Fox News confirmed Sunday that Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV) have begun to process and release illegal border crossers who claim asylum without issuing a Notice to Appear (NTA) - allowing them to depart custody without scheduling a court date for a hearing. The unprecedented move places the responsibility of seeking an asylum hearing on the migrants through Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or legal assistance. Multiple Border Patrol agents confirmed the new process to Fox News, revealing that they have been directed to use prosecutorial discretion (PD) to forgo the hours-long process of paperwork required to issue an NTA amid the surge of migrants

Mr. Mayorkas (?) told Chris Wallace a bald face lie today, saying there was no crisis on the southern border and the border was completely closed. He lied.

Keep in mind, the Border Patrol is another federal unionized organization. Do you really think they want a fence?

Why not, as the migrants (illegal aliens) are not going to show up for their scheduled court hearings anyway. Historically back during the old Obama-Biden era “catch and release” program days along the borderline, about 90% of the illegal aliens who were released into the USA with a scheduled court date never showed up for their immigration court hearings. It’s really stupid to reintroduce another “catch and release” policy and to expect other than the same result. This time Biden supercharged the odds in favor of the illegal aliens who fail to appear for their immigration court hearings, by saying that he will not deport or remove any illegal aliens from the USA in the future unless they are convicted of a violent felony crime in the USA or are adjudged to be a national security risk. That Biden position opens the USA to foreign illegal alien criminals for as long as they don’t get convicted of a violent felony in the USA. So if there will be no consequences for not appearing in court why should illegal aliens waste their time going to court. Almost every illegal alien knows that the Democrats are planning a huge “pathway to citizenship” amnesty soon, so the smart move for illegal aliens is to just hang out someplace inside the USA and wait for that amnesty, that will grant them a legal immigration status and even citizenship, if the Democrats can swing it. After that they will be able to register as future Democrat voters.

The Washington Post Fact Checker knocked President Biden on Tuesday for falsely claiming a new Georgia law "ends voting hours early," giving him its harshest rating of Four Pinocchios for spreading the misinformation. Biden repeatedly claimed last week a law signed by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, R., would make it harder for working-class people to vote. "What I’m worried about is how un-American this whole initiative is. It’s sick. It’s sick," Biden said. "Deciding that you’re going to end voting at five o'clock when working people are just getting off work."

President Biden called on 10 reporters to answer 30-some questions during his long-awaited first formal press conference on Thursday. But the hour-plus event was a disgrace for some in the press and a dubious performance by the president. The questions for the president were meek and vague, failing to extract any specific information about policies or solutions to the myriad problems faced by the administration. Take, for example, this activism disguised as a question from PBS's Yamiche Alcindor on why the president needs to abolish the filibuster in the name of racial equality while combating evil Republicans in their efforts to prevent minorities from voting. Or something like that.

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador asserted that the Biden administration’s immigration policies have contributed to a surge of migrants that has overwhelmed facilities at the southern border in recent weeks. President Biden reversed several Trump-era immigration measures, loosening restrictions for asylum claimants and ending a policy that required migrants to remain in Mexico while making their case to enter the United States. Lopez Obrador said the changes prompted migrants fleeing harsh conditions in Central America to risk the journey to the border.
