European Union High Court Declares
Mandatory Vaccinations are ‘Necessary
in a Democratic Society’

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) declared on Thursday that mandatory vaccinations do not violate human rights and may be necessary to remedy public health concerns. “The measures could be regarded as being ‘necessary in a democratic society,'” the court judgment stated. They ruled that mandatory vaccinations administered in the Czech Republic were not illegal because the jabs were delivered in the “best interests” of children. “The objective has to be that every child is protected against serious diseases, through vaccination or by virtue of herd immunity,” the judgment added.

Well, la de da, ECHR. Aren't you something. But, here in America, we the people decide to do things OUR way, not some numbskull elitists' way. If CJ Roberts and his lefty judges tried this, tar and feathering would be back. Assuming we Americans are in a good mood, that is.

So a 'best interests of the children' standard could make all sorts of disagreeable 'mandatory' stuffs. That is why we have a Constitution. Crumbling by the day tho. I shudder to think our 'leaders' will agree. Think globally, force locally.

I have no doubt Biden is extremely jealous of the power ECHR has and is paying very close attention to this process.

At least 50 journalists in the US have been arrested during Black Lives Matter demonstrations across the US, while dozens of others have also been injured by rubber bullets, pepper spray and tear gas. The US Press Freedom Tracker has collected nearly 500 incidents from 382 reports, from the unrest in Minneapolis in the wake of George Floyd‘s killing by police in late May, to demonstrations in more than 70 cities across 35 states since. At least 46 journalists were arrested between the end of May and the beginning of June, according to data collected by the organisation. Dozens of others reported injuries from law enforcement, firing “less lethal” projectiles...

What are the rules again? Are riots a violent insurrection by radical groups which must be suppressed by any means... or a peaceful protest? Obviously, it depends on who's doing the rioting and where they're doing the rioting. A riot in congress is an attack on "our democracy" while looting, burning and trashing a bunch of stores in Brooklyn Center is a peaceful protest. Attacking Capitol Police officers is a horrifying crime, but attacking Brooklyn Center police officers is a peaceful protest.

I'm only surprised that Biden didn't pick an actual illegal alien to head CBP. That'll come a little later. Meanwhile, Biden decided to nominate Tucson, Arizona police chief Chris Magnus, to head Customs and Border Protection. We haven’t forgotten the oil spill in the Mediterranean, this past February, that led to hundreds of tons of tar (the thicker emulsion that results from the oil-and-water mix) coming ashore along almost all – 160 km. out of a total of 190 km. – of Israel’s coastline. The damage to marine life was extensive, to the beaches, horrific. Thick gobs of the tarry stuff, in places some four to five inches thick, along with many thousands of smaller blobs, covered the waters and the rocky shore, spread over the the beaches that for a very long time will be unfit for use.

For instance, 60% of Republicans think the ARP, the American Rescue Plan, the most comprehensive progressive piece of legislation we passed in decades, is a good thing. The only way they can allow this is if they ignore the biology in favor of being fashionable. In truth, the NCAA isn’t doing anything differently than

He brought both logic and passion to explaining that the Democrat party’s open borders policy is deliberately intended to import people who will vote for Democrats. In hindsight, what he said is completely obvious but too few people think about illegal immigration in the terms Tucker did.
