Cadbury is getting creamed by critics on social media, who say the British candy company is “selling sex to children.” A new commercial to celebrate the iconic Cadbury Creme Egg’s 50th anniversary—happy birthday, you delectable confection!—and promote the chocolatier’s annual Easter lineup, has scandalized fans with its cheeky message. “It’s the Creme Egg Golden Goobilee,” a voiceover proclaims, kicking off a montage of whimsical scenes depicting the many unique ways one can eat a Cadbury Creme Egg.(Snip)“Lickers, let loose … Discreaters, come out of your shell,” the voice continues.
But it’s the money shot at the end of the video

Well, another company “bites” the dust in this household. I thought Cadbury sold candy not sex and wokeness. Guess I was wrong.

Cadbury does English style chocolate. Milky, wimpy. Now they have shot themselves in their progressive foot. Bye.

I guess I'm a homophobe if I'm perfectly willing to let people live their lives as they choose but I just don't want to see men kissing.

Classic example of an Ad agency thinking they're the client.
Bring back the "Audition" commercial with the Lion with bunny ears clucking like a chicken.

Most of the people in that commercial displayed low-class behavior. Not a great face for your brand, Cadbury.

Most of my television viewing nowadays is like my days in the treestand in the Fall -- watching and waiting for an elusive sighting. In the case of television, it would be the elusive, heterosexual, White couple. You have to be on your toes to not be fooled by the very-light-skinned Hispanic couples. The giveaway is the jet black hair.
I can understand why advertisers have changed. Our neighborhoods are now mostly populated with lesbian and gay, biracial couples adoptive parents, right?

Cadbury chocolates have long been a staple in our Easter baskets for years. NO MORE. This is not a boycott mind you. I just don't choose to support with my money anyone who throws "wokeness" in my face. I'm done with Cadbury.

Grooming is the right word. These progressives refuse to believe that the majority of us aren't as "woke" as they believe and that we are repulsed by this sort of thing and aren't going to accept this behavior anytime soon. But it's not about us, it's about converting the young, making them used to this crap so that they will accept it as perfectly normal in the future. I hope parents speak out about this desecration of our culture that this LGBTQWTF group is pushing onto our society.

How about concentrating on your products. The social engineering stuff has absolutely nothing to do with your product. It just alienates a large segment of your potential customer base who doesn't give a damn what you or your advertising agency believes. For many, the constant brow beating about ABNORMAL life styles, and they are abnormal, will result in turning people away from your product and reducing your sales and profit. I'm sure your stock holders, many of which don't believe in your social ideas, are thrilled with this, because this is one Cadbury creme egg eater that will never purchase another egg.

You can have your same sex kisses, but you don’t have to flaunt in a commercial/ad.

So according to Cadbury, nothing says Easter like two hairy men engaging in an act of sodomy?

To me, it is very odd that people and/or practitioners of certain activities can't keep such to themselves but seem to need to notify the general public of some proclivity. The two acting in the commercial may have only been actors. But Cadbury is the miscreant here--not necessarily those who portray such. First Easter baskets in this house in decades without these classic Bunny sweets.

I don't have to boycott Cadbury because I have never purchase or indulged in their product but I do say this if this (homosexuals) is Cadbury's target group good luck with that. I always say that the left with their 'shock factor' values will reap what they promote. Gillette razor company did this a couple of years ago see what it got them a drastic loss in sales I predict this will happen to Cadbury but they are woke aren't they?

No offense. I have loved ones who are homosexual and I love them and never wish to hurt them. That image, 2 bearded men swapping cadbury creme, is utterly disgusting. They are laughing at us by presenting such disgust in the veneer of an Easter candy.

No surprise. In England the Cadbury Easter eggs are halal. No, I’m not making that up. They make halal Easter eggs for Muslims.
