Paul Hogan is trapped in a living nightmare as his neighbourhood in Los Angeles suffers a wave of crime and homelessness. The Crocodile Dundee star, 81, lives in the once-elite beachside suburb of Venice, where a vast increase in homelessness has seen hundreds of tents line the beach's famous boardwalk and resulted in a sharp increase in crime. Paul is now reportedly holed up inside his 'fortress-like' $4.5million mansion with his musician son Chance, 23, eagerly waiting for the day he can finally return home to Australia. 'Where Paul lives in hell on earth,' Paul's neighbour Tyler Proctor, a local politician, told Woman's Day magazine.

A group of serving French soldiers have published a new open letter warning Emmanuel Macron that the 'survival' of France is at stake after the President made 'concessions' to Islamism. The letter published in the right-wing magazine Valeurs Actuelles (Today's Values) late on Sunday echoes the tone of a similar letter printed in the same magazine last month which also warned a civil war was brewing and called for military action against 'Islamists'.(Snip) The previous letter, signed by 1,000 people including serving officers and some 20 semi-retired generals, warned of the 'disintegration' of France because of radical Islamic 'hordes' living in the suburbs.

The gunman who fired a barrage of rounds into crowded Times Square was trying to kill his brother but wound up wounding three innocent bystanders—including a 4-year-old girl, police sources said Sunday. The suspect, identified by sources as 31-year-old Farrakhan Muhammad, was still on the run Sunday after turning Manhattan’s tourist hub into a shooting gallery, the sources said. Muhammad, who peddles bootleg CDs at the Crossroads of the World, had gotten into an argument before he pulled out a pistol and started shooting wildly, sources said. One stray bullet struck 4-year-old Skye Martinez of Gravesend, Brooklyn,

The U.S. Navy has seized an arms shipment of thousands of illicit assault weapons, machines guns and sniper rifles hidden aboard a ship in the Arabian Sea likely headed for Yemen, officials have said. The U.S. fifth fleet, based in Bahrain, announced on Sunday that the guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey discovered the weapons aboard a stateless dhow—a traditional Mideast sailing ship - in an operation that began Thursday in the northern reaches of the Arabian Sea off Oman and Pakistan. An American defense official said the weapons resembled previous shipments which have been intercepted that were bound for Houthi rebels in Yemen.

An internal memo, obtained by Buzzfeed, showed concern within Starbucks at the rhetoric on the site.(Snip)'Anytime they post (organically) in regards to social issues or their mission & values work (e.g. BLM, LGBTQ, sustainability/climate change, etc.) they are overwhelmed by negative/insensitive, hate speech related comments on their posts.' The Facebook employee said that Starbucks was having problems moderating the avalanche of hate speech, and was unable to disable comments on their page. The largest gasoline pipeline in the country was shut down on Friday after a sophisticated ransomware attack, which experts are calling the most dramatic cyberattack on U.S. soil to date. In a Saturday statement, Colonial Pipeline said that it 'proactively took certain systems offline to contain the threat, which has temporarily halted all pipeline operations, and affected some of our IT systems.' The hackers are likely a professional cybercriminal group, and a group dubbed 'DarkSide' was among the potential suspects, two U.S. government officials told Reuters.(Snip) DarkSide is known for deploying ransomware and extorting victims—while avoiding targets in post-Soviet states.

Juan Ixcotoyac-Tiu, "a New Jersey man." Guess so! This is New America, where all manner of bad hombres start with a clean slate because in our criminally stupid rush to become a Brown nation, we take all comers, no questions asked.
