Joe Biden’s administration, seeking deep cuts to planet-heating emissions, is facing pressure to take a previously unthinkable step: declare the end of the internal combustion engine in the US. Washington state has moved to call time on the age of gasoline and diesel cars, with the legislature passing a goal that new car sales be only zero-emission vehicles from 2030, including out of state purchases that are then imported. How many of us can afford a $55,000 electric vehicle? Oh, I get it. Electric vehicles are now part of "infrastructure," so the government will pay everyone to buy a car. How does a 100 trillion dollar debt sound, folks? When Biden is done with us, we will be paying at least twenty dollars per gallon of gas, if not more. The future's so bright, I gotta wear . . . . shades!!

If EVERY Country in the Paris Accords, actually kept it's promise and met it's climate goals, the net result would be one quarter of a degree difference in 100 years. And, that is within the margin of error of the models. So, the effects would be unidentifiable.

Let us drive gas vehicles if we want to and build stable, reliable nuclear generators for electric needs. Fourth generation reactors are incredibly safe and do not consume vast quantities of land area like wind and solar.

A. Do we have to establish incredibly expensive and incredibly meaningless policies based on gross exaggerations if not lies? Until Biden and his leftists are able to explain what the crisis in climate is (they can’t) and how making us poorer and less free prevents this crisis, we need to reject these attempts to control every aspect of our lives, B. Since Dementia Joe is likely to issue an executive order to ban the sale of new gasoline and diesel powered cars and trucks by 2035, long after he expires, what is to be done with the 275 to 300 million gasoline and diesel vehicles in use? Does the EPA ban gasoline and diesel fuels in order to force us to stop using them? Or, do we end up like Cuba. with hundreds of million of old cars in use, with only the wealthy and government officials driving electric cars which will be built in China? C. What about boats, airplanes, trains, construction equipment, ships and big trucks? D. Will we also have to replace oil and natural gas/propane fired furnaces, hot water heaters, dryers, generators to meet this leftist lie? If we are given a date when petroleum and nat gas availability has to cease, we will stop replacing cars, trucks and more well before the mandated shutoff date, causing an economic catastrophe. But Joe and the Dems know best.

Please. You will not be driving old cars. You will not get insurance on your "50 Year Old" car. You will not be allowed to renew the registration on your "50 Year Old" car. They will remove gas stations. So, you won't be paying anything for gas. There won't be any for you. You will be on public transportation, or you will be a prisoner in your home. Your "home" will be a high rise Hong Hong bird cage. near to public transportation. In accordance with Agenda 21. Because no one will buy your "house in the country". because no one will be able to get to it. These are the choices you are allowing to be made for you right now. Like them? No? Then YOU will have to force the people who are making these choices for you to change. Or, YOU will have change the people who are making these choices for you.

Well how is that going to happen when there will not be enough electricity generated by way of solar and windmills to charge all the new vehicles batteries? What if there is a power failure in an area that lasts days? Looks like Biden is really intent on making China rich with the USA only able to generate energy at about the 1909 era level.

So, what are their plans to increase the power grid throughout the US to support all these vehicles? Let's say it will be done, What is the rest of the world going to do for their part? I doubt if India, China, Russia, the African continent and Latin America will do the same. If anyone has looked lately, China is building more coal powered electric generator. These people really want to put our country out of business. What is their motivation for this?

Time to start asking the grim reality question - Where will our country be at this time next year when all of the communist death democrats laws, mandates, imperial decrees have taken effect? Massive unemployment, food shortages, electrical rationing, fuel shortages, medical rationing all in effect. Not to mention rampant crime (all ready started), riots, mass incarcerations (executions?) of ordinary citizens opposed to the illegal communist regime now occupying our White House and Congress. Armed citizen and vigilante patrols in our neighborhoods because we will be on our own against the barbarians flooding our country and streets. If we cannot stop this communist death democrat onslaught against our country and against each and everyone of us then our future will be one of terror and enslavement. Write your worthless republican congress critters, write your governors and urge them to band together with their fellow red states to resist every single illegal, unconstitutional law and degree. Urge them to refuse any federal funding which comes with giving control over anything in the State. It is now Midnight. Usurper Biden and his fellow communists have come out in the open now and are telling us that they are going to take away every one of our God given freedoms and strip us of our hard earned wealth. What will our lives be like a year from now? Two years? Free America!

if asked why are they doing this, the answer would be 'it has to be done to save the planet'. They have not thought this out. Our country will turn into a prison and a wasteland with our 'leaders' out of sight and unreachable. Millions of businesses will be forced to shutdown. Hundreds of millions of people will be without work. The government will be unable to take care of everyone. They won't even try. The loss of life due to starvation and violence will be in the millions. And our 'leaders' response? It had to be done. All in the name of saving the planet. Europe might do the same thing, but the rest of the world? Nope. This is only aimed at the west proving it has nothing to do with climate change and everything to do with power.

I have gone net zero on the number of Democrats in the U.S. by 2024. Every illegal allowed in should require 100 Democrats to leave the country. I think it is fair to have the illegals to take over the homes and jobs of the Democrats, and that they leave for Guatemala or elsewhere. So net zero for Democrats by 2024, or earlier.

I guarantee that I will never own a hybrid or electric vehicle. My master's degree research in 1970s was in doing computer simulation of hybrid vehicles for design purposes, and we built a hybrid car and a hybrid bus at UF. I know a LOT about hybrids and electric vehicles, and helped a fellow grad student convert a small French car to electric during our spare time working on building and testing hybrid prototypes. Not a chance I'll ever own one.

I am wondering how the Dem's and His Excellency Biden think our military is going to conduct their grim but necessary duties without strong domestic sources of fossil fuels? I mean, after doubling the weight of a battle tank with explosive storage batteries and covering the entire surface with silicon cells just to keep our CCP suppliers happy, one of them ought to be able to run, say, 200 yards on a charge, before turning into a fixed gun emplacement (i.e., sitting duck).

MINNEAPOLIS — Prosecutors are asking a judge to give Derek Chauvin a more severe penalty than state guidelines call for when he is sentenced in June for George Floyd's death, arguing in court documents filed Friday that Floyd was particularly vulnerable and that Chauvin abused his authority as a police officer. Marilyn Hueper said agents also claimed there was photographic evidence that she was inside the Capitol during the riot; something she denies.

Sen. Joe Manchin, the moderate Democrat from West Virginia, said in an interview Friday that he opposes legislation to give Washington, D.C., statehood — effectively killing a Democratic-led effort to reshape the American political map. "If Congress wants to make D.C. a state, it should propose a constitutional amendment and let the people of America vote," Manchin told WV MetroNews Talkline, a West Virginia news outlet. Asked directly if he would oppose unilateral action by Congress to make the district a state, Manchin replied, "Yes, I would." Stasha Rhodes, the campaign director for the pro-D.C.-statehood group 51 for 51, said in response

I confess that like most Americans, I had no interest in watching Joe Biden’s non-State of the Union address to a mostly empty House chamber hosting a joint session of Congress. That’s why I missed a golden moment during the commentary afterward on Fox News Channel, one that surely stands as what the progressives like to call a “Profile in Courage.” (snip) Last week, the host of the program [Fox News Primetime] was Ben Domenech (snip) With a potential plum like that a possibility, Domenech deserves a lot of credit

The Republican party could be destined to lose elections for the foreseeable future if Mitch McConnell has anything to say about it.The Senate Minority Leader continues to resist the reality that the old establishment GOP which he has long represented has been resoundingly rejected by voters who have made it clear that they prefer the America First policies championed by Donald J. Trump. The former POTUS may have been run out of Washington by the likes of McConnell and other RINOs but he remains a powerful and influential force and will largely determine who the 2024 GOP nominee is, whether it is

President Joe Biden is again spending the weekend in Delaware, but just how he spends his days of leisure are shrouded in mystery. The White House has so far released very little information about what he does on Saturdays and Sundays, providing the public with scant details about whom he spends time or speaks to. When he arrived at his Wilmington residence Friday afternoon, it marked his seventh trip home as president as the country returns to some semblance of normal amid the coronavirus pandemic and a day after he cleared his 100th in office. Presidents never experience "a true

Joe Biden's son Hunter still has a stake in a Chinese private equity firm, according to a report - despite a campaign pledge that neither he nor his family would maintain any foreign business interests. Hunter, 50, retains a 10 per cent in the Bohai Harvest RST Equity Investment Fund Management Company, Fox News reported. BHR Partners is co-owned by the Bank of China, the state-controlled central bank.

Many of us recently saw an online video of a young teenage girl brandishing a knife, large enough to be a deadly weapon, attempting to stab another young girl. Just in the nick of time, a police officer shot the attacker, who died. While this is the most extreme video I've seen, there are many other instances of similar behavior, mostly unrecorded by media. Somehow, we have become a nation in which literally thousands of young people are walking around, ready at a moment's notice to react with violence,
