Maricopa County, Arizona, Ballot Audit

Board of Supervisors Refuses to Permit

[Full Background Here] After a few months of back-and-forth legal battles between the Arizona state senate and the Maricopa County board of supervisors, the ballots in Arizona’s most populous county are going to be audited beginning in approximately one week, April 22nd. However, it is my opinion the Board of Supervisors is intentionally trying to set up an issue with chain-of-custody to nullify the results of the audit. Maricopa County officials refused to allow the audit to take place in the tabulations center where the ballots are currently stored {Go Deep}. As a result the ballot audit will take place at the Arizona Exposition and State Fairgrounds.

Do read this article, which includes the full letter to the Arizona State Senate with concerns expressed by Vera Anderson PC & State Committeeman LD20, CD6 National Delegate to RNC Convention 2020. She details the statutory requirements for ballot-handling which the county has not followed and what must be done. An excerpt from her important letter, which urges the State Senate to go back to the judge and demand that the audit be conducted in the County Taulation Office: We the People, demand the audit be conducted in the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) where there are IP addresses, internet connectivity, nest cameras, modems, and routers (and all the data in them) from “the scene”. We should NOT disengage all of that and attempt to recreate it in another location – information and data will be lost. The Board of Supervisors do not own the County buildings, the audit is funded by the taxpayers and the chain of custody would be protected. Moving the ballots gives the BOS plausible deniability in the event ballots have gone missing. The ballots were already moved once by the BOS – we have not forgotten! Also, it is customary practice when fighting over disclosure and subpoenaed items to make said item available at their physical location when it is impracticable to do otherwise. Furthermore, the former Maricopa County Recorder, Adrian Fontes, had been parading around bragging about Dominion having had offices with staff INSIDE MCTEC for a long time. You don’t need me to tell you that this is serious...

How about finding an honest judge (if such a thing exists anymore) to swear out a Warrant and arrest the entire Board of Supervisors, put them in jail , get the count done in place, and let the ones who behaved themselves out of jail after?

Why were over 60 vote fraud cases filed with various courts including the SCOTUS refused without adjudication? Why was the issue of 0bama's birth certificate and nationality continuously kicked down the road on grounds of "no standing"? Why? Why? Why?

Are they worried that more closets full of bins of uncounted ballots will be discovered that were meant to push Joe over 90 million votes in case he needed more? People involved in the last election should not be involved in the audit. That's just stupid for a number of reasons and is the reason that private corporations are audited by outside, impartial auditing firms, unless they are Arthur Andersen.

Let's see...when the chips were down that Arizona legislature did....what? Seems the answer is NOTHING. I smell a rat here, and it's the legislature, who would also benefit from a "botched" audit. If fraud was proven, the legislature would have to deal with its post-election sloth. So, a few ballots lost...chain of custody broken...nothing to see here after all. Sorry. Hey, they tried...

No surprise, here, none at all: 1. first, before the election, the Maricopa Co. BOS got in bed with Dominion, allowing them to set up shop in the same offices; 2. also before the election, the BOS rigged the supervisory staff and election rules; 3. during the election, the BOS willfully allowed the rigged election to proceed, relied upon Dominion machines, allowed Dominion staff to actively 'manage' their machines while voting was in progress; 4. Only republican voters were told to mark their ballots with sharpies, only to find out afterwards that all such ballots were not counted; 5. after the election, the BOS rigorously defended the fraudulent election as being fair and honest, and have actively attempted to stop every audit attempt; 6. Third-party investigators in AZ have since found at least 160,000 ballots were counted in the names of "phantom voters", that is, people that don't exist, another 173,000 arriving before or after official deadlines, and another 50,000 from dead/double/felons/juveniles/nonresidents; 7. the initial election results showed that the democrat turnout in Maricopa Co, 2020 over 2016, was up 48% (compared to other counties in AZ which did not receive any Zuckerberg graft, which were up only 8%); 8. since then, the BOS has used its every means to obstruct every attempt to audit the election, and actually allow an objective third party to legitimize it. It's as if Adolph Hitler had been asked to hold an election for himself, one over which he maintained absolute authority....and he won! The only idiots, and I mean flaming idiots, in such a scheme would be the ones who, knowing the set-up, did not question the results.

There's another huge issue here. If the investigators discover massive fraud due to the Dominion machines, then the lawsuits Dominion filed against their accusers are moot. Additionally, the executives at Dominion will become the targets of numerous civil suits as well as criminal prosecution from various state attorney generals.

Rep. President Joe Biden ignored Judge Peter Cahill’s request that politicians not publicly discuss the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin when he announced Tuesday that he had spoken with the family of George Floyd and that he is “praying the verdict is the right verdict.” “It’s overwhelming, in my view,” Biden said on Tuesday. “I wouldn’t say that unless the jury was sequestered.” While the Democrat president said he wasn’t originally planning on making knowledge of his conversation public, he said the meeting was mostly “personal.”

Well, this is a bummer for the sedition-baiting crowd. The Biden Justice Department last week announced its first plea deal related to the January 6 protest on Capitol Hill: Jon Ryan Schaffer pleaded guilty to two charges—obstruction of an official proceeding and entering the Capitol with a dangerous or deadly weapon. Schaffer, who has no criminal record, faced six counts of various trespassing and disorderly conduct offenses. (He did not plead guilty to any of the initial charges.) He turned himself in to law enforcement on January 18 and has remained behind bars ever since; like many Capitol defendants, Schaffer was transported to Washington, D.C. to await trial.
