Police have clashed with Antifa protesters during a second consecutive night of unrest in Portland. The ugly scenes occurred Friday after a group of activists assembled to march against the Department of Homeland Security. One local journalist claimed that between 100 and 150 protesters started making their way through the city's Pearl District before they began 'breaking the windows of businesses' and 'attacking' anyone who was filming them. Members of the Portland Police Department were reportedly trailing close behind. Shortly after, KGW reported that police set up a perimeter around a 'large group' of the activists, claiming that they were blocking traffic
