Biden from the Beginning: Right from the
start, the Delaware Democrat was all

White House resident Joe Biden was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1972, at the age of 29. Two years later, in 1974, the Delaware Democrat was the subject of a 4,000-plus-word Washingtonian profile, but not for anything he had accomplished in office. “I have no illusions about why I am such a hot commodity,” Biden told Kitty Kelley. “I am the youngest man in the Senate and I am also the victim of a tragic fate which makes me very newsworthy.”

This bald grifter has never done any real work. Nor have many of his kids. We know his brothers haven't. Of course, his second wife is a doctor. Luckily she can feed herself if all his other enterprises drop off the map when he assumes room temperature

Joe "Dementia" Biden is expected to propose a cradle to grave government support system. Mitch "Multiuseless" McConnell is ready to negotiate by giving Biden all he wants. Mitch will call it a win.

Reuters reported Wednesday that “major Chinese investors” are in talks to buy a stake in Saudi Aramco, the national oil company of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) mentioned the possibility of selling some Aramco stock in a television interview Tuesday. “I don’t want to give any promises but there’s a discussion for acquisition of one percent of one of the pioneer companies for energy that will be a great deal to enhance the sales of Aramco in the country of this company,” he said. “I cannot mention the name but it’s a huge company, and obtaining one percent will reinforce the industries of Aramco and will promote that.”

Black Lives Matter and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People have been harshly criticized by Republicans for failing to condemn the viral ‘Uncle Tim’ reference to Senator Tim Scott on Wednesday. Scott was compared to the racist 'Uncle Tom' trope that depicts black people as subservient after delivering the GOP rebuttal to President Joe Biden's speech before Congress in which he defended the country as not racist. [SNIP] 'I get called Uncle Tom and the N-word by progressives ... I know first-hand, our healing is not finished,' he said.

I thought I knew all the horrible Bernie Sanders stories. But this one is new to me. In 1971, Vermont was debating a tenant's rights bill. One of the testimonials to Vermont's State Senate Judiciary Committee came from one Susan Mott of Burlington, who said the legislation did not go far enough in prohibiting discrimination against single mothers and recipients of welfare benefits. Mott had one child and was on welfare. That one child, introduced earlier in this essay, was Levi Sanders, Bernie Sanders' son.

When U.S. Catholic bishops hold their next national meeting in June, they'll be deciding whether to send a tougher-than-ever message to President Joe Biden and other Catholic politicians: Don´t receive Communion if you persist in public advocacy of abortion rights. At issue is a document that will be prepared for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops by its Committee on Doctrine, with the aim of clarifying the church's stance on an issue that has repeatedly vexed the bishops in recent decades. It's taken on new urgency now, in the eyes of many bishops, because Biden.... is the first to hold that office while espousing clear-cut support for abortion rights.

CNN addressed the report just twice on Tuesday, once in the morning and briefly during Jake Tapper’s interview with Secretary of State Antony Blinken. A cold wind is blowing through the entertainment industry. And it comes with opportunistic purges of the 'older white men' filling its ranks. Whenever I speak to anyone in the industry, cancel culture looms large over the conversation. There's an industry within the industry looking for provocations to set off another purge and demand a change in leadership in order to take it over. That's just how critical race theory works. This story tangentially involves me because the real target was the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and the Golden Globes. You'll recall Ricky Gervais doing his thing at the 2020 Golden Globes. That sort of thing will go by the wayside.

When a white police officer in Ohio shot and killed Ma’Khia Bryant, stopping her from plunging a butcher knife into the chest of an unarmed black teenager, the racial melodrama that is destroying the very fabric of American society reached what the “woke” refer to as an “inflection point.” At that moment, the narrative of the national lynch mob – verdict first, due process be damned – collided with an impossible reality: a white cop saving the life of a black child. Unable to resolve this dilemma, the woke mob simply refused to see it. It was left to Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors to formulate their denial bluntly...

The Kentucky city’s police department has been in turmoil since the March 2020 police-involved shooting of Breonna Taylor, the 26-year-old black EMT who was fatally shot in her home by officers executing a no-knock search warrant. Kamala Harris hasn't been looking well lately. She gave a maskless interview to CNN's Dana Bash a week ago, and she looked much more jowly and wrinkly than she did just three months ago, when she took the oath of office. She has a bit more junk in the trunk now, and gone are the purple, maroon, and ivory suits; it's black or navy all the time now, the better to hide the extra jiggly bits.
