As we all know, the last election was a “tipping point” election on many different levels. An election won with the use of illegal last-minute changes to state election laws has led to a rogue regime that threatens the very foundations of America. This is being achieved through highly questionable executive orders, the decimation of the concept of national sovereignty and an attack on fossil fuels, the lifeblood of our economy. Moreover, Biden is converting our military into a social justice agency and transforming our intelligence services into witch-hunters for conservatives who dared to protest a stolen election.

This is the best article I've seen on nullifying the swamp. We have a Constitution that Washington has moved so far away from, and we've accepted the illegitimate laws coming out of Washington for far too long. It's time to rise up, and I'm glad to see states are moving in that direction.
FTA
"As most conservatives know, nullification is when a State decides to not abide by a federal law, regulation or even a Federal court ruling by simply refusing to enforce it. . . .Tenth Amendment to the Constitution, . . .if the states, who are the creators of the federal government, have not specifically given them authority, that authority rests with the states and the people of the state"
Enumerated powers
"“To lay and collect taxes,” “coin money,” and “raise and support Armies.” The federal government was not given any role in education, health, welfare, transportation, energy, or even with maintaining secure borders. All those issues were left up to the states to decide."
We have a lot of work to do to roll back the tyranny. It's time.

It's time for Red States to start seceding. The Republic of Texas can print it's own money backed by oil and natural gas and cattle, IT and guns instead of something created out of thin air like our current fiat currency.
And control their own borders.

I’m all for it and when the left starts screaming, we can shove sanctuary states down their throats.

I have made this comment many times in the past 6 months.
The Republic of Texas approaches.
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, S Dakota, N Dakota, Montana, Alberta (Canada), Saskatchewan (Canada), Manitoba (Canada), and a few states along the sides. Let's go EAST. Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida.
We have every shipping port in The Gulf of Mexico and half the Atlantic and more oil than the Saudis ever dreamed of.
California and New York can print their own money. If they want to trade they can use Panama. We WILL protect our borders ,north, south, east, and west.
If you're coming to visit Texas bring your US passport with the pre-approved visitor's visa.

The 10th Amendment is not yet dead.
In a case styled Bond v. United States, 564 U.S. 211 (2011), the Supreme Court of the United States held that individuals, just like states, may have standing to raise Tenth Amendment challenges to a federal law.
"The Supreme Court concluded unanimously that [the Plaintiff] Bond had standing to argue that a federal statute enforcing the Chemical Weapons Convention in that instance intruded on areas of police power reserved to the states. Justice Kennedy reasoned that actions exceeding the federal government's enumerated powers undermine the sovereign interests of the states. Individuals seeking to challenge such actions are subject to Article III and prudential standing rules, but if the litigant is a party to an otherwise-justiciable case or controversy, the litigant is not forbidden to object that the injury results from disregard of the federal structure of American government."

There will not be any movement towards secession. Any state or states leaving the USA will have to exit with its share of the national debt as well as the burden of its share of the unfounded liability known as social security.
The only course is the Convention of the States by which the sane states, currently the majority, propose and pass Constitutional amendments thar lockdown potions of the Constitution that are being violated. First on the list, fixing our outrageous federal elections.

There are no Red States.
There are Red Cities - cities run by CommuNazis.
Stop validating CommuNazi propaganda.
They don't own the language or its symbolism
