The top Republicans on two influential Senate committees on Wednesday demanded the U.S. Justice Department and Office of the Director of National Intelligence turn over any intelligence and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act evidence they possess about three Chinese figures reportedly tied to President Biden's family. In the letter addressed to Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines and Attorney General Merrick Garland, Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., asked for "all intelligence records" including "all FISA-derived information" related to Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong and Chi Ping Ho.

Comments:

The DNI and AG have already sprung into action. They immediately forwarded the Pubbie request to the large plastic cylinders at the foot of their desks - - for further forwarding by the building maintenance staff to the large metal container at the back of the building. They're really taking this seriously.

Has Grassley accomplished anything? His announcing an inquiry is like a student in study hall asking for a pass to the lav.

So where were these worthless, traitorous republicans in the Senate when they had control? They did nothing. Answer: Helping to stonewall any real investigation into the Biden crime family and selling us out to the Chinese Communists and selling us out to the communist death democrats. "Seeking"! These greedy pond scum are just looking for another bribe from the Chinese communists. More worthless posturing by these republican toads.

The 2 probably wrote a "stern" letter that has the DOJ and others shaking in their boots. Phrases such as "in the strongest of words", "we request your cooperation", "blah blah blah". Perhaps they'll get some type of compliance in a few years.

This is nothing but more Republican "show". If these two were serious, why didn't they get the info when Trump was president and the DNI and AG were Republican. And if they did request the information and didn't get it then what makes them think they have a chance to get it now with Democrat thugs in charge. Nothing but show.

Hunter Biden and his business partner engaged in an effort to assist a fugitive Ukrainian oligarch indicted by his father's administration, an effort that briefly captured the FBI's attention and led one of the lawyers in the case to express concern that using the then-vice president's son might backfire, according to emails, text messages and interviews. The effort by Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to assist Dmitri Firtash began in spring 2015 when they were contacted by one of the oligarch's associates

Vice President Kamala Harris spoke in Connecticut this week and laughed maniacally when discussing the hardships and struggles parents faced during this past year of pandemic-inspired restrictions. Now more than a year in COVID-closures, parents saw a lack of education, child care, or community support as they tried to make sure their kids were cared for, educated, and that they were able to continue providing for the health and welfare of those kids. Harris seemed to find this marvelously funny.

Tennessee Gov. Tennessee’s H.B. 3 directs that "a student's gender for purposes of participation in a public middle school or high school interscholastic athletic activity or event must be determined by the student's sex at the time of the student's birth, as indicated on the student's original birth certificate."

There are 10 new ideas that are changing America, maybe permanently. 1) Money is a construct. It can be created from thin air. Annual deficits and aggregate national debt no longer matter much. Prior presidents ran up huge annual deficits, but at least there were some concessions that the money was real and had to be paid back. Not now. As we near $30 trillion in national debt and 110 percent of annual GDP, our elites either believe permanent zero interest rates make the cascading obligation irrelevant, or the larger the debt, the more likely we will be forced to address needed income redistribution. 2) Laws are not necessarily binding
