Rep. Mark Green, R-Tenn., said Wednesday on "America Reports" that he was "offended" when he heard Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., condemn the use of the term "surge" when discussing the ongoing border crisis. "They wanna say, 'But what about the surge?'" Ocasio-Cortez said on Tuesday night during an Instagram Live session. "Well, first of all, just gut check, stop. Anyone who's using the term 'surge' around you consciously is trying to invoke a militaristic frame." REP. MARK GREEN: If I say cancer is bad, AOC is going to say that I’m a racist. That’s everything that comes out of their mouths these days. It’s ridiculous.

I'm OK with no longer calling it a "surge". Let's call it what it really is: A massive invasion of illegal aliens!!!!!! A "surge" sounds so temporary. This is an invasion that will not stop until we get a real government in place that puts America first and protects and defends our Constitution!!! That leaves out any Demon-Rats (and sadly many Republi-Can'ts too)...

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., has been pleading with his fellow Democrats for bipartisanship by opposing killing the filibuster — and his colleagues have had enough. Top-ranking Democrat Rep. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., went after Manchin in an interview on Thursday about the Democrats' voting rights bill. Manchin is the only Democratic senator not co-sponsoring the For the People Act, which Democrats say can only pass if filibuster rules change. "I’m insulted when he tells me that it’s more important to maintain a relationship with the minority in the U.S. Senate than it is for you to maintain a relationship with the minority of voters in America," Clyburn told The Huffington Post.

Have you read, heard or seen that important news story about an Asian American federal judge -- born in Taiwan and subject to discrimination growing up -- who confronted and denounced those who discriminate by race? No? With all that's been in the news lately about terrible anti-Asian attacks, with many pundits engaging, isn't it odd that the stirring congressional testimony of an Asian American federal judge on a hot-button topic wouldn't receive widespread national media attention? His name is James C. Ho.

The United States deported the 95-year-old German man last month, but prosecutors in Germany have not found sufficient evidence to prosecute him. German prosecutors said on Wednesday that they closed an investigation of a 95-year-old former Nazi concentration camp guard who was deported from the United States. Last month, Friedrich Karl B. arrived on a medical transport plane at Frankfurt Airport after a US court ordered his expulsion over alleged compliance with Nazi-sponsored persecution in 1945.  CORRECTION*

The Washington Post Fact Checker knocked President Biden on Tuesday for falsely claiming a new Georgia law "ends voting hours early," giving him its harshest rating of Four Pinocchios for spreading the misinformation. Biden repeatedly claimed last week a law signed by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, R., would make it harder for working-class people to vote. "What I’m worried about is how un-American this whole initiative is. It’s sick. It’s sick," Biden said. "Deciding that you’re going to end voting at five o'clock when working people are just getting off work."

During the special, Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, described the push to develop a COVID-19 vaccine as "the best decision that I’ve ever made with regard to an intervention as director of the institute."

President Biden called on 10 reporters to answer 30-some questions during his long-awaited first formal press conference on Thursday. But the hour-plus event was a disgrace for some in the press and a dubious performance by the president. The questions for the president were meek and vague, failing to extract any specific information about policies or solutions to the myriad problems faced by the administration. Take, for example, this activism disguised as a question from PBS's Yamiche Alcindor on why the president needs to abolish the filibuster in the name of racial equality while combating evil Republicans in their efforts to prevent minorities from voting. Or something like that.

Washington—Doggie doo in the White House? One of President Joe Biden’s dogs apparently deposited the pile of poo in the hallway outside the Diplomatic Reception Room, just off the South Lawn, on Wednesday. Reporters accompanying Jill Biden on a trip to California spotted the brown stuff on the red-carpeted hallway as they waited just inside the mansion to be escorted to the first lady’s motorcade. It was unclear which pooch—Major or Champ—dropped the poo. Earlier this week, Major, the younger dog, was involved in his second biting incident in March. Perhaps stupid is not the right word. Gullible is not right either. It's really hard to pinpoint the main reason behind the disastrous state of our country but the cold hard fact is that many Americans have fallen for two of the biggest hoaxes perpetrated by the left , the media and corrupt politicians. It's too simple to blame the voters of any particular party when the main culprits are the individuals who just can't be bothered with politics. They don't want to get involved so they don't vote yet they complain when their taxes go up or their civil rights are taken away

CEO Ed Bastian offered his assessment of the new Georgia law in a memo sent to employees less than a week after Delta officials joined other corporate lobbyists to shape the final version of a sweeping measure that could make it harder for some Georgia citizens to cast ballots.
