still murky details around the January 6th storming of the Capitol building. Two questions lobbed at the FBI are both haunting and disheartening: “What did the FBI know? And when did they know it?” The fact that the agency responsible for investigating the lawlessness of that date is itself under scrutiny is alarming.

When they broke quorum and shut down the session, Abbott said that if legislators weren’t going to do their jobs, they shouldn’t be paid. Friday Abbott made good on that threat. The elections bill was a top priority for the governor during this year’s session. Texas Democrats decided to cut and run, breaking quorum, instead of voting on Senate Bill 7. They knew that the Republicans had the votes to pass the legislation – both the Texas House and the Texas Senate hold Republican majorities.
