In the Wall Street Journal, Bill Hammond reported that one trade association came up with and sold to Cuomo the idea for his March 25, 2020 order that caused the deaths of thousands of Seniors in nursing homes. Former President Trump said Sunday during an interview with Fox News’ Steve Hilton that he was concerned about the anticipated crowd size near the Capitol ahead of the Jan. 6 riot.
His team notified the Department of Defense about the magnitude of the rally and requested 10,000 national guardsmen be on standby.
"I requested, I said this rally will be bigger than anyone thinks, because everyone I see said 'we’ll be at the rally,'" he said, noting it was probably the biggest crowd he’s spoken before. “And I said that I think we should have 10,000 [national guardsmen] … and they took that number.”

A judge on Friday ruled that Maricopa County must provide some 2.1 million ballots from the Nov. 3 election to the Arizona state Senate and allow access to its election equipment to conduct an audit. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that subpoenas issued by Arizona’s state Senate are valid and should be enforced, and he disputed arguments from Maricopa County officials saying the subpoenas are unlawful. Eli Lilly & Co says its combination antibody therapy is effective at treating mild to moderate cases of COVID-19.
The treatment, a mixture of drugs bamlanivimab and etesevimab, was developed by Indianapolis-based Lilly and the Canadian company AbCellera.
It recognizes the virus once a person is infected and attaches to it, preventing the pathogen from entering human cells, and therefore neutralizing it.
In trial data released on Wednesday, Eli Lilly said the combination reduced the risk of hospitalization and death by 87 percent compared to a placebo.
The results are an improvement of an earlier study of the combination, which reduced the risk of hospitalization and death by 70 percent.
