On Monday, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas unleashed on his fellow Supreme Court justices after they voted against taking up cases relating to ballot-integrity measures for the 2020 election and future elections.“This is not a prescription for confidence,” Thomas said in his dissent on Monday, noting that “changing the rules in the middle of the game is bad enough.” (Tweet) “That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election. But that may not be the case in the future,” Thomas wrote.

Good for him. At least we have one honest Supreme Court Judge.

It's time for a shadow government. If there's more of US than them, how do they keep winning? Why can't we set up our own courts, wild wild west style? Something's gotta give.

There may have been cheating, but we assume it wasn't enough to change the election outcome, so we are not going to even examine the evidence that it actually did affect the outcome nor are we even going to say the cheating was bad to keep them from cheating again, because that's moot and it would make important people mad at us and what difference does it make, anyway. Cowards playing word games to justify their cowardice.

Is there any case still before the SC in which the affected ballots would have changed the outcome? What evidence does the court have to know that if there hasn't been a trial?

Thankful for Clarence Thomas. He is a national treasure as the saying goes.
Interesting how before the election nobody brought up Biden's sorry role in the treatment Thomas received during his confirmation hearing.

I had high hopes for Amy Barrett. Disappointing.

Time to start building a case against Roberts. After the pubbies regain House and senate control in 2022, impeach and convict Roberts. And any other SCOTUS judges who merit removal for failure to fulfill their oath of office and abuse of power.

Didn't take Barrett long to show which side of the fence she falls on. I don't wish her much good as she sure as hell doesn't wish us any! Another one kicked to the curb! She sure is showing some bad colors.

Clarence Thomas should have been Chief Justice.

What in the heck happened to Kavanaugh and Barrett? Did these people blatantly lie to us? Did they not even intend to follow the Constitution. This case is so cut and dried. I am dumbfounded at these two. These horrible democrats nullified the votes of over 75 million Americans and apparently no one in the judiciary has a problem with that. Why not hear the evidence before it is dismissed out of hand. I swear it feels like I am in the middle of a nightmare and I cannot wake up. I am devastated by what is happening because I can see where we are going.

How did Roberts become the top justice, and not Thomas or Alito?

And we find that Kavanaugh is not actually a conservative, or a Constitutionalist, unfortunately.

Justice Thomas mentions the erosion of voter confidence, and may I add to that: that not taking up election ruling also adds to the erosion of confidence in the Supreme Court. Kudos to Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, and Alito for standing true to their beliefs. What is the rule/purpose of the Supreme Court if not to eliminate confusion and provide clear guidance on major issues including federal elections?

Just as the unarmed rioters near and in the US Capitol building scared the crap of of all the wimpy Congress Critters, it is evident that the Democrats have also scared the crap out of a number of Supreme Court Justices absolutely including Roberts, who appear deathly afraid that the Democrats are going to pack the Supreme Court thus reducing their judicial power, and also since the Democrats consider Trump to have been an illegitimate President, as illustrated by the leftists running the Biden crew wiping out everything to the benefit of the nation that Trump accomplished. So in that respect you can bet those three Trump nominees to the Supreme Court are themselves additionally scared, that as Schumer effectively told them in a speech outside the Supreme Court building that they stand to reap a whirlwind by crossing him and the Democrat political agenda, meaning that the Democrats have the power to impeach all three of those Trump nominated Justices at anytime.
