Voters from multiple states have filed a class-action lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems, Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, his wife, Priscilla Chan, individual state officials, and others for $160 billion. “It doesn’t matter for whom you voted,” say the Plaintiffs, who filed the suit in federal district court in Denver, Colorado, “The Defendants have infringed upon the rights of every registered voter in America.”

Comments:

I was hoping that someone would come up with a class action suit and they did.

All of these law suits sound good going in but it seems like about all of them are swallowed up in the swamp never again to see the light of day...

This is EXACTLY what needs done. There are a ton of barstool lawyers out there who like to comment that Constitutional protections only limit government. WRONG! How do you think the Kirshnas got free access to the airports in decades past? When a private venue becomes the "public square" it subjects itself to the same restrictions. Facebook and Twitter should have no more ability to limit my speech than my government.

How many years have we been bombarded with nightly breaking news streaming across our TV screens? Wrong doings by the Clinton families, Obama’s, Biden families, and scores of elected officials violating their oath of office. Nowwhere does it say, enrich yourself and families at the expense of the taxpayers of the United States. I have watch many news guest with EVIDENCE of wrongdoings, however I’ve yet to see any of them enter the doors of a courtroom and be judged by the rules of law by a jury

I am glad the suit has been filed. There should be thousands more. The Biden bunch should not have a second of peace. They gave Trump none, and that is what they are going to get.

Can't wait to get my postcard in the mail saying I can grab some settlement cash. My dog once got $10 from some class action settlement...hey, they sent her a postcard. The lawyers will get rich; the suckers will get a few bucks, and nobody will admit or say anything as part of the settlement. If it even comes to that.

Zuckerburg WANTS you to know he is above the law. He wants you to know he can do anything to you he wants to, and there is nothing you can do about it. That is how elites operate. Facebook is HIS. He owns it, he runs it, he feeds it. But so do the people who whine about it. Just like an abusive boyfriend, as long as people come crawling back to play by his rules, he has you by the short ones.

The “public health” response to COVID has been awful. Ever since cases first appeared in Wuhan, the reaction has been marked by mistakes, reversals, outright lying and even political manipulation. We need a thorough accounting. And in a fast-moving situation with imperfect information, mistakes are inevitable and hence forgivable. Nobody’s perfect. But lies and political manipulation are different. Those are a betrayal of trust, and they’re especially serious because trust is the public-health community’s greatest asset. The record here has been terrible, and we need investigation and accountability.

The number of so-called breakthrough COVID-19 cases is not a cause for concern, a top U.S. medical official said Friday. “I think the important thing is to look at what the denominator of vaccinated people is, because it is very likely—and what we’re hearing at least indirectly, and we’re certainly going to be confirming that—that that number of individuals who were breakthrough infections is not at all incompatible with a 90-plus percent vaccine efficacy. So, I don’t think that there needs to be concern about any shift or change in the efficacy of the vaccine,” Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told reporters

In the 16-page motion obtained by The Epoch Times, Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward and other Republicans say they have several interests related to the legal battle, including being registered voters in the state. The complaint “recognizes that the Republican Electors have an obvious interest in any investigation into whether they were improperly deprived of recognition as Arizona’s true electors,” the motion states.

A new super-mutant HIV strain that makes infected individuals ill twice as fast as current versions of the virus has been detected in the Netherlands. The new mutant—called the VB variant—has infected at least 109 people, according to a study by Oxford University. The strain damages the immune system and weakens a person's ability to fight everyday infections and disease faster than previous versions of the virus. It means those who catch this strain could develop AIDS more quickly. The VB variant also has a viral load between 3.5 and 5.5 times higher than the current strain, meaning infected people are more likely to transmit the virus

Previous research has been criticised for only looking at vitamin D levels when the Covid patient was already in hospital.(Snip)To overcome this limitation, in their latest study, researchers from Bar Ilan University and the Galilee Medical Center looked at patient records up to two years before
