Penalties for Lying on ATF Background Check
Form – As Hunter Biden Allegedly Did
Include Fines, Jail Time

Amid reports Hunter Biden may have given false information on an ATF background check form, it is notable that the punishment for false answers on that form includes fines up to $250,000 and/or ten years of imprisonment.ATF Form 4473 is the background check each would-be gun buyer fills out upon trying to buy a gun at retail. A Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder then calls the FBI and relays the information from the form, receiving the all-clear to sell the gun or a rejection, which means the gun cannot be sold to the would-be buyer. A third option is that the FBI can alert the FFL holder

Hunter should be the poster boy for illegal arms purchases and the consequences. Where are the NRA bigwigs and legal staff calling for his prosecution? What is the Alilnsky Rule? Make them live by their rules. This is no time to be "nice".

Why would you go to all the trouble to steal an election if your family then has to live within the law? We’re going to see total impunity for anyone with a connection to the Bidens, Obamas and Clintons. Again, the only difference between America and Russia is Russia has a flat tax.

C'mon man. It says 'up to' $250,000 or 10 years in prison. That means he could pay $10 and one day of community service picking up litter from his dad's backyard.

There is a problem with the language. It asks if the buyer is using illegal drugs - present tense - so if Hunter wasn't smoking a joint while signing the form, his 'no' was the truth. In addition, the form asks if the buyer is 'addicted' to illegal substances, and that calls for an opinion, on the part of the buyer. That is sloppy language, drafted by authorities at a time of national trauma.

Although Hunter lied on background check...That is to be expected because he has been lying his entire life. What about the Secret Service lying about their involvement when Biden was not even under Secret Service protection at the time? The fix has been in against Trump for a long time.

He has been to drug rehab enough times to be clean--at least when he bought the gun. Anyway, his father is president and he's a democrat. He's off free. No case. Guaranteed.

'I don't know if she's ever been briefing on this, but I think it'd be important that all leaders, because this isn't about Republican or Democrat, this is about the security of our nation. Ed Bastian makes $17 million a year as chief executive officer of Delta Airlines, Georgia’s largest employer. Bastian just blasted Georgia’s new voting law. He thinks it is racist to require the same sort of ID to vote that Delta requires for its passengers to check-in. Yet most Americans believe voting is a more sacred act than flying Delta and, moreover, may have noticed that Delta has all sorts of partnerships with a systemically racist China. So polls show Americans approve of voter IDs. Bastian fears the woke mob more than the majority of Georgia residents who support the law.

The Democrats are poised to shatter the glass ceiling by providing us with the first female president of the United States. If recent events are any indication, this accomplishment may happen sooner rather than later. The first indication is the memo recently issued by the White House directing all personnel to refer to the new administration as the Biden/Harris (or is it Harris/Biden?) administration. Bill and Hillary were just unconvincing posers; this is what a real co-presidency looks like. In several speeches, old Joe has referred to Kamala as President Harris. Republicans are quick to label this a gaffe, an indication of Joe's mental decline.
