MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan has called on liberal Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer to retire from the bench after he spoke out forcefully against court-packing earlier this week.
In the piece, published Thursday and starkly headlined "Justice Stephen Breyer Should Retire from the Supreme Court," Hasan accused Breyer of intentionally overlooking the "partisanship" of his conservative colleagues, and dismissed his position as "naive, misguided and self-serving."

In a lecture at Harvard Law School on Tuesday, Breyer argued that politically-driven changes to the Supreme Court risked damaging the rule of law in the United States.

Great suggestion knowing that there is a liberal president (pretender) that can replace him with a judge even more liberal.

I gotta believe the destruction of the rule of law is the driving force behind Mehdi Hasan and his employers.

I remember when liberals (before they turned into leftists) had the good sense to keep their radically un-American views to themselves. This Age of Contention we are now flailing in (ushered in, I would argue , by Barack Hussein Obama) combined with temporarily favorable numbers for the democrats has ripped the mask off their "fundamental transformation" plans for America.
Look at the French Revolution, the Russian Revolution and China's Cultural Revolution and tell me what difference there is with those to what these jackals want to do today TO US.

Currently, each Supreme has 1/9th of the total power unless you are the blackmailed and terrified Roberts then you need to bully the others to save your hide from who-knows-what. Adding more justices reduces the power of each. As long as Biden is in dicktater mode, they have NO power.
MSNBC is a bottom feeder in the pond for a reason.

One of the many things that absolutely flabbergasted me about the so-called conservatives and the SCOTUS’ refusal to take the election fraud cases was the threat of packing the court. They must have realized that the Xiden cabal would try to do it and, if successful, it would make them completely irrelevant. Yet they caved anyway.

#6, wasn't it "rioting in the streets" that caused them to abandon the Constitution and their solemn oaths?

Life for this arrogant jerk Hasan began when Roberts was appointed to the Court. He has no knowledge of the Court from the Warren years and the havoc that liberal Court wreaked on this country. Once the Republicans regain power, I want to see them pack the Supreme Court with six additional arch-conservative justices. Then we can hear these liberal jerks howl about fairness.

Breyer should not go anywhere, Period. But Hasan on the other hand, should leave and take her nasty friends at MSNBC with her.

Why should I care about what an MSNBC HOST has to say about The Supreme Court?

Mehdi Hasan, an unelected official of the Democratic National Convention, has spewed some nonsense toward a Justice of the Supreme Court. My, my, my, these unelecteds are getting bolder and bolder. You can smell them from here.

I call on Hasan to be fired. Then this, you add 3, we add 5 when we get back in. You make DC a state. Then we make Texas 5 states. You want some, then we will give you some. Have a nice day, Hasan.

Remember Breyer is an old line liberal Democrat and that is no longer good enough for the rapidly emerging leftist Democrats who are engaged in taking over the old liberal Democrat Party, and who make up the MSNBC crew who are seeped in everything that to them boils down to some form of racism, as that’s all they have got!

To #6:
The true irony of John Robert's apparent aversion to rioting in the streets over political issues is that it was rioting in the streets that led to the creation of the USA itself back in 1776 (think, Boston Tea Party, Boston Massacre, the armed confrontation in Lexington, etc.)...because the legal and parliamentary systems were frozen in tory-partisan, unrepsonsive gridlock.

Rude and impertinent. Justice Breyer is a liberal and I´m not, but he´ll retire when he decides to, or when he dies.
Shameless MSNBC.
