Short answer–I doubt it. But it is a legitimate question to raise because there are still some patriots serving within the ranks of the FBI who are beyond distraught over the gross politicization of their once proud, respected organization. Some of the men and women with 20 years in are simply counting days and hours until they can punch out. There is genuine, deep seated hatred for Christopher Wray and his coterie of lackeys eager to suckle on the teat of the Deep State. The final straw for many in the bureau is the dishonest response to the January 6 swarm at the U.S. Capitol.

The only way to stop the antics of the FBI is to get new leadership and going as deep as necessary to weed out the swamp rats. This isn't possible under the current person who calls himself president and the people pulling his strings.
This is the new America and it ain't going away !!!

This has been going on for YEARS!. It's only surfaced with the help of the Trump Administration. #1 is correct, it can be cleaned out but you need to start at the top and work down. We are talking about removing the GW and Obama appointees. A lot of GW and Obama people worked their way into the working class positions (gives them some protection) of the Justice Department. These people also need to be flushed out and removed. What you are seeing today is just the surface, it is very very deep.

I've read The Constitution several times and nowhere did I find any authority for federal law enforcement. It should not exist. Shut it down. Thats too much power for anyone, and freedom suffers.

I've been calling them that for a long time.
Amazing how the Dems are doing what they accused Trump of doing.

Gestapo...naw, they've morphed into the Stas who's Motto: "Schild und Schwert der Partei" (Shield and Sword of the Party), define their entire mission in life.

If there are any “patriots” left in the FBI, where are they? I think that whole outfit and most of our current government are rotten to the core from top to bottom and are beyond repair.

No hostility to anyone here intended but I'm sick to the back teeth of hearing about the rank and file being upset, depressed, etc. about leadership.
1) Agents have a 'magic sword' - a warrant card and arrest powers. If someone has broken the law and there is probable cause then arrest them and file the charges. Publicly. No excuses about chain of command.
2) Failure to do the above is merely confirmation that the rank and file are jobsworths stealing their wages and, crucially, their retirement because they're afraid to rock the boat.

When an FBI agent is working a case, he or she is under the supervision of a federal attorney. Therefore, problems cannot be solved about FBI behavior without dealing with federal attorney power.

We are being allowed to be informed ONLY on what they want to tell us.
They manipulate and massage the flow of information to always make themselves look good.
There was an ATF agent outside of Oklahoma City who called them and told them about the Murrah building when there was something that could have been done, but the person listening on the phone told that informant that there was no "Murray" building. They had their own person inside and THEY wanted to look good, but alas, their pride cause terrible devastation.
They put together 26 volumes of information for the Warren Report, and did not investigate areas which they should have trying to control what the public was told, and that was back in 1964!
Things haven't changed much.

As various scandals involving the FBI came to light, we heard from some of our conservative commentators how 99% of the FBI agents were good, hard-working, and honest.
Yet we have seen very little whistle blower activity and very few of these "good" agents speaking out about corruption in the ranks. No one with the courage to risk their job status or pension? Very sad. I no longer believe that most are faithful to their Constitutional oath.

Those who think you can reform the FBI probably think you can get a serial killer to straighten up and play nice! When one gets a taste of power and dominance with the use of violence, they never go back!
The FBI needs to be removed and a much smaller agency could replace it. The states should receive additional funding to take over any investigations that used to be done by the FBI. States could vet and hire any ethical agents that used to work for the FBI. (I would suggest lie detector tests be involved in hiring and continue randomly....like drug tests.) A very small national agency could handle crimes that involve multiple states and human trafficking. (I would suggest lie detector tests be involved in hiring and continue randomly....like drug tests.)
Same thing for the CIA - make a small department under the secretary of state. (I would suggest lie detector tests be involved in hiring and continue randomly....like drug tests.)

Amen, #’s 6 and 7!!! Remember that we heard about all of those rank and file agents who were outraged over the treatment of Illary and her treasonous email server? Remember that they were going to band together and go public with the cover-up? All these years later and we still haven’t heard a peep from a single agent.
About 35 years ago, an FBI agent rang my doorbell and asked to speak to me about a friend - he was doing a background check in order for my friend to be in the Navy’s nuclear submarine service. I had been through a background check myself so I invited the agent in, gave him a cup of coffee and answered his questions. That would never happen today - I would slam the door in his face.

ABOLISH the F.I.B. !!! Today is good. Burn the buildings as well.
Do likewise for similar, like DEA, ATF, etc. And the armed agents of the IRS, EPA, etc.
Seek out, fire, exile all those who, under Ovomit and Eric Holder, were pushing to federalize ALL police departments. To include their catamites.

Excellent point at the end. Never, ever cooperate with the Democrats' Domestic police (FBI), Democrats' domestic spy agency (CIA), Democrats' Domestic Tax coercion agency (IRS) and anything related to Congress or the Judicial system. Always demand your 5th amendment rights until the Dems outlaw that right. Cause we all know that is one right the secret can't wait to eliminate. Its our last protection.

The one fault I will hold on President Trump was his failure to do much about draining the swamp. Although, partly in his defense, the old saying of when you're up to your backend in alligators, it's pretty hard to drain the swamp, holds true here.
Starting early in 2020, definitely after Impeachment Farce #1, folks like Wray and Haspel needed to be shown the door and people brought in to clean up and release the documentation on the Swamp Creatures.
Yeah, Grinnell did a few things and so did Radcliff, but Barr, Wray, Haspel, Durham and others all argued about releasing "sources and methods" when those "sources and methods" were the crimes.
I suspect that any remaining evidence has been shredded, incinerated (by greenhouse gas friendly means, of course), pulverized, and Bleach-Bit 2.0 into oblivion by now.

The FBI is a Democrat Party political activist organization, the state police. The FBI is engaged in political espionage, and efforts to destroy enemies of the Democrat Party. The FBI does not protect the country, and is not competent for anything other than political thuggery. The FBI has failed on every other mission. The FBI should be defunded. It cannot overcome the failures of the past, and is totally disgraced.

I think the FBI is getting back to its J. Edgar Hoover-style unconstitutional spying and crime-creation roots. If BLM thugs torch half of a city, it is a fiery but mostly peaceful protest, with very few arrests. If some crackpot in a horned hat parades around the Capitol building with Pelosi's lectern, he is an insurrectionist who had murder on his mind. The FBI can create a criminal with a narrative.

Cut off the head and find honest leadership if you can. Comey was removed early but that's where the fix stopped. The top three layers of pond scum should be out there collecting retirement or unemployment or serving prison time. When the top law enforcement people go corrupt, it usually flows to the bottom, in spite of what Hannity says.

Unless a LOT of FBI people spend a long time in prison, this KGB/Gestapo FBI is the new normal.
I have had several friends who were FBI agents and other workers at the FBI. All are retired now except one, and I don't trust the FBI at all.

The next time Trump is President, he needs to DISBAND the FBI and make every employee interview for a job in the new U.S. Marshall agency, now headquartered in Fargo, ND. Fixed.

all the times shawn hannity bloviated about the 99% of good hard working honest FBI agents...... None of which stepped up. I can't think of any organization in the federal government that doesn't need to be disbanded and eliminated. Maybe ICE and border patrol and a lot of rank and file military but not much of the top ranks.

If you look closely at what the politicized FBI leadership at FBI headquarters, not the street level agents assigned to any Field Office, did to General Flynn you will see that they could also do the same thing or something pretty similar to any politician or bureaucrat in DC at anytime, with those factors in mind, imagine what they could do to just plain Joe from Kokomo and that means you. Remember silence is Golden!

All of the bureaucracies are moving from the swamp to the sewer. It's not an accident - it's a desired feature for the corruptocrats. to expand their power.
