N.Y. Seeks Trump Insider’s Records, in
Apparent Bid to Gain Cooperation

State prosecutors in Manhattan investigating former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump Organization have subpoenaed the personal bank records of the company’s chief financial officer and are questioning gifts he and his family received from Mr. Trump, according to people with knowledge of the matter. In recent weeks, the prosecutors have trained their focus on the executive, Allen H. Weisselberg, in what appears to be a determined effort to gain his cooperation. Mr. Weisselberg, who has not been accused of wrongdoing, has overseen the Trump Organization’s finances for decades and may hold the key to any possible criminal case in New York against the former president and his family business.

It took four of their top talent hacks to write this report on the harassment of President Trump and those who have worked for him. It must stop.

So now prosecutors can subpoena records without any evidence of a crime. Sounds like a typical Fascist State. How about going after Hunter Biden. Evidence of a crime is public knowledge thanks to his laptop. Probably won't happen because a prosecution of Hunter Biden would result in evidence of criminal activity by Obama and Joe Biden.

Doesn't it just figure! New York is as 'broke as the Ten Commandments' yet they can scrape up enough money to pay legal creeps to dig up junk on President Trump. California is in similar financial straits. I hope both states go bankrupt fiscally just like they have morally.

So, when did it become illegal in New York City and or State to give gifts to business associates, especially in a privately-held business? If I was the Trump family, I'd take my names off the buildings in that state, sell them, tell my employees that if they wished to continue to work for the Trump Organization, that they would be given relocation assistance to other Trump properties and shake the dust from their sandals as they exit the state for good.

Wasn't one of the reasons President Trump could not release his tax returns is they were already under audit, which he said was something that happened nearly every year? And, President Trump has people do those things so if any mistakes were made it would be those with the professional degrees who are expected to know better.

This is a fishing expedition against a political opponent with no complainant, no police reports, no warrants issued based on probable cause of a crime. No basis but the political hatred of the left. The case should be treated as such, and the application for a subpoena thrown in the trash, and the hateful lawyers thrown out of court, and their law licenses removed.

In case you missed it yesterday, First Lady Jill Biden botched her Spanish during an event celebrating labor union organizer Cesar Chavez. (Tweet/Video) But that wasn't the only problem. During her remarks, the First Lady stood in front of Chavez' infamous black eagle flag. Chavez used Nazi propaganda and colors as the inspiration for the symbol. "The story of the black eagle, the movement’s symbol, exemplifies Chavez’s skill as a tactician. He researched emblems, including cigarette boxes and Nazi flags, and concluded that the most potent color combination was red, black and white. US Special Operations’ new “chief of diversity” has been reassigned just days after he was appointed, amid an investigation into social media posts in which he compared former President Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler. A Department of Defense official confirmed the reassignment of Richard Torres-Estrada to Fox News on Tuesday. Torres-Estrada’s appointment as chief of diversity and inclusion was announced just last Thursday by the US Special Operations Command. But by Monday, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby confirmed a probe into Torres-Estrada’s social-media posts, which include an image juxtaposing Trump and Hitler and an anti-police political cartoon.

Obama-era Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood took $50,000 in undisclosed foreign cash while he was still in office in 2012 because he was “suffering financial difficulties,” Axios reported on Wednesday. The cash came to LaHood as a loan from Virginia businessman Toufic Baaklini, an associate to Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire Gilbert Chagoury, who conspired to funnel foreign money into U.S. elections. The Department of Justice noted that LaHood purposefully refused to mention the loan on government ethics forms “because LaHood did not want to be associated with Chagoury,” which was unrelated to a larger scheme of making illegal campaign contributions to U.S. politicians. Joe Biden took an oath to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” But he has willfully rendered federal immigration laws null and void.
