Romney Tried To Blackmail Republicans
To Support Partisan Jan. 6 Commission

Utah Republican Sen. Mitt Romney has found a way to disappoint conservatives — again.A new report from a local news outlet reveals that Romney tried to emotionally blackmail Republican lawmakers into supporting Democrats’ insanely partisan January 6th investigation commission.Romney “emotional blackmailed” Republican lawmakers in a publicity stunt by meeting with a widow of a now-dead security guard who used to work at the U.S. Capitol when the January 6th protest happened. Then, Romney exploited the mother and used what she said to “convince” Republicans to support the highly partisan commission.

Romney is a self-righteous elitist. And, as with many Mormon politicians, he is an open border advocate. Romney has a lifetime 1 percent rating on immigration legislation from Numbers USA. In comparison, Pelosi has a 5 percent. In contrast, Jim Jordan has a 100 percent rating.

This is a seriously botched article. Best to read the original “local” source article linked in this one. Brian Sicknick did not have a wife. Romney met with Brian Sicknick’s mother, Gladys Sicknick, who was the first to acknowledge that he’d suffered a stroke rather than having been injured as was first reported/alleged. And his lady “partner”. Gladys Sicknick was the one he tried to exploit. Romney is such a snake...

Yes, Romney is a damnable traitor who should be working in a toxic underground environment somewhere. But lets not forget the Republican party that foisted that piece of garbage on us during the presidential election, knowing full well that he would lose, or throw the election if necessary. Primaries mean nothing. Its who the party pushes that usually wins. I quit the republicans after that election and no longer feel obligated to vote for their anointed crook. To blazes with all of them.

People voted for Delecto because he is better than the democratic alternative? Really? It seems to be wash actually. Actually Delecto lost in the primary so he should never have been there at all, but he has influence and pulled a few strings, and we are stuck with him. Delecto is a prime example that our representative form of government has issues that must be dealt with. He should not be there. Someday the 'R' after Delecto's name will stand for REJECT.

Leave Mormonism and the church of Romney, he is an example of the Moroni tablets. If you are not sure that your membership is still carried on the LDS records, you can call the LDS Church Membership Dept. at (801) 240-3500 and ask them to check on it. The following are suggestions for writing a letter to the LDS Church to terminate your membership. A letter should be sent to the Bishop of the Ward that has your current membership records. Be sure to keep a copy of your letter in your files. The letter should be in your own words but start with something like: This is to inform you that as of (give date) I have terminated my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can then list your reasons for leaving, if you wish. You are not required to give them any reason for your action. Keep in mind, they do not have the right to retain your name. State something to the effect that since you are no longer a member you will not meet with them at their office and you do not want anyone to visit you on the matter. You do NOT have to attend their court or meet with them unless you so desire. If you have baptized children, you should include their names in your letter, stating that their membership is also to be terminated. You might want to have the children sign the letter as well as yourself. Remember, they were old enough to join at eight. Also inform them that they are to take you and your family off any calling or visiting list. It is a good idea to send duplicate copies of your letter to your Bishop, Stake President, President of the LDS Church and the LDS Church Membership Dept. in Salt Lake City. If you do not know which Ward has your records, you can phone them or send your letter directly to: LDS Membership Records Dept. 50 E North Temple Rm 1372 Salt Lake City, UT 84150 General Church Office Phone: (801) 240-1000 You should not be a member of any organization with Moroni as its Moses. People like Romney are typical of cult followers who reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Which simply states He is God who is resurrected from the dead for the redemption of man through His shed blood. No works involved, by grace through faith and repentance of sin,

Prior to the 2012 election, I saw comedian Robert Klein at the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, NJ. Mr. Klein opined on the Republican POTUS candidate, Mitt Romney, saying Romney was “too smarmy, too unctuous and came from a privileged background.” I wasn’t particularly thrilled with Mitt Romney but, I could absolutely not vote for his equally glib Democrat opponent with the mysterious past. However, nine years later, I think that Robert Klein was dead-on with his appraisal of the “slightly” oleaginous Senator Romney. As the late, great Bob Grant would have probably said, “Mitt Romney is a Republican I can do without.”

Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row will soon feature a men’s homeless shelter smack-bang in the middle of it despite a three-year offensive to halt its creation by members of the city’s elite, the New York Court of Appeals has ruled. Residents of the city’s priciest street fought tooth and nail to halt Mayor de Blasio’s $60.8 million plan to open a 150-bed men’s shelter in the closed Park Savoy Hotel at 158 W. 58th St., arguing the location would be a dangerous “firetrap” and that crime would inevitably ensue on the ritzy block. The West 58th Street Coalition, which brought the 2018 suit, had challenged

More and more fights breaking out on airplanes. Why? The short answer is that wearing masks to protect against COVID-19 remains a politically divisive statement. Nine killed by gunfire in another mass shooting. Hateful attacks on Jews and Asians rising. All of that happened in the last week. Americans should be coming together in celebration of declining coronavirus infections this Memorial Day. Instead, the bursts of public violence and hate reflect deep political division.

Liberal media reporters and pundits admitted over the weekend they were wrong to dismiss the Wuhan lab leak theory just because it was espoused by former President Donald Trump.Mainstream reporters had pushed back at the idea that COVID-19 may have originated in a virology lab in Wuhan, China, and openly ridiculed the idea as Trump spoke openly about it in the early days of the pandemic. But now, those same reporters have admitted that it is possible that the virus came from a lab leak — as more scientists and political officials openly question the virus' origins.'I think a lot of people have egg on their face,'

Representative Jason Crow (D-CO) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that “we have a growing violent extremism movement in the United States” spreading “the big lie” that former President Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election. When asked about a 1/6 commission, Crow said, “The question now is of timing. If Mitch McConnell said we’ll take another vote on this, I think the question for Speaker Pelosi and Chuck Schumer is, do we believe him that this will be a vote in good faith? We had 54 votes on Friday. We think there were a couple more people who would have voted had they been present.

A lot has happened in the last two weeks that may result in the retirement of Dr. Anthony Fauci. The face of the government’s Covid-19 response may have finally met his Waterloo. The way things are going, a forced retirement at age 80 may be the best outcome that “Dr. Doom” can expect. It turns out that all roads to Covid-19 – even more than we expected – lead back to Fauci. Finally, after a year of stonewalling and obfuscation, the news about Fauci’s apparent role in directing U.S. government funding to the notorious Wuhan Virology Lab

There are some Members of Congress you see and think, “I get it, I can see how that person got elected.” Either they’re charismatic, smart, attractive, have that “it” factor, or some combination of those traits and you get it. Then there are some who have you thinking they made some kind of deal with the devil to get there – personality-less, weird, creepy, almost soulless people who’d say or do anything if it helped them, even a little. California Congressman Adam Schiff is the perfect example of that.

Listen up, proles: your failure to unquestioningly obey the useless mask mandate is going to cost you. The surge in passenger misbehavior on airlines, partially attributable to mask mandate resistance, is ending steerage class passengers their access to intoxicants while airborne. American Airlines has announced that it: …will delay selling alcoholic beverages this summer to main cabin passengers due to the uptick in bad passenger behavior in recent months that includes refusing to wear masks (snip) Ruling class members can relax, though. Those who can come up with the money for business and first class seats apparently are exempt from the booze ban

A voting bill in Texas that was on the verge of Republican Gov. Greg Abbott's desk failed to pass Sunday night after Democrats walked out of the House chamber before a midnight deadline. The bill known as Senate Bill 7 would have imposed a raft of changes that Republicans in the state see as a sensible approach to securing election integrity. It would eliminate drive-thru voting, empower partisan poll watchers and impose new requirements in order to cast a ballot by mail in Texas. But about two hours before a midnight deadline to pass the bill, Democrats began filing out of the chamber in greater and greater numbers, denying Republicans the quorum
