Somehow, it’s only fitting that Vice President Kamala Harris handed out cookies in the shape of her likeness to the press pool as she embarked on her diplomatic trip to Guatemala and Mexico — cookies complete with a pearl necklace, but no face.Equally fitting, given the circumstances, the flight was forced to return to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland about 25 minutes after it had taken off because of a “technical issue,” according to senior adviser Symone Sanders, who said there were no major safety concerns.“I’m good, I’m good,” Harris told reporters upon exiting the plane. “We all said a little prayer, but we’re good.”

A group of Republican senators sent a letter Monday to Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding answers regarding punishments for those who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 and those who rioted over the spring and summer of 2020. The Daily Caller first obtained the letter, which was sent to the Department of Justice (DOJ) by Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville, Utah Sen. Mike Lee and Florida Sen. Rick Scott. In the letter, the group of GOP Senators draw parallels between the treatment of the Capitol rioters to the treatment of rioters throughout the spring and summer of 2020 and

The White House argued Monday that the historic D-Day mission was important to President Joe Biden, despite his failure to follow the lead of past presidents by publicly acknowledging the anniversary.(Tweet/Video) White House press secretary Jen Psaki addressed Biden’s failure to acknowledge the D-Day anniversary during the daily press briefing, after the snub was first highlighted by Breitbart News on Sunday.“I can tell you that certainly his value for the role that the men who served on D-Day, and the memory of them, the families who have kept their memories alive over the course of years on this day is something the president has spoken to many many times

Jen Psaki was grilled by a room full of maskless reporters on Monday about President Joe Biden's upcoming Europe trip and his relationship with Joe Manchin as the White House press briefing room returned to its full capacity in more than a year. All 49 seats in the room were filled and reporters stood in the aisle, despite a request from the White House for them not to.'Please make sure you are not standing in the aisles before the briefing begins,' was the overhead announcement from the press office ahead of the briefing. But about two dozen journalists stood around the room to ask questions of Psaki

When it comes to giving credit to former President Donald Trump on issues ranging from the coronavirus vaccine to the improving economy, President Joe Biden and his team have gone radio silent. But a new survey of likely voters shows that they haven’t.In fact, in the latest Zogby Poll provided to Secrets, likely voters, by a 49%-37% margin, believe Biden is taking credit for Trump’s achievements.Zogby Analytics pollster Jonathan Zogby said, “Almost half (49%) of surveyed voters believe President Biden is taking credit for some of Trump's accomplishments, mainly, vaccine rollout/distribution and the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan,

Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas authorized the payment on Sunday of $42,000 to the family of a terrorist who killed two Israelis through a policy that incentivizes and rewards terrorism against Israel.Laila Ghannam, governor of Ramallah’s Al-Bireh district, personally handed the money to the family of Muhannad Al-Halabi, a member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group on Sunday. Al-Halabi fatally stabbed two Israeli civilians in 2015 before being shot by police. The $42,000 payment was given to Al-Halabi’s parents "on behalf of Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas to ‘complete the payment of the cost’ of their home, which was demolished by Israel following the attack,"

It’s only racist when President Trump does it. Today the seriously unqualified Kamala Harris delivered the same message as President Trump during a visit to Guatemala telling the people of the central American nation “do not come” to the United States. Harris continued: “I believe, if you come to our border, you will be turned back“. She is not sure, but it’s likely that illegal aliens will get caught, so it’s best not to do it… or something. [Video 12:35 – Prompted] (Video) The lack of professionalism and political diplomacy is stunning.

Former President Donald Trump revealed Monday he would consider ditching Mike Pence for Florida’s tough Gov. Ron DeSantis as his 2024 presidential election running mate.“Sure I would … I would certainly consider Ron,” Trump, 74, told Fox Business‘ Stuart Varney in a phone interview Monday.“I was at the beginning of Ron,” he said of the 42-year-old former Navy officer who graduated both Yale and Harvard Law School. “I was the first one to endorse him when he came out as a congressman that a lot of people didn’t know, and my endorsement helped him tremendously,” Trump said.

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik joined Steve Bannon on Monday morning on The War Room.During their conversation, Kerik said there are over 17,000 “missing” ballots in Fulton County alone. Bernard Kerik: You have a number of investigations in Georgia and one primary in Fulton County, Steve, that I predict that over the next three or four weeks is going to be explosive. And I think it’s basically going to come back and vindicate everything the President and Rudy Giuliani,

First thing Monday morning, after President Trump’s hugely successful speech at the NCGOP convention in Greenville, North Carolina, party officials pushed the messaging of NCGOP chairman Michael Whatley to ignore Trump’s endorsement of US House Rep. Ted Budd for US Senate. The Gateway Pundit attended the NCGOP Trump dinner and VIP event on Saturday night and spoke with numerous party members. We were told that Whatley ran for his position in the party as an advocate for Trump and was elected because party members believed he was close to the Trump administration.

Liz Cheney claimed Trump did 'the most dangerous thing' a president has ever done by 'inciting' the January 6 Capitol attack as she revealed many GOP lawmakers didn't vote for impeachment because they feared for their safety. 'I think what Donald Trump did is the most dangerous thing, the most egregious violation of an oath of office of any president in our history,' Cheney told David Axelrod on an episode of his The Axe Files podcast, which was recorded Saturday but released Monday.'I have had a number of members say to me, 'we would have voted to impeach, but we were concerned about our security,''
