A Michigan professor claims he has been 'systematically discriminated against for 40 years for being a white man', in a letter demanding an apology from his university over their new anti-racism policies. Jeffrey Burl wrote to his employers, Michigan Technological University, after they passed a resolution criticizing 'anti-Blackness and systemic racism' in both the college and society. In his letter Burl, who is an associate professor of electrical and computer engineering, writes: 'I find this resolution particularly offensive because I, as a white male, have been systematically discriminated against for 40 years.

When these WOKE idiots can define anti-blackness and systematic racism without making s--- up and provide REAL examples of this so called racism being rampant, then we can discuss what to do. Until then, copulate off.

I have to agree with him, and its not just jobs. Any government aid anything the government had its hand in, went to non-whites first, and sometimes exclusively, "to make up for past dicrimination." So... two wrongs apparently made a right? Also, the standard of acceptable work was different. As an engineer, I was tasked to check and correct this man's (minority) work, who lied about working as an engineer at another company (he was a filing clerk) and he stayed there till he literally couldn't make it to work because of his drug habit.

What do they mean the professor "claims" he has been systematically discriminated against? What is Affirmative Action if not direct discrimination against people who do not happen to be female or a minority? If a minority or female gets preferential treatment, then someone else is discriminated against. Is that so hard to understand? The rationalizations that leftists use to justify their hateful treatment of others is disgusting.

Affirmative action is the very definition of systemic racism. It's also systemic reparations. And it has been going on for decades already so why are Democrats still dreaming up even more schemes for reparations?

We are currently living in a sick society. Liberals have created a racist society based on things that happened in the 1800's and back. Hundreds of thousands of WHITE PEOPLE DIED fighting a civil war to free the slaves. America was not a slave nation. Slavery was basically legal in one part of our country, not the whole country as people are led to believe. Since that time civil rights laws were implemented, voting rights laws implemented and affirmative action policies were put in place. Companies even put quota systems in place to guarantee, not only black employment, but promotions were given based on race. Blacks have their own colleges, their own TV shows, their own radio stations, they are dominant in the NBA, NFL and track and field. We have black senators, congressmen and had our first black president. They are actors and actresses, they are in every commercial on TV, in every magazine ad and are prominent in every news cast, broadcast and every sports show on TV. They are in every profession imaginable. Everything was moving in the right direction, UNTIL, Barack Hussein Obama was elected president. He then shocked everyone by labeling us, the United States of America, a racist nation. He then reiterated his racist rhetoric in speeches not only here but also in foreign countries. Barack Hussein Obama created the myth of systemic racism in our country and we have been going backwards ever since. Don't even get me started with crime in this country. I'm an American like every other citizen in this country, regardless of color. I'm done venting. Got it.

Do you know the term "crawfishing" - imagine the way that tasty little critter moves when frightened. There's a whole lot of crawfishing going on at the upper echelons of Michigan Tech. Like so many of the brainwashed leftists who wormed their way into the educational system of this country the useful idiots have no common sense, only a deadly ideology that leaves no room for forethought and that makes them dangerous to themselves and those around them.

When Minorities Commit "Hate Crimes" 5 replies

The media loves to churn out, "What we don't talk about when we talk about X" pieces. Those pieces are invariably talking about the things that the media talks about non-stop. Meanwhile, many of the things that it does talk about have notable omissions. Anti-Asian hate crimes are constantly talked about, but not who's committing them. Oakland’s Chinatown had suffered over 20 attacks against the elderly and women in two weeks. The wave of attacks against Asian people in Oakland, like the previous attacks in New York that I documented, are being carried out by minorities with a criminal record, not by conservatives.

Rep. Anthony Gonzalez put his political career at risk when he voted to impeach Donald Trump in January for his role in the U.S. Capitol riot. The decision created backlash and political opponents within his own Republican Party. But, at least one Republican group, has his back. The Republican Accountability Project launched a $1 million television and billboard campaign to express support for all Republicans who voted for impeachment. Defending Democracy Together, a right-learning anti-Trump advocacy group, is behind the initiative.

I have been telling parents for decades that sending a child to almost any college is playing Russian roulette with his or her values. But it is a different version of Russian roulette. In the traditional version, only one of the gun's six chambers contains a bullet. In the college version of Russian roulette, 5 of the 6 chambers contain a bullet. If your child attends almost any university in America (or Canada or anywhere else in the English-speaking world), the odds are that your child's decency, intellectual acuity, faculty of reason, character and moral compass will be damaged, perhaps permanently.

Time and time again the “Bolivarian, Socialist, Anti-Imperialist, and Profoundly Chavista” Revolution has stylized itself as a champion of the elderly. In reality, being an elderly Venezuelan in times of socialist revolution means living a miserable retirement, on a pension so low that it’s all but a death sentence. 1,200,000 Venezuelan bolivars – that’s the amount of money a Venezuelan retiree receives from the government around the 20th of each month. Taking aspirin pills may help protect against coronavirus infection, a study suggests. The common, cheap and safe drug is often prescribed to prevent heart disease and stroke as well as a regular over-the-counter painkiller. Data from more than 10,000 people who were tested for Covid between February and June 2020 revealed one aspirin tablet (75mg) a day led to a 29 per cent lower risk of catching the virus. It remains unknown exactly how aspirin may prevent coronavirus infection but the authors believe its antiviral properties come from an ability to change how the immune system responds to the pathogen.
