If you watch TV crime shows, you would think the Federal Bureau of Investigation works tirelessly to protect us from terrorists and criminals. But the real FBI is a much less impressive organization. After the horrendous Colorado shooting last week, we learned that the alleged shooter, Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, had a record of violence and arrests. His brother described him as mentally ill, paranoid and “very anti-social.” He was also on the FBI’s radar because of someone with whom he associated. In this, Alissa joins a long list of “known-wolf” killers, including Nidal Hasan, the Fort Hood shooter; the Tsarnaev brothers,

A good bookend to the article here, in which this same agency is harassing a taxpaying American citizen who owns his home and coaches youth sports, but who on hearsay they suspect might have been at the Capitol rally, and who is an admitted supporter of Rightful President Trump. That guy they investigate. Actual terrorists? Nah. https://www.lucianne.com/2021/04/01/fbis_political_jihad_against_american_white_whales_57054.html

There was a time when the FBI was revered as a competent and loyal agency. I gotta wonder when and why it went off the rails. I know that John Connolly and his partner Robert Mueller were the agents in the employ of Whitey Bulger and were the men who framed the 4 innocents to whom the article referred. Connolly, known as Zip by Bulger because they were from the same Zip Code, took the fall and went to prison.

There was a time when my son wanted to work for the FBI. He has no interest in doing so now. It's a shame. The FBI could use a someone like my son. Never been in trouble, college grad, former boy scout, never done drugs or even had alcohol, plus he's even passed two 3.5 hour polygraph exams for other police positions. I guess at this point he's too good to be employed by the FBI.

The hippie protesters of the Vietnam War were calling out the FBI as members of a "police state" fifty years ago. It is now plainly obvious that they cover and protect SOME from prosecution ESPECIALLY of they are demonrat socialists when their own former director was misusing his power to 'get Trump' to protect the IRS' attempt to stiffle conservative groups, and to promote guilt out of mere RUMOR or diabolical plan to "lean" on private citizens. They are STILL hiding records on the JFK assassination 58 years later-- Will O'Biden follow the law and release those records that haven't been destroyed in the National Archives in October of this year??? Nobama could have done it, Trump could have done it, and O'Biden has a responsibility to do for "transparency" to show that rump members of the 'company' used assets it had developed to do a job on our Nation in 1963

We used to believe that the FBI stood alone and above the rest of the incompetent federal government that has been accepted by most people as a substandard necessary evil of our lives. We were wrong, all federal agencies are poorly run and a huge waste of our money. Sometimes you just can't fix an old house, you need to tear the whole thing down.

Former President Donald Trump called for people to boycott Major League Baseball (MLB) on Friday night after the league caved to pressure from leftists to cancel the All Star Game, which was scheduled to take place in Atlanta, after Georgia passed a law to tighten up voting security around the state. Trump’s statement comes after MLB Commissioner Robert D. President Joe Biden expressed his sorrow over the death of a Capitol Hill police officer after a violent attack at the Capitol Friday, but he did not condemn the suspect, who identified himself on social media as a follower of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan. Biden said in a statement he was “heartbroken” to learn Officer William Evans of the U.S. Capitol Police was killed in the attack, and that a second officer was severely injured. But the president made no mention of the ideology that likely inspired the attacker. Noah Green described himself as a “Follower of Farrakhan” on his Facebook page

Georgia State Representative Park Cannon returned to the State Capitol on Monday following an arrest on May 25, 2021, for making a scene banging on the door to the office where Governor Brian Kemp was signing the election security bill. How that works out is of little interest to me personally. She is not my state representative and legislators who pull stunts to make themselves the story rather than their accomplishments annoy me. She claimed that she should be able to watch Kemp sign the bill along with the activists who accompanied her. Cannon could have done that by pulling out her phone and watching on YouTube.

If you were to ask the Biden administration how the roll-out of the coronavirus vaccine is going, they’d insist it’s been absolutely perfect and that only they, and not Donald Trump, deserve credit. It doesn’t matter that the development of the vaccine and the escalation of its doses has followed the exact path the former president said it would (at the time, the media “experts” insisted Trump’s projection was unlikely). Biden wants all the credit, and the media is more than happy to give it to him. Regardless, given the lion’s share of the doses have gone out under the current administration

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has signed a law allowing people to buy and carry handguns in Iowa without a permit, fulfilling a longtime goal of gun rights advocates. The law, which some advocates call "constitutional carry," will take effect July 1. "Today I signed legislation that protects the 2nd Amendment rights of Iowa’s law-abiding citizens while still preventing the sale of firearms to criminals and other dangerous individuals," Reynolds, a Republican, said in a statement after signing the measure Friday afternoon. Democrats and gun violence prevention groups say the law will roll back background checks on handgun sales between private citizens. That's because, under current law,

Apprehensions at the U.S.–Mexico border reached a 15-year high in March, with Border Patrol agents taking more than 171,000 migrants into custody, according to a new report. The figure represents a sharp increase from the 78,442 migrants apprehended in January, according to preliminary U.S. Customs and Border Protection data published by the Washington Post, as the Biden administration struggles to get a handle on the influx of migrants — especially unaccompanied minors — attempting to enter the country. Customs and Border Patrol took in more than 18,800 unaccompanied minors in March, a 99 percent increase from the month prior. The previous one-month high, recorded in May 2019, was 11,861.

The Butterfly Effect, simply put, is the proposition that small events can trigger and lead to much larger and significant events. It is derived from the idea of a butterfly flapping its wings and causing a tornado elsewhere in the world. On Wednesday of this week, the third day of the trial of Derek Chauvin, a store clerk by the name of Christopher Martin, who took the counterfeit twenty-dollar bill George Floyd was using to pay for a pack of cigarettes, testified that he almost paid for it with his own money before changing his mind. Sometimes tyrants just come right out and say what they mean. Last night was one of those nights. Chris Cuomo and Leana Wen appeared together to bat around an absolutely insane idea, and it shows just how far the left in this country are willing to go to exact their will. In this case, Wen says that vaccinations should be tied to “freedoms,” denying them to those who haven’t yet gotten the shot. I think they call this saying the quiet part out loud. Georgia is not the only state working on legislation to improve election integrity. Texas made a step in the right direction on Thursday when the state Senate approved legislation that would ban mail-in drop boxes and most drive-thru voting. The bill, SB7, was passed on a party-line vote. The criticism of the bill is along party lines, too. The Texas State Senate approved the legislation on April 1, a measure that Republicans say “ensures election integrity,” while Democrats say it’s voter suppression and makes it harder for people with disabilities and ethnic minorities to vote. SB7 passed on a vote of 18-13.

President Joe Biden’s Department of Transportation (DOT) has paused a highway widening project in Houston, Texas, citing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as legal justification. In what could be a first for any administration in this context, the Biden administration is using its federal powers to pause the Texas DOT plan to widen Interstate 45. The administration is doing this as a test to address what it calls a history of “government-driven racial inequalities.” This comes after complaints from local activities during the federal DOT’s intervention period. The proposed plan, known as the North Houston Highway Improvement Project, is proposed to widen I-45 at three different sections.
