Senator Bernie Sanders and Representative Liz Cheney may hold views that are typically at polar opposites of the political spectrum. But on Thursday the progressive lawmaker from Vermont jumped to the defense of the Wyoming conservative, as she's expected to be ousted from her leadership position by House Republican leaders.(Photo) Cheney, a Republican, has become one of former President Donald Trump's most prominent critics in the wake of his supporters' violent attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

Sanders is not a House Republican and has nothing to say about who the House Republicans elect to their leadership. By throwing his socialist two cents on the table to support Cheney, he is ensuring that Cheney will have zero chance of being re-elected in Wyoming.

Bernie "Socialist" Sanders to the defense of Liz "Cuckoo" Cheney.
That should go over well in Wyoming, LOL
Oh wait, there's Senator Minority "Leader" Mitch "Multiuseless" McConnell on February 1, 2021:
""Liz Cheney is a leader with deep convictions and the courage to act on them," McConnell said. "She is an important leader in our party and in our nation. I am grateful for her service and look forward to continuing to work with her on the crucial issues facing our nation."

That’s better than being an anti American cult like demonicrats. Lizard does not have a conservative moral compass. Her moral compass is government. The bigger the better. She is a failure and a big waste of time.

Yep, I have been firmly against Democrats my whole adult life.
And since democracy is mob anarchy, I'm against that, too.
I'm for The Republic, as founded.

That's right, bernie. We are anti-democratic, but we are pro-Republic. We are a Republic, bernie. I don't know why they keep going on and on about democracy in this country, 'cause we don't have one. I'm sure that's what they want to make us, because in a democracy the majority always wins, and they keep importing more and more voters, disguised as illegal aliens. And Liz Cheney is not a conservative.

Liz Cheney is not a republican. She is a true RINO and a Bushy. I could not give a damn if she is dragged out of the Capital and told never to return by the house republicans. She, her father, Bush, etc. are nothing more than an embarrassment to this nation.

If Sanders, Pelosi, and Biden are singing your praises, surely you would stop and ask yourself, "Did I step in it?"

Darn right, Bernie. Because in your circles 'democratic' means 'communist.'
Every socialist country uses 'democratic' in its title - and usually that country is anything but 'democratic.'

Really? The Republican Party is anti-Democratic?
So says Marxist Bernie, who apparently is unaware that our country is supposed to be a Democratic Republic, and not a Democracy

Bernie, you are right. I am anti-democratic. I am a republican, not for A&B outvoting me to get my property. I also despise the Democrat Party, who are nothing but criminals, the mafia.

#19. Please check....AFAIK, the "democratic republic" term originated entirely in the last 30 or 40 years.
All our Founding Fathers called it a representative republic or just 'a republic'. They truly despised and feared democracy, and I do not think that they ever used that term connected to republic.
