I'm starting to see Ms Powell and Retired Gen Flynn with Mr Hoff being minimized in ANY press. I do not believe they are doing any of this for fortune and fame, so it begs the question, *WHY* is this not moving forward? Since I am ignorant of the law's snail pace, I can only hope this is plodding down the legal highway.
So will it once again simply be stopped by a, very possibly compromised SCOTUS? It's fairly obvious to an outsider that there is something not permitting common sense to prevail. I just don't know what it is.
A wild guess is that since Marbury v Madison they have talked themselves into a corner with the only way out being to lose power they took.

Let’s get started with 1-2 of the states...
And get Dr. Shiva, Mass., and Kimberly Klacik, Baltimore, involved as they had it happen to them too.
We’ve seen too much of Jill Biden already.

There was more than enough evidence to convict OJ Simpson of a double murder too. In this case it’s too bad it will never see the inside of a courtroom or be presented to a jury. The fix is in too deep.

There is no precedent for the courts to overturn any federal elections. Not for President, Senator, or Representative. Looked it up, and there have only been a few elections overturned by the courts, but they were all state level elections.
We have our elections, we have our recounts, and if the recounts changes the result, then the election is overturned. Once the recounts are over, the results are final. Would like to point out the reason Gore was unsuccessful in stealing the 2000 election is because Bush's attorneys were successful in stopping the recounts making the results final.
Hope everyone understands what an uphill battle Powell is facing here. Its never happened before. Perhaps the point of contention should be that the democrats should never have been allowed to stop the ballot counts in the first place. That's when everything went sideways.
Think its too late to do anything now for 2020. We need to see what needs to be done to maintain election integrity for 2022, 2024, and beyond. Good luck with that if our judges are siding with the Democrats. Why were the Democrats allowed to change how elections were run when the republicans disagreed? So many things were changed in 2020 that should never have been permitted to happen in the first place.

There is also no precedent for stealing an election in plain site where the fraud is so massive and obvious that it is truly staggering. Perhaps we could break precedent for such a monstrous crime at a time when the survival of the country hangs in the balance.

Why can't we hold our own court on the internet or something? We could bring in panels of retired Constitutional judges and present the cases to them, or, create juries that represent we the people. We can say the courts don't want to/won't overturn elections, but the courts had no problems interfering in the election process before and on election day. They interfered when they ruled against us without hearing the evidence. That was interfering with the legal and election process; they refused redress to people who clearly had standing. The courts have been interfering in elections for years when they've extended voting times at specific locations so dems could get their cheating done. etc. Let's stop saying courts don't want to interfere in elections; they do it all the freakin time. They just didn't want to have no choice but to overturn the theft because they knew the evidence was overwhelming. And in some cases, PA for example, they helped make the theft possible. That's the truth about the courts this last election!

Are we actually going to ignore the theft of a Presidential election because there is no precedent for it? Simply because theft of this magnitude has never happened before, should not mean that it automatically gets a pass. Is it too hard for these vaunted legal minds to wrestle with? I thought that was the purpose of the higher courts. Why does fear grip the hearts of these men and women who swore to protect and defend the Constitution? Was this a conspiracy? Not the kind the democrats and media tell us we are championing, but actually a conspiracy within our government to rid itself of the man committed to making the country great again and draining the swamp. This would by necessity require exposing the rampant corruption, theft, and war mongering for profit in which so many career politicians have been involved in up to their necks. This corruption runs so deep that every agency and branch of government is involved in some way. Is fear of unraveling this ball of corruption so great that we dare not tug on that thread? Is this crime too big to prosecute?
The one thing I do know is that we cannot move forward as if nothing happened when 75+million votes were nullified by a cabal who cares nothing for the Constitution or rule of law. We are not going to forget that we were cheated out of our chance for further peace and prosperity and sentenced to nothing but anti-American policies that have already harmed the lives of so many Americans and will only get worse. The voters of this country did not elect Biden. We do not want Biden or the democrat foolishness that is being crammed down our throats and we should not have to be left with no recourse because of the very corruption that cost us our votes. If the government is that corrupt that should be the impetus for exposing it, not covering it up and installing an illegitimate fool. The realization that the government even at the very highest levels is committed more to their corruption than they are to justice is an abomination, but it appears that is where we are right now. Apparently, the sacrifices of our founders and every man and woman who gave their lives to sustain and protect this Republic has been for naught. It is heartbreaking to know that in my life time there are not enough men and women of courage who will stand for justice and right this terrible wrong. We will be the generation that allowed corruption to destroy the greatest nation this planet has even seen because of fear. What a legacy.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I am a realist and as such I believe that we are past the point where we have any control over the government. Elections are worthless if the they are fraudulent. I cringe when I hear someone say ,don't worry, we will win in 2022 or 2024. How can you even think like that after the obvious fraud and theft of this election. How are future elections going to be different? Our courts will not even hear cases of fraud. Crooked judges overturn legal actions and ignore other laws. Our law enforcement (FBI, Justice Dept) are the ones committing crimes and refusing to prosecute obvious criminal misconduct in our government. I sincerely hope that somehow we can get our country back without an armed conflict but I don't see that happening.

I know how discouraged Sidney Powell has to be to realize she is working herself to death in a rigged system. The supreme court is no better than a Georgia voting machine that is being controlled from afar.
All of her life the rule of law has been a constant. She is now standing on quicksand with this corrupted supreme court.
Republican advisors (like McConnell and Graham) are responsible for choosing and pushing these supreme court appointees on Trump. He could have taken suggestions from Pelosi and had exactly the same results!
The actions of these judges have nothing to do with keeping the democrats from "packing the court". They went into the job already blackmailed and controlled, just like John Roberts.

Another nightmare scenario is all these $1.2 billion lawsuits is first evidence (disclosure) is requested, both sets of weathy lawyers exchange phone numbers, the plantiff then drops all the billion dolllar lawsuits seeing each of the accused has a royal flush. The defendants countersue for about that some high amount and before that makes it to court where public outrage could increase punitive damages---and this time unstaged riots. But to the rescue the wealthy lawyers make a back room deal and the plaintiff/defendants sign nondisclosures and walk away with huge settlements for their clients with the election fraud evidence.

We have lost our country without a single shot being fired. What weapon was used against us? Words. "Action" whatever that may constitute, while half of the country would see that action as an overt act of war, would be the end of us. Do you think China is going to sit on the sidelines while we sort out our intramural affairs? Do you think the Unites Socialist States of America would just sit around and admire the remnants of the United States of America thrive while they suffered the inevitable collapse? Isn't the $1.9 Trillion or 91% of it essentially a transfer of wealth from the free states to the socialist states?
The only action that makes sense is that which leaves a sustainable gain behind. There is no way we stand a chance of implementing election reform unless we make the case for fraud. We make that case with words and numbers. That's exactly what is happening. Notice something different yet? Instead of cowering from the accusations of "insurrection" the leaders who matter are not shrinking from that one bit. That is an essential change and a precursor to constructive action. This is a war for the hearts and minds of the salvageable democrat voters. Before we part ways we owe it to ourselves and them to use our words. They have, while we largely shut the hell up for fear of being uncomfortable and now we want action?
We also need to win the war of words regarding racism. Yesterday Chris Wallace asserted imbedded in a question that eliminating Sunday voting suppresses the Black vote because Blacks like to vote on Sunday after church. Can you get much more racist than that Chrissy? We need to be ready to throw racism right back at them. These little word skirmishes are what has us backed into a corner.

Why have election records, and a law requiring they be retained for 22 months, if we cannot see them? Any why 22 months, when we have to retain our tax information for 7 years, the government has our returns, and is allowed to audit at any time? Again, we pay the election officials, buy the equipment---but we cannot look at the results? Google and FB read every email we send, but our ballots are secret they claim, except the Democrats and Dominion have seen all the ballots, and have all the data. This stinks so bad that you have to leave the house.

My (layman's) understanding is that under our system, evidence is not 'officially' evidence until a court orders a process of discovery. So far in 51 appeals the courts have carefully avoided doing exactly that. It appears that rogues in black robes are why we are losing our liberties. I am regretfully surprised that this includes Justices Kavanaugh and Barrett. They could have struck such a major blow for freedom and liberty!

I don't mean to be rude -- I really don't -- but Powell and others need to put up or shut up. The Kracken was going to be released. That mythical sea creature had about as much influence as a guppy.
I want there to be justice. I want the election process to be fair in accordance with established law -- not just made as you go to suit a particular purpose (i.e., elect Democrats/socialists). And the Left trashed the process. The SCOTUS hasn't done squat to protect it. And the last election was as dirty as the day is long.
But DO something. Don't SAY something.

Regarding claims of "there is no precedent" . . . There was no precedent for the Roe vs. Wade decision. The "right" to an abortion was created out of thin air. Many "rights" are being created out of thin air these days. The Constitution was intended to be based on a Natural Law jurisprudence. I bet most law school students have no idea what Natural Law means.
The only "precedent" lately is that cases are repeatedly taken to the courts that have no precedent. So it would seem that Trump's cases should be reviewed.
Some "precedents" are more equal than others.

I hear a lot of concession and no resolve. Obviously, we have a situation that seems ginormous and unsolvable. President Trump is a great leader and the man of the people. Sidney and Flynn are heroes. We have a deep bench of worthy politicians. Nothing is unconquerable, especially seeing photos of Perseverance on Mars recently. It may take time and there maybe a catalyst or something that we haven't seen yet. Resolve will not come from judges, attorneys and government officials but from we the people. There's strength in numbers and the second amendment and we have those on our side. Get involved in your community and church. This is how we stand united and strong. Change hearts and minds at every turn. Never give up, never give in and pay attention.

There is no evidence. Evidence means facts which have been accepted in Court after having been thoroughly vetted. No vote fraud myth cases have been allowed. So there is no evidence.
There are facts. These facts do not matter, just as O. J. Simpson's bloody knife did not matter. Joe Biden's campaign stops do not matter. Donald Trump's massive rallies do not matter. All that matters is the mobs which control the courts, with promises of bodily harm in the event of a failure to follow the narrative.
And the Judges and Justices have been given the usual warning: any betrayal about these threats, and the threats will be carried out. They will lose their children and homes.
Remember: the voting machines are sealed and may not be examined. Dominion and Smartmatic are in business to make money. They cannot make money if their trade secrets are revealed. So there will be no examination and no re-counting of ballots.
Of course the provisions in the Constitution of the United States are no longer valid. That is a given at this point. SCOTUS has ruled, 7-2, that the Constitution is Un-Constitutional. We must submit to the mob, because reasons.

I know this comment will be way down on the listing but I don't know where else to write it. The Supreme Court is no longer the 3rd branch of government. They have proven themselves irrelevant to the country and not worthy of any further consideration. Without them, which we now surely are, there is no longer any avenues for the American people to find justice. We now have no choice but to fight for our rights on a visceral level because without fighting back against the communist/socialist agenda we have no other recourse. The time is now for a constitutional convention to rebuild this country and rid ourselves of the people who want to destroy us. I'm talking to you Obama, Pelosi, Biden, Schumer, et al.

When you use a pressure cooker. there is a pressure relief valve. If you close that valve you’ll have an 💥 explosion! Elections, the judicial system, and free speech, among other things are democracies’ pressure relief valves. Unfortunately, the SCOTUS, Big Media, and fraudulent elections have closed the pressure relief valves on 80 million voters (because 5 million votes were stolen from PDJT). Jan I and her ilk might hold out for a while in Fort Pelosi, but Posse Comatatis prevents the military from attacking Americans, and the National Gaurd probably wouldn’t want to fire on their neighbors when the Second American Revolution comes. That’s why the DemoniKKKRats want to disarm us.
And the tighter they close the valves, the sooner and bigger the explosion!
