How Fox Stands Up to the Woke Cancel Mob
of Bullies Targeting Tucker

Original Article

Lachlan Murdoch, the successor to his father Rupert as the executive chairman and CEO of Fox Corporation., has made news himself in recent days for standing up to the woke mob that was, yet again, clamoring for the head of a Fox News host. This time --- for the umpteenth time --- the host in question was Tucker Carlson. Tucker had drawn the wrath of the mob for pointing to the obvious. Which is to say the American left is deliberately creating and using the chaos at the US southern border as a way of re-populating the US, in this case with poor illegal immigrants

Haven't watched Fox since the election. There are plenty of better, more freedom oriented choices out there. I hope to see Tucker and The Judge on them soon.

I'm certainly glad that Lachlan Murdoch did this. It may be for no other reason than that he recognizes the truth of "get woke, go broke" and prefers to keep out of that trap. But even if he did it because Tucker's show is a much-needed ratings boost for the network, it took guts to stand up to the whole woke establishment that has put the NFL, major league baseball, and countless other entities, on the road to destruction.

Fox has to defend Tucker because he is the only draw that they have for a conservative audience. If he is fired, Fox drops into the toilet with the rest of fake news. The few others they have with brains, Jesse and Greg, are diluted by the liberal rantings of Juan Williams and Jerry Rivers.

Fox News isn't perfect, but they are the only conservative "main stream" television. As an organization, they have done yeoman's work in holding the fake news CNN and MSNBC accountable. Granted, they do have a few quislings, especially Chris Wallace and Juan Williams. But they have held the barbarians at the gate for a good while now. I say stick with Fox, but keep the pressure on to push the greasy Wallace into early retirement.

I watch Fox News every day and evening and they have NOT changed. Other than allowing a few wackos like Leslie Marshall, Jessica Tarlov, Juan, et al...its still 99% conservative. I say Fox News is like shopping...pick the items (shows) you want. If you dont like Wallace then dont watch him. But, by and large,Fox is the conservative bear in the room.

American media can't handle the truth. And stupidissimo Joe is deathly afraid he'll catch a bit of trumpism just from being in the White House. Fact of the matter is: facts don't matter anymore in media. There is only one, maybe two, news stations I will watch and Newsmax is the newest one and the best one. Pray for Tucker Carlson, that God will keep him safe and his family.

I suspect Lachlan Murdoch is defending Tucker because he knows it's the network's last chance. The Murdochs blew it on election night with their call for Arizona going to the fraud-Biden. FOX News changed the entire tenor of the election and with that premature call, the message was sent that they would not stand in the way of the steal. They lost a mass of their audience right then and there and I suspect FOX has not fully regained their viewers. We used to watch many more FOX shows. Now, we watch Tucker and if there is nothing else on in our NY time zone at 9pm we watch Hannity. We used to watch FOX Business during the morning and of course Lou Dobbs. When they ditched Dobbs, we ditched FOX Business as well. I suspect my family is not an anomaly and Lachlan is in damage control. He knows if he ditches Tucker, indeed, if he does not strenuously defend Tucker, it's over for FOX. He needs an anchor to start rebuilding the FOX brand, and for now, it's Tucker.

Who can stand that Smith dame, or the other low IQ of Martha, the other people other than the Brit in the am and his business news I have not watched for months...who needs Fox? No one!

Ahead of this week’s planned virtual Earth Day Summit, leftist political activist Noam Chomsky slammed the modern GOP’s stance on climate change. Chomsky, in the past, has railed against the Trump administration for its lack of action addressing climate change, calling former President Donald Trump worse than Adolf Hitler. According to the MIT professor, the Republican Party is “dedicated with passion to ensuring that the survival of organized human society will be impossible.” He said the GOP is the “only organization in human history” that has acted that way. “They are the only organization in human history that is dedicated with passion to ensuring that … the survival

This is the kind of survey liberals loathe. Not that the rest of us don’t already know they’re the most miserable people on the face of the earth, of course, but when the survey is the University of Chicago’s General Social Survey, an ongoing survey of Americans conducted since 1972, which The New York Times describes as a “widely used resource” and “the scholarly gold standard for understanding social phenomena,” that’s gotta leave a mark. This isn’t some “agenda-driven” Fox News-funded survey generated for the purpose of creating news and making liberals look bad. This baby comes from the no-longer-hallowed halls of academia.

Dr. Anthony Fauci and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) had a tense exchange earlier this week during a congressional hearing. Jordan was insistent that he wanted objective measures from Fauci to guide lifting the restrictions many Americans are still living with, such as masking, social distancing, and limited gatherings. Over a year after the pandemic began, this seems like a perfectly reasonable request, but Fauci would not provide any details. It was not a good look. To do damage control, Fauci is making the rounds on the Sunday shows—except for Fox News. This evening, he will be interviewed by Matthew McConaughey to “separate fact from fiction” about vaccines in an NBC special

Twitter then put it atop its “trending” section, which is manually curated by the site – after it silenced all references to an election-eve New York Post story that was damaging to the Joe Biden campaign, claiming it violated a policy that Twitter will not promote hacked materials. There was a prolonged ammunition shortage during the Obama administration. I got through that one because a Power Line reader lined me up with a dealer in West Virginia who seemed to have an endless supply of 9 mm. and .22LR rounds. Over the last year, another ammo shortage has struck, caused in part by an influx of new gun buyers who are responding to rising crime rates, attacks on law enforcement, and the election of Joe Biden. As with most shortages, it has been accentuated by hoarding: whenever a shooter saw boxes of a popular caliber on the shelves, he would buy them all. For quite a while
