Biden Rushes to Short-Circuit the Economic
Recovery Because He Has No Choice

Joe Biden is not a stupid man. He may believe crazy stuff but he certainly knows that raising taxes on the most productive members of society and their capital will choke off economic growth as the nation emerges from its self-inflicted, pandemic economic wounds. With less growth and fewer jobs, Biden is fully aware of what his policies will do. But looking at the politics of Biden’s situation, you can see why he doesn’t feel he has a choice. Unless Republicans shoot themselves in the foot, they are bound to win back at least one house of Congress. That telescopes Biden’s time to make good on the trillions of dollars in promises

Sadly, with the way the Demon-Rats mastered the art of election theft in November -- without so much as a peep form 99.999% of the swamp creature Republi-Can'ts in Congress, they will never lose control of either house of Congress, or the presidency, again. If they could get a doddering old fool like not-my-president Lyin' Joe biden elected when he couldn't get 20 people (including reporters) to a single campaign appearance, Congressional seats should be a piece of cake. Oh, don't get me wrong, they will still allow a few harmless Republi-Can'ts to win seats just to give the appearance of us still having a 2-party system. But no major elections will be lost by Demon-Rats from now on. So anyone thinking we will follow past precedence and actually win back at least one house of Congress in 2022, you have not been paying attention!!!

" Unless Republicans shoot themselves in the foot, they are bound to win back at least one house of Congress." Ha ha. We're talking about the stupid party. Of course they'll shoot themselves in the foot. And winning back at least one house of Congress assumes we'll have elections in 2022 forward. Kamala's phone and pen are much bigger than Biden's. Besides that, republicans like being in the minority. The can go along to get along, while voting against the democrat agenda and still go home and tell their constituents they're fighting the good fight.

Anytime in the past when the liberal Democrats raised up tax rates, supposedly targeting the rich, it was always the Middle Class people who make the country go that ended up paying higher taxes. The reason for that is that it is the rich who have the wherewithal to hire the lobbyists who actually write the tax bills, and fill them with loopholes so that tax accountants and lawyers hired by the rich can figure out ways so that their clients pay the minimum tax that they can get away with paying. On the other side of the coin the poor who have little or no tax liability only file tax returns to obtain tax refunds and tax credits. So you can see who gets squeezed in the end, the middle class.

They really want us to come and play "election" next year. They might even give our assistant Democrats a house in fraudulent pre-determined elections. In the meantime Biden holds a bonfire for a year and a half.

I'm still hopeful that America can recover from this buffoon and the stupid half of the country that put him into office. We have more brains in our little fingers than Joe and his flying monkeys can ever claim and we have enough weapons and trained fighters to overcome any army of brownshirt thugs on the planet. My former democrat neighbor went shopping last week and bought two weapons so the hope and concern in flyover country is real and Joe's intentions are obvious. We used to call Obama "zero." I believe Joe is actually in negative territory.

Why Wind and Solar Energy Are Doomed to Failure 44 replies

Wind and solar energy are both essentially obsolete technologies. There is a reason why only the very rich or the very adventurous sail across oceans: the wind is unreliable, and at best produces relatively little energy. Nevertheless, liberals have concocted fantasies whereby all of our electricity, or perhaps our entire economy, will be powered by those fickle sources. There are a number of reasons why this will never happen, but a paper published last week by Center of the American Experiment argues that land use constraints are the most basic reason why wind and solar are inexorably destined to fail. The paper, titled Not In Our Backyard, is authored by

There is no nation on earth more generous than the United States of America. We supply half of all food aid around the world, feeding an estimated 600 million people. We rush aid to people hit by natural disasters, sending ships of war, experts, and, of course, billions in cash. Even a bitter enemy like North Korea, which receives substantial food aid from the U.S., gets help when the calls go out. No other nation comes close to matching the generosity of the American people or its government to help those less fortunate. So why all the bitching about the United States wanting to vaccinate its own people first

Mere weeks after going public with stern words about the new election law in Georgia, Coca-Cola has become far more muted in its corporate bellowing. Now, we know why. One member of that crowd, Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman and a veteran, was shot by the Capitol Police. The next day, Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died in the hospital. On Jan. 8, The New York Times reported that Officer Sicknick had died after being struck in the head with a fire extinguisher by violent Trump supporters. This story was quickly repeated by numerous other media outlets. Millions believed it. The story was false. Sicknick died of two strokes, which occurred many hours after the invasion of the Capitol.

When Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, lifted his statewide face mask mandate and his limits on business occupancy in early March, Democrats warned that he was inviting a public health disaster. Yet a month and a half later, newly identified coronavirus cases in Texas have fallen by more than 50 percent, and daily deaths have dropped even more. Meanwhile, states with stricter COVID-19 regulations have seen spikes in daily new cases. This is not the pattern you would expect to see if government-imposed restrictions played a crucial role in curtailing the pandemic, as advocates of those policies assume. Abbott's critics did not mince words.

James later took down the tweet, but he claimed that this shooting represents yet more evidence of systemic racism. A Minnesota jury has found former police officer Derek Chauvin guilty of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. This means they claim to have concluded that they unanimously believe beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin caused Floyd’s death. Given the circumstances of the trial, however, it’s extremely hard to believe the jury was solely concerned with either truth or justice. It’s extremely hard, if not impossible, for any thinking person not to have a reasonable doubt about the outcome. We know the judge in the case refused to sequester jurors from media coverage and outside influences during the trial, and that the pressure conveyed to them was beyond intense.

In that regard, she’s just another leftist politician. What’s bizarre about Kamala is her inappropriate laughter about things that ought to inspire solemnity. What makes laughter inappropriate? It’s inappropriate when you’re speaking to a crowd and you’re the only one who laughs. Simple statistical analysis should suffice to inform one’s ultimate decision. Statistics is primarily a study of probabilities. Fortunately, as regards COVID mortality rates, these probabilities are now known. That is, COVID mortality statistics broken down by age cohorts are now “known knowables.” For example, through statistics as of April 7, the odds an American under the age of 25 would die from COVID were 1-in-106,217.
