Democrats have a long record of appeasing bad guys in hopes, they say, of making things better. That rarely works anywhere. But no one ever accused America’s Democrats of giving up a bad idea because it failed. Do it some more and maybe things will improve. Appeasing? That's being charitable and assumes that they're viewing Iran as an actual enemy. What if they are actually accommodating Iran as an ally that has common enemies, namely Israel and America? I'd say that's much more likely.

The cost of appeasing Iran and to make up for Trump's insults and personal slights will be $I billion in cash, delivered by special airplane to Iran's Mullahs. Then maybe, just maybe we will consider your offer to rejoin the Iran peace Treaty.

It is not Biden's decision-- never has been for this puppet. He endorses Antifa and BLM -- all professed Marxists. China bought and paid for Biden and has a big hand in "his" decisions.

One of the most striking – and depressing – realities of our nation’s capital these days is the importance of image and the irrelevance of substance and truth. [Snip] Only about 10 percent of that “Covid relief” was actual Covid relief. The rest was financial takeout for more Democratic constituencies. Now, comes Joe Biden’s so-called “infrastructure bill.” Ask someone in your family right now what infrastructure means to them. I’ll wait. Chances are

It looks like a growing number of Americans have now had enough of these officious official edicts about masks and avoiding other people. [Snip] After more than a year of lockdowns, stuffy masks, fogged eyeglasses, false promises of progress, chapped hands, pretend school classes, missed family events, lost jobs and shattered dreams, Americans appear to have decided to move ahead with their lives. To shuck the strictures. And ignore the DC crowd that’s gotten a little too comfortable wielding authoritarian control over the routines of more than

If you believe that religious faith and beliefs have been a vital part of the United States’ national character, strength, and unity since the Pilgrims’ arrival 401 long years ago, then a new Gallup Poll released this Holy Week will profoundly disturb you. For the first time in 80 years of polling, Gallup’s research found that a majority of Americans do not belong to any religious institution — church, synagogue, or mosque. That doesn’t

Robert Gates served as Secretary of Defense for presidents of both parties. He reports that as a vice president and a senator, Joe Biden was wrong on just about every single major foreign policy issue in the last four decades. Last week Joe Biden, now president, opined that the May 1 deadline to withdraw all U.S. troops from Afghanistan would be “hard to meet.” [Snip] Such president-speak actually means “I’m not going to do it.” This prompted heavy sighs from those of us who endured the long, bloody, divisive years of the Vietnam War under – oh, look! — another Democratic

The fading Sunday morning talk shows have been a favored forum for Dr. Anthony Fauci to steer national behavior on masks and travel, and families getting together. The usual prescriptions from him that have grown pretty tired to many of us. Sure enough, there he was again Sunday on “Face the Nation,” urging continued mask vigilance and ongoing travel cautions because, you never know, there could be more health devastation ahead. Something is very wrong with Joe Biden—mentally, medically, strategically—or all three. What you likely missed in the avalanche of adulation was an ominous tiny italic note on ABC’s transcript—“Edited for Clarity.”

You may not see much news coverage on the world’s 100,000 airplane flights that land safely every day. Let one of them crash, however, and you’ll see smoldering wreckage and sobbing relatives for 24 hours. It’s the same in news coverage of U.S. politics. Now for the first time in memory a research team has examined thousands of news interview transcripts and documented what might seem an obvious but very important conclusion: Extreme views and words by far get the most attention, air time and views online.People who speak

True to its unpredictable form, 2020’s Election Day became Election Night and then Election Week and likely Election Month. Maybe more. [Snip] Barring some major surprise and given the small changes that vote recounts historically provide, it seems likely that Joe Biden will officially become president-elect later this month around the birthday that will make him at 78 the oldest man ever to become president of these United States. But what does that really mean? News flash for euphoric Biden supporters: much less than meets the eye

American elections, especially presidential ones, are specifically designed to create deep divisions across society, camps labeled Us and Them. You may have noticed this in the tumultuous 2016 upset shockwave that has endured ever since. In this cycle, the election featured two dozen Democrats and a lone Republican who out-talked and out-tweeted them all. In terms of the work put into campaigning, this cycle has been no contest. The 74-year-old Donald Trump has campaigned basically nonstop since the convention in late August. The focus of President Joe Biden’s $2.3 trillion infrastructure bill is allegedly to address aging infrastructure across the country, but the massive bill covers a vast amount of other spending, including money for “diversifying” neighborhoods. This portion of Biden’s American Jobs Plan would change zoning laws to end single family home neighborhoods and allow for multiple unit “affordable” or low-income rental housing. According to the White House Fact Sheet, the housing effort is “an innovative new approach to eliminate state and local exclusionary zoning laws, which drive up the cost of construction and keep families from moving to neighborhoods with more opportunities

Joe Biden may have been something like a moderate, once. As a senator, he defended the Hyde Amendment, which protects pro-life taxpayers from footing the bill for something they consider to be murder. Senator Biden also voted for the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) in 1993. Even as late as 2003, Biden voted for a bill to prohibit partial-birth and late-term abortion. Biden did indeed work with Republicans to pass legislation. In 1987, Biden condemned Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s scheme to pack the Supreme Court to support the New Deal. Alas, that Joe Biden is nowhere to be found in the White House.

Appearing on MSNBC’s “The Mehdi Hasan Show,” Dr. Fauci was asked whether “eating and drinking indoors in restaurants and bars” is safe now that nearly 22% of the population had been fully vaccinated. “No, it’s still not OK for the simple reason that the level of infection, the dynamics of infection in the community are still really disturbingly high,” Dr. Fauci responded. “Like just yesterday, there were close to 80,000 new infections, and we’ve been hanging

Biden created a crisis at the border after President Donald Trump had fixed it through almost sheer force of will, despite Democrats trying to check him at every turn. George Floyd died in police custody after a corner store clerk reported he had used a fake $20 bill, a nonviolent offense so low-level that police don't usually take people to jail for it. Now, as the trial over his death continues to unfold, criminal justice reform experts and diversity specialists are hoping the case will prompt retailers—from small businesses to major chains—to reassess how they treat Black and other minority customers and how they can handle loss prevention cases more equitably. Retailers, they point out, are on the front lines of racial justice in their own stores. "While interactions with the police

In the next couple of months, the Environmental Protection Agency will issue new fuel economy standards that could be impossible for carmakers to meet – without going electric. That, at least, is what President Joe Biden’s EPA Administrator Michael Regan is indicating. Gavin Newsom.” Regan could, for example, require automakers to sell cars that
