Fox News reports: "U.S. Border Patrol agents have rescued a group of migrants seen on video nearly drowning while trying to cross the Rio Grande River into Texas. The incident unfolded Wednesday in Roma, west of McAllen, and was captured on video by Fox News’ Sara Carter. "I’m drowning!" one of the migrants could be heard yelling as body parts are seen emerging and then disappearing from the surface of the water. Agents rushed down the river bank and came to the aid of the migrants."

Noted constitutional expert and Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Saturday former President Donald Trump’s enemies are trying to “use the law in a weaponized way” to attack him politically using lawsuits premised on the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
“I think what he did was protected as president by executive privilege and by the First Amendment,” Dershowitz said on Newsmax TV’s “Saturday Report.” “This is an attempt to use the law as a weapon.”
Dershowitz said legal actions very often are premised on political retribution, including in New York, where Attorney General Letitia James “ran for office on the campaign promise of getting Trump.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s just-released government emails confirm that, during the height of the pandemic when former President Donald Trump was still in office, he had indeed communicated “on a nightly basis” with anti-Trump CNN commentator Chris Cuomo.

Former President Donald Trump will start holding rallies again next month, the New York Post reported, as he continues to hint at a potential 2024 run.
A source told the Post that two rallies were being planned in June, while a third would take place around the July 4 holiday.

Sen. Ron Johnson suggests that the vast majority of people who were at the Capitol on January 6 were peacefully protesting and in a "jovial mood."
Back in March Johnson also said he didn't feel threatened by the protesters, but he would have if BLM or Antifa was involved, per report on ABC:
Johnson, a Republican, told a Wisconsin Radio show host that he was not concerned for his safety during the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, which left five dead, but that he may have been if the protesters had been linked to those groups.
Folks on the left have been freaking out at Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for criticizing the “woke ad” put out by the military.
