The missing 15-year-old daughter of a Newark anti-violence activist was kidnapped and murdered after leaving her home in South Carolina, a local sheriff said. The three-week search for Sanaa Amenhotep ended early Thursday when investigators discovered her body in a wooded-area of Lexington County, South Carolina, according to officials. Newark Mayor Ras Baraka called the killing a tragedy and offered his condolences to Sanaa’s father, Sharif Malik Amenhotep, a member of the city’s Brick City Peace Collective.(Snip) In South Carolina, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott told reporters a juvenile was arrested in Sanaa’s disappearance while authorities were seeking Treveon Jamar Nelson

Comments:

The daughter of a bLACKtivist is murdered in South Carolina. Must be the Klan, or other white supremacists. If so, Treveon Jamar Nelson should share his deep tanning secrets once he's caught.

And this, FTA. Why in the world would anyone mention someone's race in words of condolences? It couldn't possibly be because Ras Baraka and his ilk are unapologetically racist. “On behalf of the people of Newark, I would like to express my sincere condolences to Sharif Malik Amenhotep, on the tragic loss of his beautiful and intelligent Black daughter, Sanaa Amenhotep, who was kidnapped and murdered in South Carolina,” Baraka said.

They say the pyramids were built using black African slave labor, and at the same time bLACK people, lacking a notable history of their own, also fancy themselves to have been Egyptian pharaohs. Try to figure that one out.

#2, certain black groups like to believe the fantasy that the ancient Egyptians were negroes. Since the only actual black ancient technology seen were carved wooden masks and grass huts, they grasp at any foolish lies to "discover" (steal) their "ancient heritage". Sounds like someone endorsed that ridiculous fantasy with a borrowed name.

This case sounds so similar to Oluwatoyin Salau, the BLM ''activist'' that lead the Tallahassee protests; demonstrating against police killing black criminals, only to have a prominent activist be killed by a black criminal and then blame the police for not preventing it.

When I see the words "activist" and "reimagine" in the same paragraph, I become violently ill. I am sorry for the loss of his daughter. It is a pain no parent should ever have to bear. However, what we see here is another example of black on black crime. If the suspect is guilty, then the full measures of the law should fall on him.

Too much booze before dinner proved unhealthy for a Brooklyn man and two strangers he’s accused of shooting during what should have been an evening of fine dining at Williamsburg’s famed Peter Luger Steak House, police said. Arkies Sommerville—who a waiter said never placed an order—was hit Friday with attempted murder charges after cops said his stray bullets hit two strangers as he beefed with family looking forward to a meal of USDA Prime. Sommerville, 24, also faces weapons possession charges—and he and his brother, Armel Sommerville, 19, are suspected in a Feb. 2 home invasion robbery in Littleton, N.C., a detective there confirmed.

A New Jersey police chief facing charges of insubordination over multiple accusations, including offering an officer a promotion in exchange for sex with his wife and daughter, should be demoted, a hearing officer has determined. Retired Judge Raymond A. Batten ruled that Vineland Police Chief Rudy Beu, 60, was guilty of insubordination, conduct unbecoming a public employee and neglect of duty as well as other charges. City officials wanted to suspend the chief for 180 days without pay as well as demote him, pressofatlanticcity.com reported. But in the April 23 written decision, Batten recommended that Beu be demoted to deputy chief.

President Biden spent 30 seconds frantically looking for a mask he left in his pocket before his outdoor rally in Georgia this week—saying he’d be “in trouble” without it—despite being fully vaccinated. Footage from Thursday’s drive-in event in Duluth—which marked his 100th day in office—showed the commander-in-chief immediately hunting for his missing mask after arriving at his podium. “I can’t find my mask!” he could be heard saying, initially drowned out by the loud welcome music of Jackie Wilson’s “(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher.” First lady Jill Biden joined him in his desperate search as he repeated

Even as the United States begins its troop withdrawal, Afghanistan experienced a rising wave of violent attacks against security forces and civilians during President Biden‘s first three months in office. The attacks, blamed mainly on the Taliban insurgency, raise fresh questions about the country’s fate as President Biden sets a definitive end date for U.S. combat troops in the country. Power-sharing talks between the Taliban and the U.S.-backed government in Kabul have largely stalled even as the Pentagon and NATO countries begin the process of bringing their troops home. For adults under age 65 who are hesitant, reluctance is mainly driven by concerns about safety, side effects and distrust in government, the poll found. It's also largely linked to people's line of work. The bottom line: "Vaccine hesitancy is emerging as a key barrier to ending the COVID-19 pandemic," said lead author Wendy King, associate professor of epidemiology in the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.
