Police visited the L.A. home of a podcaster this week a day after after he posted a tweet criticizing AOC and her comments on Israel and Palestine.
Ryan Wentz runs the online show Soapbox and tweets under the handle Queelamode.
On April 7, he posted a link to an interview where AOC stumbled and struggled to answer questions on how to resolve peace in the Middle East. Wentz called her answers 'incredibly underwhelming'.
The next day, two California Highway Patrol officers visited him at home in L.A. to caution him for allegedly threatening a member of congress.

Chicom communism, Amerikan Style, is here. Fraudulent elections have consequences. Biden the cheater knows. So did Adolf Hitler. Just when you wondered how much worse it could get.

Sandy, the tip-stealing barmaid, is a liar. This is a well established fact.
And if the police show up, step outside your home, and lock the door behind you. Then ask them why they are there. If they want to enter your home, ask for their warrant. Otherwise, "No, you cannot enter my home." is the polite answer. And if they threaten you, ask them "Are you threatening me?"
Never be rude or combative, but if you have done nothing, don't let them walk over you, either.

It’s from the FBI playbook. Manafort, Stone, frontline attorney/physician Simone Gold, the latest here in Texas, the two Kerrville women up in their 70s who stated the Capitol police herded them inside! Law enforcement trying to intimidate! Our FBI and CIA are shameful. There’s nothing worse than a dirty cop!

She probably had a staffer do it but anyway that's not the point.
The point is that in a free country the police should not show at your door threatening you when you disagree with politicians online. That's truly horrifying and just wrong. It doesn't matter which politician or what they said. You should always have the right to disagree publicly with them with being harassed by the State.

If the Capital Police do not disclose the threatening comment, then somebody filed a false police report. Does anybody recally Jussie Smollett?

Unbridled power
They lust for it
Even lie cheat and steal for it
It’s who they are and what they do
They send illegals to Michigan
They send California cops to your home
Their empowerment must end
By any means!
Is that my doorbell? S/

It shouldn't be the case, but unfortunately it will cost the guy a lot of money to find out how this travesty occurred. Would be nice if Judicial Watch or a similar group would pursue it pro bono.

If this is as presented, someone needs to go to jail and it ain't the podcaster.

The police will do the bidding of anyone. I'm a First Amendment activist, and that's something that many cops don't understand. I have had the police called on me when I was doing something perfectly legal because someone else strong-armed them into coming to a scene. First Amendment be damned. After all, they are "following orders."
It won't be long before the Right detests police as much as the Left does.

The First Amendment was specifically written to allow citizens to criticize the government. It was not intended to allow for pornography. And yet here we are in 2021. A citizen is harassed by the police for the simple act of disagreeing with a politician. Meanwhile, smutty rappers like Iggy Azalia and Cardi B. are free to sing about their genitalia.

Won’t be long expired about 10 years ago with me, especially with federal agents. The FBI is nothing but jack booted thugs who operate under the color of law. ATF, CIA, also jack boots. Police departments in democrat cities are tools of PC. Good cops in democrat cities are held in line by the countdown to pension eligibility. Notice how local police have participated in recent raids at homes of protesters who entered the Capitol on January 6. The police are not your friends. See Post 3 for what to do when the police come to your house. Give them nothing. Be polite, but give them nothing.
