Rush Limbaugh spent a portion of his program on Friday discussing what he believes is more treachery by the GOP establishment as it seeks to ‘cleanse’ the party of Trumpism — which most realistic analysts believe, at this point, would be political suicide. And that’s precisely the point, the conservative talk king noted.Limbaugh, who has long since been known for his keen intellect and ability to see through the political chaff, said that the GOP elites won’t have a problem at all becoming the minority party for the foreseeable future if it means the end of the MAGA movement — much like the RINO elite opposed the conservative populism of

GOP opposed the MAGA movement out of the gate. Returning power to the people is bad for business, you know. And a Rush notes, this goes back to Poppy "CIA" Bush, destroyer of the Reagan movement.

to be sure, DJT will have some thoughts on this idiotic plan, but like every good tactician, he will never give away his plans and like every good poker player, will keep his cards close to his chest. that's why the RINO's dislike him the demcoms fear the living golliwoggles about him, he is totally unpredictable and doesn't play their silly but dangerous games. anybody got any idea where the next war is going to be under twinkle toes joe?, if he lasts that long, Rush is right, though, 75 million IS another political party.

Better to cleanse the political scene of republicans and get going on the patriot party. The republican party will never change and if it doesn't get swept aside the democrats will be in power until they have totally destroyed America

I have observed professional breakups for many years. The way you do it is form a new partnership, without the partners you don't want. In our case, we form a new party, without the Rinos. That is not starting a new party from scratch, which is totally unnecessary. What is necessary is getting rid of the entrenched establishment Rinos, who are entrenched due to the seniority rules of the Senate, and incumbency. We would have a new label for our party, and could elect new leadership that are not Rinos. We would be 75 million strong. The states could do the same. Form a new party without the rinos in their states, and start making America great again. We the people do not control the Republican Party, and never have. We need to start fresh with a party that represents the people, not the corrupt, lying thieves that have entrenched themselves so deeply in DC that you cannot bulldoze them out. Getting behind the Republican Party is getting behind the establishment. We need to form our own party of the people, and get behind that.

Enough third party talk; do it or quit. Find a political celebrity to give this a legitimacy and call a national convention. Don’t expect PDT to play along until you prove a winning play. He has a brand to protect, and no one gets to adopt it without his express approval. So, what are you going to do?

The DC Democrats and the DC Republicans are each a half of the DC UniParty whole, and it is evident that both of those established political parties do not want any other “outsiders” like Trump, who they can’t control, showing up and stomping their corrupt financial apple carts into the gutter.

Ask the GOP so called establishment ..how do they like New DC ????? A few people in congress think they can tell the people how to think . If the RNC wants Trump gone & McConnell,McCarthy, Bush, Cheney,Kasich, Flake, Conway, Sasse, Romney in charge go for it...none could get 20 people to a rally.

The Republican Party has a stench that I can not longer stand. I pray that Trump starts a new party and his 70 million supporters will follow and support. The Republican Party helped facilitate the steal of the election and threw over 70 million Trump supporters under the bus. They are just as responsible for the take over of the communist party. I will never donate or vote for another Republican.

Let the GOP be adrift, lost, and inconsequential for they are finished. Voting for them is just falling for the lie that they are conservative and have your best interest at heart. They do NOT! They have only their interests at heart. It is one big club like Carlin stated and you are not in it. Do to the GOP just as the hedge funds are having done to them this week.

The traditional republican party/ has often been referred to as the "stupid party". Not so. To maintain the delicate balance of power in the uni-party, republicans must be in the minority position. Whenever they accidentally become the party in power, they take steps that can only result in becoming once again the minority. Think how the GOP elites destroyed the Tea Party movement. Paul Ryan reportedly told his caucus to run against Donald Trump. Congresspersons who did were defeated and dems took over the House. Trump expected them to get rid of Obamacare and put a health care bill on his desk after he won. Instead, we found out their votes against Obamacare were just for show. When they had the power to actually do it, they backed down. The minority position is where party decision makers are most comfortable. Mouthing opposition to abortion, Obamacare, moves to dilute the freedoms under our constitution or globalism is a lot safer then taking actual steps to oppose it. IMHO, destroying MAGA is nothing more than a point of order for them.
As for getting rid of rinos, or primarying them to vote them out as I heard someone suggest on tv, overlooks the fact that each party selects and supports candidates running on their slate. They support financially whom they will, starve financially whom they do not want and they will NEVER relinquish that power. I was absolutely astonished by the billions of dollars appearing out of nowhere to fund political campaigns on both sides of the aisle. Millions of dollars spent to win a job that pays $150K+ a year. Even so, finding true conservatives with the resources to fund their own campaigns will not be easy.
We have no idea how many republicans who are compromised by their own greed, bought their winning congressional / senatorial seats, or paid for the algorithms resulting in their political win. Until the illegal voter registration, election fraud, corruption and cheating is honestly addressed and corrected at the state level there will never be another true conservative republican elected in this country again.

Many Republicans are dumping the part.
The media likes to say it is trumps fault.
I myself am going to leave but it is the fault of these back stabbing republicans , not Donald Trump

Remember the song in 'Sister Act'? (This will drive Whoopie crazy ;-)
I will follow him
Follow him wherever he may go
And near him I always will be
For nothing can keep me away
He is my destiny
I will follow him
Ever since he touched my heart I knew
There isn't an ocean too deep
A mountain so high it can keep
Keep me away
Away from his love
(I love him) Oh yes I love him
(I'll follow) I'm gonna follow
True love, he'll always be my true love
(Forever) From now until forever
I love him, I love him, I love him
And where he goes I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow
He'll always be my true love, my true love, my true love
From now until forever, forever, forever

#10 - I've sent back several postpaid envelopes to the RNC. Not empty, but packed with cut up catalogs, a nasty letter and red glitter. I've also unsubscribed to every email I've gotten from the RNC, the RNCC, the RNSC, Mitch McConnell, and McCarthy. They can go pound sand.

The MAGA Trump supporters will rid the Republicans Party of Rinos and deep state swamp rats one by one. We are not going away and we know third party is a gift to democrats that will split the vote like Ross Perot did. It’s time to kick these old guys out and declare war on those bass terds that have betrayed us for far too long.

Turtle, Pelousy, and Obama are emblematic of the Deep State DC that will not be denied. In 2016, we were crazy-lucky Donald Trump snuck in under criminal PIAP's skirts to save America before the Chi-Coms decided no, they'd had enough. First, they dispatched their flu bug to crash the booming Trump economy, then they sent a doddering old traitor to rule our nation in a pre-planned fake "election" the Swamp has purposefully allowed to stand.
The United States of America is done. Welcome to the Marxist States of Amerika.

By driving us away, they are GUARANTEEING they will lose if and when we vote for someone else or, skip their race, and DON'T VOTE AT ALL. For more than 15 years haven't been an official, card carrying, bona fide member. By opposing Pres. Trump for four years or more, they must have had a WHOLE LOT TO COVER UP.

The GOP/RINOs have been around a LONG time, cutting 'deals' and living off the fat of their offices from campaign war chests and lobbyist gifts and inside information.
President Reagan and President Trump tapped into the BASE of the party who had been denied a place at the table for consideration for far too long. Only by CHEATING and circumventing election law did the other side 'win'.
As soon as Ronaldus Magnus left office, the "kinder, gentler" wuss President took over. When he screwed over the BASE by raising taxes breaking his "read my lips, no new taxes" pledge to allow the demonrats to subsidize more spending, di he lose his seat when H. Ross Perot divided up the vote by winning 19% of the vote and giving BJ Clinton a pluarality BOTH times!
Then the GOP ran weak RINOs who were afraid to run, and we got Nobama twice!
The BASE must either rise up, or create a VIABLE 3rd party and leave the RINOs to themselves, or we will keep handing the job to the socialists

Since Trump or MAGA supporters amount to about 75 million Americans who comprise about 90% of reliable Republican voters, the establishment Republicans who want to get rid of them look to be pretty shortsighted to the point of committing political suicide for themselves and the current Republican Party. As if it came to the point that happens, with the MAGA supporters breaking way from the Republican Party, which would be the height of political stupidly, and form a third party, those left behind establishment Republicans would then be lucky to be able to get elected as dogcatchers at Nome, Alaska.

Post #14 is brilliantly insightful and persuasive in favor of starting a new third party to starve the RINO-led Republican Party into submission. Unfortunately, I can well imagine a new third party, "Patriot Party" or whatever, being run on a local level by the sort of people who always get themselves defeated by making stupid comments at just the right time, like Todd "Legitimate Rape" Akin of Missouri. If it were at all possible, I'd prefer a push to enact term limits for all seats in Congress, especially in the U.S. Senate.
